Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan bukti empiris mengenai Pengaruh Tingkat Inflasi, BI Rate, Kurs Dollar (USD/IDR) terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG). IHSG merupakan salah satu indeks yang sering diperhatikan investor ketika berinvestasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, penulis ingin meneliti lebih dalam mengenai faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap IHSG. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan data closing price bulanan dari tingkat inflasi, BI RATE, Kurs USD/IDR dan Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) periode Januari 2006 sampai Desember 2013. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh yang mana semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Tingkat Inflasi, BI Rate dan Kurs Dollar (USD/IDR) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG). Pengujian secara simultan variabel Tingkat Inflasi, BI Rate dan Kurs Dollar (USD/IDR) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG).

Abstract

An administrator plays a vital role in the growth and development of his/her subordinates. Despite this notion, the role of an administrator in the context of training programs and transfer of training is not well studied. Therefore, this study is set to examine the relationship between administrator’s role in training programs and training transfer. A survey method was utilized to gather 706 survey questionnaires from employees of local authorities of three cities in the state of Sarawak, Malaysia. The results of SmartPLS path model analysis confirmed that the ability of administrators to properly implement support, communication and assignment in planning and implementing training programs has been an important predictor of training transfer in the studied organization. Further, this study provides discussion, implications and conclusion.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh capital adequacy ratio, total aset, loan to deposit ratio, kualitas aktiva produktif dan biaya operasional terhadap pendapatan operasional terhadap non performing loan pada Bank Umum di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2007sampai dengan tahun 2014. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 Bank Umum di BEI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi data panel dengan efek random. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa capital adequacy ratio, loan to deposit ratio, kualitas aktiva produktif dan biaya operasional terhadap pendapatan operasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap non performing loan, sedangkan variabel total aset tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap non performing loan. Model efek random layak digunakan untuk mengestimasi pengaruh capital adequacy ratio, total aset, loan to deposit ratio, kualitas aktiva produktif dan biaya operasional terhadap pendapatan operasional terhadap non performing loan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the descriptive overview of the quality of education services consisting. The location of this research was at the Economics Faculty of Semarang State University, and the object of the study was student at semester VII of the Economics Faculty. The population of this study was 620 students in the academic year of 2014/2015. Proportional cluster ranom sampling technique was utilized to get 186 samples. The method of collecting data using questionnaires, whereas method of data analysis using non-parametric statistics (descriptive percentages).The result shows that the quality of education services, which can be seen from the dimensions of relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, accountability, responsiveness, creativity, productivity, academic abilities, empathy, and appearance, are perceived well by students. However, this result has not optimal yet, especially on the dimensions of relevance, efficiency and effectiveness.

Abstract

Saat ini belum ada kesepakatan diantara para ahli pendidikan kewirausahaan (PK) tentang pendekatan terbaik dalam pembelajaran (BK) dan pengajaran (AK) kewirausahaan. Berdasarkan Systematic Mapping Study (SMS), ada empat fokus tema dalam PK yaitu kebijakan untuk pendidikan kewirausahaan, konteks pendidikan kewirausahaan, pengajaran kewirausahaan, dan pembelajaran kewirausahaan. Berdasarkan SMS diketahui juga bahwa permasalahannya bukan tentang metode apa yang terbaik dalam PK tetapi pengajar kewirausahaan dituntut untuk mampu mengenali fungsi dan keunggulan setiap metode pengajaran kewirausahaan. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa perkembangan kewirausahaan yang semakin kontekstual membutuhkan dukungan kebijakan PK yang terintegrasi baik pada ranah makro, mezzo, dan mikro. Dukungan demikian sangat penting agar pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan pengajaran kewirausahaan yang inovatif, efektif, dan efisien dapat diselenggarakan.

Abstract

This purpose of the research is to examine the effects of service quality, customer satisfaction, trust, and perceived value towards customer loyalty in KJKS BMT Bondho Tumoto Semarang. The sample was taken by using incidental sampling techniques and it had 98 customers. The data was analyzed by multiple linier regressions. Test results in partial show that service quality, trust and perceived value gave positive and significant effect towards customers’ loyalty. In contrast, customer satisfaction did not have significant effect towards customers’ loyalty. Then, simultaneous testing show that service quality, customer satisfaction, trust and perceived value gave significant effects towards customers’ loyalty. This study found that from those variables, trust variable gave the biggest effect towards customers’ loyalty.

Abstract

This study analyses the influences of company characteristics, entrepreneurship behavior and bank relationship toward Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) performance. The object used in this research were 124 owners of SMEs Batik Pekalongan, Central Java. Multiple regression analysis is utilized in this research to examine the hypothesis. The results of the analysis shows that company characteristics, entrepreneurship behavior and bank relationship positively influence the performance of SMEs. The empirical result indicates that the owners of the SMEs of Batik Pekalongan should pay attention on some factors, such as entrepreneurship behavior and bank relationship if they want to increase the performance of their company.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the market reaction regarding the announcement  of working cabinet following the election of Jokowi as the President of Indonesia. Political events such as presidential election, government change, cabinet announcement, and other events are very influential towards price and trade volume at the stock exchange since the political events are closely related to the state economy stability.  The Sample in this study is stock which was listed as issuers in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which included in LQ45 company group during this research period from 20 October– 3 November 2014. The result shows that there was significant effect towards abnormal return difference before and after the cabinet announcement on the companies listed in LQ 45. The existence of this significant difference means that market reacted with the cabinet announcement event.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influences of students’ perceptions about the quality of higher education services to satisfaction; high quality of education services to the loyalty; and student satisfaction to the loyalty on private universities (PTS) in Makassar. The population used in this study was all students of economics faculty that have been studied over four semesters at big four PTS in Makassar. The sampling method used in this study was simple random sampling. The number of samples is 114 people. Both Descriptive Statistics and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) were used as method of analysis. The data processed by using IBM SPSS and AMOS 20. The result shows that the quality of higher education services significantly influence student satisfaction, the quality of higher education services significantly influence student loyalty, and student satisfaction significantly influences student loyalty. Loyalty is more determined by student satisfaction rather than the quality of higher education services.
