Dinamika Pendidikan (p-ISSN 1907-3720, e-ISSN 2502-5074) is a scientific periodical published by the Department of Economics Education, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Semarang collaborate with Asosiasi Profesi Pendidik Ekonomi Indonesia (ASPROPENDO), Asosiasi Profesi Pendidikan Akuntansi Indonesia (APRODIKSI), Asosiasi Sarjana dan Praktisi Administrasi Perkantoran Indonesia (ASPAPI) with the aim to promote creativity scholarly or academic lecturers from various institutions in general and the community UNNES internal academic specifically. The article published scientific literature contains research results, conceptually as well as reviews of books in the field of economic education, accounting education, and educational administration offices.
First published in 2006, published in a year, June and December. Dinamika Pendidikan has become a CrossRef member with DOI prefix: 10.15294. Therefore, all articles published by the journal have unique DOI number.
The journal has been also accredited for five years based on The Decree of Directorate General of Research and Development Strengthening, Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia No. 48a/E/KPT/2017, dated on October 30th, 2017.

The purpose of this study is getting a good model of school management of RSBI in Semarang. Societyâs satisfaction and loyalty mostly is determined by transparency, school accountability, and other factors such as, international standardization, academic effectiveness and funding effectiveness at RSBI. The population of this study were all RSBI students and parents in Semarang. The samples were taken by purposive sampling which the samples were taken based on a certain criteria and relevant to the purpose of this research. The data were collected by questionnaires and depth interview. Then, the data were analyzed by descriptive analysis approach to know the important and dominant factors in managing a good RSBI. Furthermore, Partial Least Square analysis (PLS) was used to know the influence of RSBI management (information transparency, school accountability, and other factors) toward societyâs satisfaction and loyalty in Semarang.Â

The academic performance of an institution empirically is determined by six performance indicators, namely: infrastructure-educational facilities (tangibles); reliability faculty and staff (reliability), responsiveness of faculty and academic staff (responsibility); treatment of faculty and staff to students (assurance); understanding the studentsâ interests (empathy), and student satisfaction (satisfaction). The problems of this study are; (1) how is  the studentsâ satisfaction toward academic service? (2) How is the performance of academic program? How high is academic performance? What factors affect the performance? The objectives of this research are (1) to describe studentsâ satisfaction toward academic service, (2) to describe the performance of academic program, to describe academic performance, and to describe the factors which affect academic performance at Post Graduate Programs in Semarang State University. The method of this research was description. The results of the study were; the six academic performance indicators are in good category, studentsâ satisfaction toward academic service both in the scope of study program and Post Graduate Programs are classified in good category, and the description of study programsâ academic performance result  generally was in good category.

The objective of this study is to improve studentsâ activity and studentsâ learning outcomes for accounting students in the first grade in SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga at second semester in the academic year of 2011/2012. This study was a class action research which was designed into two main cycles. Each cycle consisted of four stages started from planning, acting, observing and reflecting. The result showed that : (1) Learning activities with the above three criteria, increase from 33.34% before the cycle, 66.66% in the first cycle and 93.44% in the second cycle, (2) The learning outcomes increase from 22.22% before the cycle, 75% in the first cycle and 94.44% in the second cycle. Therefore; the use of this method could be a teachersâ reference in implementing the teaching-learning process.

The objective of this study is to know junior high school students interest in choosing vocational school (SMK). The research took place in 2 RSBI junior high schools and 2 SSN junior high schools in Semarang. The population of this study 854 students and the samples were 120 students.The data were collected by questionnaire and interview. Then, the data were analyzed by percentage description. The results showed that (1) RSBI junior high school students interest in choosing vocational school is very low. (2) SSN junior high school students interest in choosing vocational school is very low.

The objective of this research is to improve accounting studentsâ creativity and achievement in the lesson of journalizing on XB class in SMK PL Tarcisius 2 Semarang in the Academic Year of 2011/2012 by PAKU media. It was a class action research which designed in two cycles. The subjects of the study were students of class XB in SMK Tarcisius 2 Semarang in the academic year of 2011/2012. The objects of this research were accounting learning creativity and accounting academic achievement. The data were collected by documentation, observation and tests. The results showed that (1) accounting learning creativity in learning journalizing by PAKU media increased up to 12% from the initial condition to the first cycle, and rose 11% from the first cycle to the second cycle and 23% from the initial condition to the second cycle. (2) studentsâ accounting academic achievement in learning journalizing by PAKU media also increased up to 25% from the initial condition to the first cycle, rose 17% from the first cycle to the second cycle, and 42% from the initial condition to the second cycle.

The objectives of this study are to find and to test the model of characters education in Learning Evaluation Subject through deep approach to learning. The subject of the study is the class of Learning Evaluation of Office Administration Program, Economics Education Department, Economics Faculty, Semarang State University. The data are collected by a test, and then analyzed by qualitative descriptive. The result of this study showed that the model of characters education through deep approach to learning could improve studentsâ self awareness in learning the subject.

The objectives of the study are (1) to know studentsâ motivation in understanding the materials of National Income, (2) to improve studentsâ study result on the materials of National income. It was a class action research which was conducted in 2 cycles. The subject of the study was 31 students of X-3 in SMA N 10 Semarang. The data were collected by test and observation and then analyzed by percentage description. The result of the study showed that the average of success level in the 1st cycle was 73.31% and in the 2nd cycle was 78.67% so it rose 5.26% from the 1st cycle to the 2nd cycle and the criterion level of teaching completeness was 93.14%

It is a pre-experiment study. The study used two classes, the first class was the treatment class using E-lena learning system and the second class was the control class without using E-lena learning system. The subject of this study was students of Office Administration of Economics Education Department, Economics Faculty, Semarang State University. The data were collected by test, and then analyzed by descriptive qualitative. The result of this study showed that using E-lena learning system could improve studentsâ self awareness in learning, but unfortunately the system still had some problems related to the application.
