Dinamika Pendidikan (p-ISSN 1907-3720, e-ISSN 2502-5074) is a scientific periodical published by the Department of Economics Education, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Semarang collaborate with Asosiasi Profesi Pendidik Ekonomi Indonesia (ASPROPENDO), Asosiasi Profesi Pendidikan Akuntansi Indonesia (APRODIKSI), Asosiasi Sarjana dan Praktisi Administrasi Perkantoran Indonesia (ASPAPI) with the aim to promote creativity scholarly or academic lecturers from various institutions in general and the community UNNES internal academic specifically. The article published scientific literature contains research results, conceptually as well as reviews of books in the field of economic education, accounting education, and educational administration offices.
First published in 2006, published in a year, June and December. Dinamika Pendidikan has become a CrossRef member with DOI prefix: 10.15294. Therefore, all articles published by the journal have unique DOI number.
The journal has been also accredited for five years based on The Decree of Directorate General of Research and Development Strengthening, Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia No. 48a/E/KPT/2017, dated on October 30th, 2017.

The research aims to test the students’ engagement variable as intervening variable on the relationship between previous achievement and motivation to oral participation in accounting prospective teacher students at Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. Besides, this research also tested whether attitudes affect oral participation directly. The population in this research is all students of accounting education at University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta (UMS), while the sample in this research was 300 samples. This research used path analysis test to identify direct, indirect, and total effect. The result of path analysis test showed that student engagement strengthens the relationship between previous achievement and motivation to oral participation in prospective accounting teacher students and attitude toward oral participation. Based on the result of research, it is needed  to improve the students’ oral participation, the previous achievement and motivation must be improved. Both of these factors will increase the students’ engagement that is happy feeling in the process of discussion, having dedication, and being able to overcome various problems.

This research aims to know the illustration of brand image, education cost, and education facilities related to the student’s decision in choosing the Accounting Department, Faculty of Teacher Training of Universitas Islam Riau. This research was conducted in August 2016. The subject in this research is the students of FKIP Accounting Department of Universitas Islam Riau, semester 3, 5 and 7 with a population of 318 students. 177 students were analyzed as sample. The technique of research used random sampling and method used descriptive quantitative. The data of brand image, education costs, education facilities, and student’s decisions are obtained from questionnaires. Multiple linear regressions were used to analyse the data and the calculation of coefficient determinant (R) was used to know the influence of brand image, education cost, and education facilities.

The research aims to know whether or not an influence of family education and social environment on the characteristics of students during the accounting lesson at class XI IPS SMA Negeri I Pati; to know whether or not an influence of social environment on the characteristics of students during the accounting lesson at class XI IPS SMA Negeri I Pati; and to know whether or not an influence between family education and social environment on the characteristics of students during the accounting lesson at class XI IPS SMA Negeri I Pati. The population in this research is 71 students of class XI SMA Negeri I Pati. Method of data analysis in this research consists of percentage descriptive analysis, descriptive statistic, prerequisite test covering normality test and linearity test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test covering multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, hypothesis test covering simultaneous test (F), coefficient of simultaneous determination (R2), partial test (t), and partial determinant coefficient (r2). Results shows that family education and social environment both simultaneously and individually have positive impacts on the student characteristics.

The research aims to know a friendly environmental governance system. One sector of economic governance can certainly be initiated through green consumption. The focus of the problem was the green consumption education. This research was conducted by using qualitative approach in order to reveal how the process of conservation education in the Faculty of Economics in fostering behaviors that tend to conserve the consumption behavior in this case the green consumption attitude. The collecting data of research used observation, documentation and interview. This research uncovers how the conservation education is able to shape and build the green consumption attitudes that exist among the students from planning process, implementation, and evaluation of conservation education on the aspects of green consumption. Internalization of conservation value performed by the educators (in this case the lecturers at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Semarang) runs well enough.

The research aim to improve the student learning outcomes. Accounting scaffolding using fingertips is learning with scaffolding approach based on Zone of Proximal Development concept which uses the learning strategy/support given during a learning process based on Mnemonic Akrostik and Loci technique using fingertips that is applied at the accounting learning on journal material. This research used Classroom Action Research approach which conducted in two cycles and used the qualitative descriptive research method. The results of applying the scaffolding learning accounting using the fingertips are learning runs very well, unified nature of accounting scaffolding using the fingertips helps engaging the students and they are very active, enthusiastic/motivated and reduce frustration. It is an effective learning and it improves the students’ understanding to be more independent to achieve the learning objectives; application of accounting scaffolding learning using fingertips improves learning outcomes. The improved learning at cycle I, 78,1% is a good criteria and at cycle II, 90.6% is a good criteria, and the students’ activity at cycle I, 77% is a good criteria and at cycle II, 84% is a good criteria; and student response to learning is good because it is fun and can improve comprehension.

The research aims to know the produce e-learning Microsoft sway based on the local culture and the effectiveness of the implementation of media in accounting and economics learning at Universitas PGRI Madiun. This research was conducted in Accounting Education Study Program and Economic Education Study Program of Universitas PGRI Madiun, uses research and development method. It was started by preliminary study, then continued with media development stage. The media developed was tested in the two study programs. The trial test result was analyzed, then based on the analysis result, the media and instrument were improved. Media that has been improved to be final media then re-implemented in learning in the two study programs. The results of research show that the development of e-learning microsoft sway based on local culture and the effectiveness of media implementation in economic and accounting learning at Universitas PGRI Madiun run smoothly and effectively, and give positive impact on learning process.

The research aim to implement innovative learning methods of business practice teaching firm’s to cultivate students entrepreneurial character. Intellectual unemployment in 2016 has increased significantly compared to the previous year. Intellectual unemployment is unemployment delivered by college graduates. Therefore, universities should be able to organize innovative learning to be able to deliver their graduates with entrepreneurship character. This is a development research applying a learning method rather than proving a theory. The subjects of the study were Mathematics Education students who take entrepreneurship courses amounting to 38 students. The innovative learning method used is Business Practice Teaching Firms (BPTF) that emphasizes learning on learning by doing process with entrepreneurship practices that are made as closely as possible with real companies. By using descriptive analysis, it is found that entrepreneurship characters is initiative, self-confidence, being able to take risks and turn to behave, being able to control situation, innovative and creative, and having leadership spirit that may increase after BPTF has been applied in the learning process.

The research aims to help the development of business center as an entrepreneurship laboratory for vocational students in order to increase the number of young entrepreneurs in Indonesia. This study is also  to find out how the implementation of the existing Business Center program in SMK Banyumas District viewed from the aspects of learning, economics, organizational, and capital. Research method used qualitative method and techniques of collecting data used observation and interview. The place of research is in Vocational School 1 Purwokerto and Vocational School 2 Purwokerto. The sampling technique was purposive sampling technique. Validity of data in this research used data triangulation.The result of the research shows that the learning aspect of the implementation of the business center is effective because it becomes the student training center. Economic aspect of the business center is effective to carry out the activities of selling goods, goods production and service, business because it is supported by qualified human resources and internal audits conducted regularly. The aspect of the capital of the business center can be managed effectively.

The research aims to know the perception of students of ease use of Sikadu, the perception of students of usefulness use of Sikadu, and the impact of students’ perception of ease and usefulness of Sikadu. The approach of this research used quantitative research with descriptive analysis. Sample was students of Faculty of Economics, class of 2015 and 2016. The results of research indicates that students’ perception of the menu and display existing is easy to use in lecture activities up to the utilization of obtaining learning result information; students’ perception of the menu and display existing in Sikadu is very useful in lecturing activities up to the utilization of learning result information; the ease and usefulness in Sikadu encourages the students to use it although it is still rare used when it is seen from the frequency of using. Students mostly use it at the beginning and end of the semester; and the skill to operate computers. The need and demand to use Sikadu in academic administration becomes the main factors that encourage students to use Sikadu.

The research aims to develop the valid and reliable measurement instruments of entrepreneurship intention in vocational secondary school students. Multi stage random sampling was used as the technique to determine sample (300 respondents). The research method used research and development with confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). Result of confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) at the second order with robust maximum likelihood method shows that valid and reliable instrument with the acquisition value of loading factor is more than 0.5 (> 0,5) and a significance value of t is more than 1,96 (> 1,96). Reliability test results shows that the value of the combined construct reliability (CR) of 0.97and a variance value extract (VE) to 0.52 is greater than the limit of acceptance CR ≥ 0.70 and VE ≥ 0.50. The conclusion of the measurement instruments of entrepreneurship intention with three dimensions and 31 items met the standards of validity and reliability in accordance with the instrument development process.
