Abstract

Pembelajaran yang efektif sangat menentukan keberhasilan sebuah pendidikan. Efektivitas pembelajaran tidak terlepas dari sarana dan prasarana yang memadai tak terkecuali sumber belajar berupa buku atau media pembelajaran. Seiring perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat dibutuhkan buku referensi yang memuat berbagai macam informasi dalam satu kemasan. Bahan ajar interaktif POSDAHUT menjadi salah satu alternatif untuk memenuhi kebutuhan referensi yang memuat banyak informasi tersebut. Melalui penggunaan bahan ajar interaktif POSDAHUT dalam pembelajaran di kelas maupun penugasan di rumah di dapat angka efektivitas sebesar 84,26% dengan kategori baik. Angka ini menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar interaktif POSDAHUT sangat efektif dalam pembelajaran di kelas maupun penugasan di rumah bagi siswa SMP Negeri 2 Wedarijaksa.

Abstract

Njamu is a tradition to drink wine that has long been known to the communities in Banjardowo, Kradenan, Grobogan. People supporting this tradition view that in the tradition embodied the traditional values that can not be replaced by other cultures, although other normative people who live in the environment view that this tradition is a deviation that violates the norms. The purpose of this study is to address the following issues: (1) how is the tradition of njamu in the communities in Banjardowo Kradenan Grobogan (2) what factors are causing the appearance and survival of njamu tradition in the communities of Banjardowo. This study uses qualitative methods with the research subjects were the villagers of Banjadowo. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data is tested using data triangulation technique. The results showed that (1) The tradition of njamu is a phenomenon that has become a habit for abangan society in Banjardowo village, and is only done by men. Njamu activity patterns can be done individually and communally. (2) Njamu tradition still survive today since the local community see that njamu has a number of functions related to physical, social, economic and cultural function. From the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that njamu persisted since it is interpreted as a tradition inherited from the ancestors, as well as being an effective social arena in representing men's world in the community.

Abstract

Mendapatkan pendidikan dasar yang terbaik adalah hak setiap anak, orang tua memiliki kewajiban untuk dapat memilih sekolah yang terbaik bagi anaknya. Munculnya beberapa sekolah swasta di Kecamatan Purwokerto Barat mampu menarik minat orang tua untuk menyekolahkan anaknya di sekolah swasta. Salah satu sekolah swasta yang mampu menarik minat orang tua adalah Sekolah Dasar Terpadu “Putra Harapan” Purwokerto. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi orang tua menyekolahkan anaknya di Sekolah Dasar Terpadu “Putra Harapan” Purwokerto Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak dua puluh orang tua. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan simpulan. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan dan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa berdasarkan persepsi orang tua peserta didik, Sekolah Dasar Terpadu untuk kualitas sekolah sudah baik hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan adanya kurikulum muatan lokal yang khas di SD Terpadu diantaranya bahasa inggris, bahasa arab, tahfidz, doa, khadist, Praktik ibadah, komputer dan baca tulis Al-Quran. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu persepsi orang tua terhadap kualitas sekolah sangat beragam akan tetapi masih dalam lingkup yang sama, orang tua menyekolahkan anaknya di SD Terpadu dengan melihat kualitas sekolah serta kurikulum muatan lokalnya. Saran dalam penelitian ini yaitu persepsi orang tua yang sangat bagus harus dapat dipertahankan oleh Sekolah Dasar Terpadu “Putra Harapan” Purwokerto. Baik persepsi terhadap kualitas sekolah supaya SD Terpadu menjadi sekolah yang berkualitas dan Sekolah Unggulan.

Abstract

The research about bureaucratic neutrality is feasible, considering that as a merit system bureaucracy, it is often found that a political bureaucracy (not neutral). This research was conducted in government bureaucracy of Semarang city. This is about; how bureaucratic neutrality of Semarang can be implemented on legislative and presidential elections in 2014? And if found non-neutrality of bureaucracy Semarang, what factors influence the attitudes and behavior of bureaucrats Semarang? The research was conducted with a qualitative approach to investigate PNS (civil servants) at the Department of Education of Semarang and in the District of Gunungpati. The data showed that the neutrality of Semarang bureaucracy is not good. In the legislative elections in the city of Semarang still found a violation of MenPAN Circular No 07 of 2009 and Government Regulation No. 53 of 2010 about discipline PNS. Neutrality of Semarang bureaucratsinfluenced byinternalfactorsandexternalfactors.

Abstract

This article aims to analyzing of myth phenomenon on the parth of Javanese life in Northern Java Island (Lanjar Goddes myth) and Southern Java Island (South Queen myth). Questions to elaborate in this paper include; (1) How the narration of description about Lanjar Goddes myth and South Queen myth on Javanes life?; and (2) How the structure behind Lanjar Goddes myth and South Queen myth? The method used in this study is litherature study, that is the text of Lanjar Goddes myth and the text of South Queen myth. In this article the paradigm used is structuralism theory. The relations between actor and event can be transformed or to changed on position relations form that can seen relations network between actor and event, domain, and character on one model. There are four main actors on these myth are Lanjar Goddess (Dewi Lanjar), South Queen (Ratu Kidul), King Senopati (Panembahan Senopati), and Lord Bahu (Raden Bahu). The naration context is Java Island or Javanese culture. Episode of actor context and event, conflict episode, and conflict resolution episode seen the same relations and opposite relations. Man-women relation, sea-continent relation, alliance-defeate relation can seen on both two myths narration.

Abstract

Mulyoagung village of Malang is a semi-urban area is a destination for migrants bermukimnya. The increase in the volume of waste, especially domestic waste as a result of population increase can not be avoided. Garbage is not managed properly will harm the environment and humans. Waste problem that occurs in semi-urban area needs to be addressed through a sewage treatment facility. One attempt to address the problem of increasing the volume of waste in the village Mulyoagung done through the Integrated Waste Management (TPST). In addition to addressing the problems of garbage, TPST is also aimed at reducing poverty. This paper focuses on social change in communities around the village TPST Mulyoagung due to environmentally sound development through TPST. The method used is qualitative method with a naturalistic approach through interviews and observations. The results showed that people around TPSTthat previously did not work, now turned into workers TPST with a stable salary and able to meet their needs. But the existence of this TPST also had a negative impact of conflict between the parties TPST with local residents due to air polluted by garbage smell unpleasant.

Abstract

The nature of community development is to estabilish critical consciousness of society. In the process of community development through the PNPM-Mandiri Perkotaan, critical consciousness is expected to be formed through a series of empowerment activity cycle. This study used a qualitative approach to analyze data in a descriptive and inductive. This study showed that the process of community development PNPM-Mandiri Perkotaan can be seen in the cycle and the activities that actively involve the community and participatory, critical consciousness which is formed from each cycle that emphasizes the revitalization of the universal values of humanity and the basic principles of community , and a variety of opportunities and barriers in the formation of critical consciousness. But the critical consciousness formed by the PNPM-Mandiri Perkotaan still a functional and modernist paradigm, because only emphasizes the human aspect. Empowerment programs are less touched on structural aspects. This makes the process of empowerment in PNPM-Mandiri Perkotaan has not been able to solve the problem of society as a  comprehensive.

Abstract

Public of education level affects the mindset and perceptions about the important role of education for their children. The purpose of this study was to determine the social conditions of fishermen, Fishermen's commitment to education and family know the child's behavior in the  Fishermen families Desa Kragan Pandangan wetanRembang. The method used is qualitative, and data collection techniques is using interviews, observation and document study. The data analysis technique used in this study is an interactive model with step data collection , data reduction , data presentation and conclusion. The validity of the data is done by means of triangulation of methods and sources.Results showed (1) in general and most of the views of parents/fishing Pandega to education is low, (2) Fishermen Family Commitment to education children affected fishermen families where parenting in general and most of the families of fishermen inthe village of view Wetan District of Kragan is authoritarian parenting and permissive parenting, because many parents in the Desa Kragan Pandangan Wetan Rembang is overbearing in certain fields such as educatio, (3) in general, and most forms of social behavior of children, including good. Any violation by the respondent is still in reasonable category. Based on the observations by researchers in the environment where he lives, the children of fishermen Pandega majority being nice , hardworking and obedient to his parents .

Abstract

Landuse dynamics of Kreo watershed from the result of interpretation of satellite image landsat (the year 1994) and image SPOT-5 (the year 2006) in the form of degradation of open farm wide of 67,07%, coppice 9,61%, forest 6,69%, and rice feld 4,64%; improvement of plantation wide 24,42%, setlement 21,68%, and mixture garden with a width of 1,05%. Forest wide and plantation of DAS Kreo only with a width of 17,19% had not pursuant to ideal wide of minimum forest of 30% at one particular in watershed (PP number 33  the year 1970). Wide area of setlement  in Kreo watershed with a width of 12,21%  is including category has exceeded ideal boundary of setlement area at one particular in watershed, maximum boundary (threshold) in the form of area of waterproof equal to 6%-10% in  watershed.Keywords: Landuse spatial dynamic, landuse trend.

Abstract

Integrasi nasional dalam pembelajaran PPKn, berintikan pengertian penyatuan suatu bangsa sehingga menjadi satu kesatuan yang bulat dan utuh. Hasil pembelajaran PPKn kelas X di SMAN 1 Pati dari sisi kognitif telah pahami oleh siswa merupakan alat pemersatu bangsa yang ditunjukkan dalam nilai tes formatif mencapai nilai tuntas. Untuk itu pada penelitian ini  perlu penguatan siswa agar benar-benar memahami maknanya. Sekurang-kurangnya (85%) hasil belajar siswa mempunyai nilai sikap (afektif) yang signifikan dengan hasil belajar (nilai) kognitif yang telah diperolehnya. Pada penelitian tindakan digunakan model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart (1992). Desain yang dikenal dengan sistem spiral yang terdiri dari empat komponen yaitu perencanaan (planning), tindakan (action), pengamatan (observing), dan refleksi (reflection). Dilaksanakan di kelas X IPA 8 melalui pengembangan alat evaluasi non tes teknik kuesioner. Data dianalisis dalam skoring dalam bentangan 1 -5. Pada siklus I, Peserta didik mampu mengembangkan sikap sosial melalui bersama kelompok mengumpulkan informasi yang berkaitan dengan Kebhinekaan Bangsa Indonesia, dan membuat analisis (C4) terkait dengan deskripsi Kebhinnekaan Bangsa Indonesia. Secara random peserta didik (1 sampai dengan 2 orang mewakili kelompok) mengkomunikasikan secara lisan hasil analisis tentang Kebhinekaan Bangsa Indonesia. Berdasarkan analisis data pelaksanaan tindakan siklus 2 telah menunjukkan keberhasilan penilaian aspek sikap menguatkan penilaian pengetahuan. Refleksi juga menunjukkan faktor-faktor kerjasama yang mendukung keberhasilan sikap integritas yang muncul selama proses implementasi strategi. Analisis terhadap hasil observasi dilakukan dengan membandingkan data yang terjaring dengan kriteria keberhasilan yang telah ditargetkan. Telah terungkap melalui penilaian siswa yang memberikan nilai rata-rata 4,66 (dalam skor 5). Perencanaan, pelaksaanakan dan analisis PTK seperti yang dilakukan peneliti pada tahun 2017 digunakan untuk meninjau kembali dan meng-update-kan RPP dari berbagai aspek, antara lain: ketepatan pemilihan strategi pembelajaran yang sesuai karakteristik materi pelajaran, baik sisi metode maupun model pembelajaran. Serta digunakan sebagai pertimbangan pengisian capaian hasil belajar sikap sosial.
