Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems found in Bank Prekreditan Rakyat (BPR)office of Prisma Dana Manado, which is in the management of archive that is not veryproductive using work time so that the work quickly accumulate and the limited of humanresources. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence of archivalmanagement to the work efficiency of employees at PT. BPR Prisma Dana Manado. And theconstraints faced are the maintenance of records that there are still records stacked in thecabinet so that the archive becomes easily damaged and also difficult to recover when neededat all times. This can certainly hamper office work. Therefore, there is a need for good andorganized archive management so that it is easier for employees to reinvent the archivequickly. Arrangement arrangement is one of the aspects that must be applied at the office tosupport the achievement of the goal of increasing productivity and efficiency of office work. Inthis research, the method used is descriptive quantitative research method by spreadingquestionnaire 50 respondents who become sample in this research. The data were collected byquestionnaires that have been tested for their validity and reliability. And our data analysis isdescriptive and inferential statistic, consisting of simple correlation coefficient and regressiondone by using program SPSS for windows version 24.0. The results showed that there is asignificant influence between archival management on work efficiency. From these results aredone and followed by analyzing the data obtained, then there is a significant influencebetween the influence of archival management on employee work efficiency at PT.BPRPrisma Dana Manado and this means the work hypothesis or alternative hypothesis accepted.this means there is a positive influence between the management of archives to the workefficiency of employees with a level of influence of 21.3%. for it suggested more increaseagain the existence of filing system and work efficiency.Keywords: Archives management, work efficiency.

Abstract

We know that every company aims to survive and thrive. Goals can be achieved throughefforts to maintain and even increase profits. Profits can only be achieved if the companycan maintain and increase the sales volume of goods and services sold. The purpose of thisstudy is to determine the effect of lending rates to consumers. The interest rate is the priceof the use of money or loan services or can also be viewed as rent or use of certain termmoney. And the consumer is any user of goods / services available in the community eitherfor their own interests, family, or other living creatures. The type of research used in thisstudy is quantitative research. Based on the results of research on PT.Tridjaya MuliaSuccess when the money or the amount of money is greater than the amount of moneyneeded then the price of goods or services will tend to rise and vice versa. If the inflationrate creeps up, the interest rate or the price of money offered will tend to increase.Keywords: Interest Rate of Credit to Consumer

Abstract

Kopi Bubuk Cap Keluarga is one of the famous product in the society, sold in package and also able to catch the society’s attention, this coffee also can compete with other benchmark in Sulawesi Utara. Through Marketing Marginal Analysis, this research expected to increase the taste of the product itself, and also the society’s taste to consume Kopi Cap Bubuk Keluarga, therefore increase the expansion of Kopi Bubuk Cap Keluarga especially in Manado.

Bank SulutGo is the Regional Bank of North Sulawesi which has a veryinfluential impact on the sustainability of the economy in North Sulawesi especially inthe Government and Institutional or Community institutions of Bank SulutGo’ svision is Tobecome a Professional banking services company and grow in a healthy way;Transformational leadership is the Process by which people engage with others, andcreate relationships that enhance motivation and morality in leaders, and followers. this typeof leader has an interest in the needs and motivation and morality of followers, and tries tohelp followers achieve their best potential.Collection data is done by spreading the research instrument, the questionnaire thatContains questions to measure transformational leadership and employee performance. theCollected Data Is Further Processed By Using Simple Linear Regression Analysis Based onthe formulation of the problem, the purpose of this study is “ to know the effect oftransformational leadership on employee performance on the Bank Sulut Go KawangkoanBranch “Results of data processing show that there is a significant positive effect given byTransformational Leadership on Employee Performance PT. Bank Sulut Go KawangkowanBranch. Thus the higher the Transformational Leadership of PT Bank Sulut GoKawangkowan Branch hence the higher Level of Employee Performance in the company.Statistically Proved that Transformational Leadership Positively influence on EmployeePerformance so that hypothesis accepted.From the results of this study indicates Transformational Leadership is neededsomeone to stimulate employee to work better and make employee as the most valuableasset in the company. Abstract

The success of an institution or organization is determined by the quality of the componentsand systems in which the components are interconnected, one of which is human resources.To achieve the goals of an organization then what managers need to do is to encourageemployees to work according to what the organization wants. One of them through theprovision of motivation to employees, because with the high work motivation in a person, itwill arise employee morale in the employee who will create a good work productivity. Howworking environment conditions against employee motivation anda how the effects of workenvironment on employee motivation motivation PT BPR. Prisma Dana. This researchincludes quantitative research because the formulation of hypotheses and variabels used istaken from existing theory, tha is work environment theory for insependent variable and workmotivation theory for the dependent variable. Research time is estimated approximately 1month, to obatin the data needed in this study, researchers conductedresearch on PT. BPRPrisma Dana Manado. As for the population in this study are employees of PT. BPR PrismaDana Manado totaling 60 peoples. And i took the sample to be studied amounted to about 30people. Analysis of the data above shows that the work environment has a significant positiveinfluence on the motivation of work PT. BPR Prisma Dana Manado. This is indicated byseveral tests conducted on work environment variabels. Like t test above. In simple correlationanalysis shows that there is a close relationship between work environment with workmotivation. The results of these studies prove an simultaneously answer the hypothesis thatthere is influence between the work environment on employee motivation in PT. BPR PrismaDana Manado. There is a significant influence between work environment on employee workmotivation PT. BPR Prisma Dana Manado. By looking at the average achievement of allworking environment indicators achieved, presumably for all employees of PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the reaction of the capital market to an eventor announcement in this case is the announcement of the Economic Policy Package VolumeXIV on November 10, 2016. Capital market reaction will be seen or observed throughindicators of abnormal return of listed companies shares in Indonesia Stock Exchange.Researchers believe that one of the factors that cause changes or fluctuations in stock pricesis the information in circulation. Such as regulations or policies issued to encourageeconomic growth that are believed to add value to the firm. This research uses event studymethod. Sampling technique using nonprobabilitas method in the form of purposivesampling. The samples used in this research are 45 stocks of companies that are included inthe LQ45 index component for the period of August 2016 - January 2017. The observationperiod in this research is 71 trading days consisting of 60 days in the estimated period, 11days in the event period divided into five days before and five days after the date of the event.The statistical test in this research uses parametric statistics in the form of one sample t-testand paired sample t-test. Based on the results of different test with one sample t-test showsthat there is a positive significant average abnormal return that occurs around theannouncement of Economic Policy Volume XIV, but average abnormal return positive issignificant only occurs at the time of policy announcement (t0). The result of different test ofpaired sample t-test shows that there is no significant difference between the averageabnormal return before and after the announcement of Economic Policy Package VolumeXIV. After conducting the research, it can be concluded that there is a positive marketreaction to the announcement of the Economic Policy Package Volume XIV.Keywords : Event Study, Abnormal Return, Economic Policy Package Volume XIV.

Abstract

Conflict comes from the Latin verb configere which means to hit each other. Sociologically,conflict is defined as a social process between two or more people (or groups) where oneparty attempts to remove the other by destroying it or making it powerless. The purpose ofthis study is to determine the effect of conflicts that occur in the performance of employees atPT. Pegadaian (Persero) Manado samples taken as many as 30 respondents. Data collectionmethods used are questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed usingdescriptive research method of research that is research which combine between qualitativeand quantitative method. In this research, the result of simple correlation shows strongcorrelation or influence between conflict variable and performance equal to 0,87% and basedon that calculation hence sought the amount of contribution of conflict to performance withresult of 75,69%. And in this research the authors get the result of conflict impact terhadapaemployee performance that has a positive impact. The conclusion of this research result showsthe reality of Manado Pegadaian employees handling and managing employees conflicts doneefficiently and effectively then positive impact will arise through the behavior that is seen byemployees as potential human resources with various consequences such as improving order,discipline in using work time, increasing productive cooperative relationship, work motivation.And suggestions to try to improve or sustain the application of existing conflicts through theapplication of a conscious presence of role conflict, accepting the conditions and stressfulsituations in work caused by the conflict, trying to be able to tolerate conflict, will have animpact on the improvement of employee performance.Keywords : Conflict, Employee Performance

Abstract

The automotive sector is one of the sectors that contribute to the economic growth ofIndonesia. Job creation from the automotive sector is one of the solutions for the government inaddressing the problem of unemployment. On the hand the company in the automotive sector canachieve its goal of obtaining maximum profit. By earning the maximum profit of owners andcapital for the company’s operations can increase. Quality of work life is determined by thecompensation received by employees, the opportunity to participate in the organization, jobsecurity, work design, and the quality of interaction among members of the organization. Thepsychological dynamics of the quality of work life with organizational commitment is when thequality of working life of an employee is good then the organizational commitment will be high.Conversely, if the quality of working life is low then the organization's commitment will also below, causing a turnover in the organization. The purpose of this study is to determine whether thequality of work life has a significant effect on organizational commitment. Technical dataanalysis used in this study is the validity and reliability test questionnaire research, simple linearregression analysis and hypothesis t test. The population in this study were all employees of PTHasjrat Abadi branch of Manado which amounted to 138 people and the sample obtained byusing slovin formula and obtained as many as 58 respondents. Human as labor is the core orasset of every company, because man will be the one who will determine the role of otherresources that are included in the production process. The results showed that the quality of worklife positively affect the organizational commitment at PT Hasjrat Abadi Branch Manado andquality of work life significantly influence the organizational commitment at PT Hasjrat AbadiBranch Manado. In this studied only limited to the influence of quality of work life toorganizational commitment while other factors that also affect the organizational commitmentthat has not bee revealed how much influence. Hopefully in the next research can discuss otherfactors that have not been studied in this study.Keywords: Quality Of Work Life, Organizational Commitment

Abstract

Background This study was conducted at PT. Trans Samudera Sulut Service isone of the companies engaged in the service of the expedition which is usually calledfreight forwarder that serves the freight forwarder services in the form of cargo bothdomestically and abroad. The purpose of this research is to know how the role offreight forwarder in the implementation of import export business. The method ofresearch used in this study is using data analysis that takes place along with datacollection, such as data reduction, presentation and verification. In this research,Freight forwarder is a business entity that aims to provide services for all activitiesrequired for the implementation of the delivery, transport and receipt of goods byusing multimodal transport either by land, sea or air. The role of freight forwarder inthe import export business is the role in the consolidation of cargo, as the carrier, inthe documentation, in the packaging, in insurance. Result of this research then therole of freight forwarder in the implementation of import export business has beendone well although there may still be a few obstacles arises when import exportactivities take place as in the case of incompatibility between documents withchecked goods, weather factor effects and shipping facilities that have not used owncompanies such as aircraft and ships. Therefore, companies should pay more attentionto the roles of freight forwarders available at the time of export import. PT. TransSamudera Sulut Services also contribute in providing services to assist someentrepreneurs from North Sulawesi who use their services to facilitate the delivery ofgoods either outside or outside the country.Keywords: Role of Freight Forwarder, Export and Import

Abstract

Every company should be able to anticipate any changes that arise. Anticipation isintended so that the company can achieve its goals without any disruption and obstacles.Important things to note in the relationship is job satisfaction Because the level ofsatisfaction will be able to improve employee morale, so it can be concluded that therelationship between employees with the company into a reciprocal relationship. At PTBPR Prisma Dana Manado. Robbins (2001). "Job satisfaction is defined as a generalattitude of a person to his work. This definition contains a broad sense. In other words jobsatisfaction is a complex summation of a number of differentiated and discrete jobelements. "According to Robert L. Mathis and John H. Jackson Jimmy Sadeli and BayuPrawira (2001) "states that performance is basically what employees do or do not do." Inthis study the authors use is Quantitative approach. Research time is estimatedapproximately 1 month, researchers conducted research on PT. BPR Prisma DanaManado, the number of samples in this study are all populations to be studied thatamounted to about 30 people. In the results of this study Job satisfaction has a very stronginfluence in the creation of employee performance PT.BPR Prisma Dana Manadooptimally, the value of R (correlation) produced shows that the relationship between thetwo variables terebut very strong, it can be said that job satisfaction and employeeperformance are positively related meaning is the variable ability of job satisfaction inaffecting employee performance in PT.BPR Prisma Dana Manado is very big. In line withthe results of the research and the conclusions expressed, the researchers put forward somesuggestions as follows: For PT.BPR Prisma Dana Manado in order to maintain andimprove the effect of job satisfaction on performance by maintaining the existing aspects ofjob satisfaction and always supervise the performance of its employees.Keywords : : Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance.
