Abstract

Abstract : Empowerment of human resources in the company right will result in an increase thecompany's ability to obtain and retain the best people in the field. Utilization of human resourcesmanagement right can also motivate each individual to perform the work in accordance with companyobjectives. No matter how modern technology is used, or how much money it is prepared, but without ahuman resources professional it all becomes meaningless.This study aims to determine whether Transformational Leadership and OrganizationalCommitment to Achievement employees working at PT Bank Sulawesi (Central Office). This study used aquantitative approach. The main variable in this study is Transformational Leadership OrganizationalCommitment and Employee Job Performance.In this study population of 252 respondents PT. Bank of North Sulawesi with a sample of 45employees. From the results of the data obtained through questionnaires and calculated with SPSS 19using the multiple correlation analysis and multiple regression has obtained significant data. Afteranalyzing the correlation and regression methods were then tested with hypothesis testing, in this case thehypothesis testing using t-test testing. In testing the t test assumed in transformational leadershipvariable count T <T table is -0.333 <1.682 on the variable X1, it can be concluded can not reject Ho. While onthe Organizational Commitment X2 reject Ho T count> T able and accept H 1 when T count <T able. Upon gettingthe T count tested significantly with Ttable for error level 5% test of 1,682. So based on the count T = 5.925 andT = table count 1,682maka T> T table = 5.925> 1.682.The results of calculation between Transformational Leadership and Organizational CommitmentAgainst Employee Job Performance with regression analysis showed that the TransformationalLeadership and Organizational Commitment influential Against Employee Job Performance In NorthSulawesi PT Bank (Central Office).Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Organizational Commitment, Employee Job Performance

Abstract

The most important resource in an organization is human resource. Human resources isthe most important factor for the effectiveness of the organization, because of their behavior in the longterm will facilitate or hinder the achievement of organizational goals. Those people in the organizationprovide power, talent, creativity and effort to the organization. Mutations are changes positions, places,work both horizontally and vertically (promotion or demotion) in an organization.Mutation is the one tool that is used to determine whether it can improve work performance ornot in order to achieve the desired level of success of the organization. Job performance is the result of thequality and quantity of work achieved by an employee or employees in carrying out their duties inaccordance woth the responsibilities assigned to him. The study aims to determine whether there is anyeffect of the mutation on the performance of employees.The data obtained in this study is through observation, interviews, and dissemination kuisioner to45 officers with an overview of the respondents are included characteristics consisting of age, gender,length of service and education last. In this study using simple correlation analysis approach and a simplelinear regression.From the research conducted, found no effect of the mutation on work performance. Thereforeagencies or organizations should pay attention to things that include the performance of a mutation that,employee may continue to develop for the betterment of the organization on for the betterment of theorganization or for employees.Keywords : Mutation , Work Performance

Abstract

Abstract .This study was conducted to determine the effect of Worklife Balance and Compensation for Employee Performance at PT PLN (Persero) Area Manado.Based on the results of the study states that Worklife Balance employees get a fairly good value, employee satisfaction in achieving harmony between the responsibilities in private life, and the responsibilities of work is urgently needed so that employees can work better, Compensation of employees received value very good, with a proper compensation system can further optimize the performance of employees due to direct impact for employees, Worklife Balance and Compensation together influence Employee Performance by 55.2%, compensation more dominant.It can be concluded that the Worklife Balance and Compensation affects Employee Performance of PT PLN (Persero) Area Manado partially and simultaneously. Recommendations for Human Resource Management is to continue maintaining the system of compensation and attention to the intensity of management policies for employees in order to achieve balancing between work and private life so that Employee Performancewill increasing andCompany goals can be achieved.Keywords: Worklife Balance, Compensation, and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract. In Running an enterprise activity need to make an assessment (evaluation) of the implementation of programs that have been developed human resources in achieving overall corporate objectives to ensure that the functions of the human resources (HR) has been running and contributing to better achievement in the company's success. Therefore, companies require an audit to assess whether the management of the programs and activities of the HR function is in conformity with the effort in achieving corporate goals. This study aims to determine, describe and explain the Influence of Human Resource Audit on Employee Performance at PT. Sanggar Laut Manado. Variables examined in this study are the Human Resource Audit as Independent Variables and Employee Performance as a Dependent Variable. In this study involving all employees who are 40 employees as respondents. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data obtained from the questionnaires and interviews. For Audit Human Resources on Employee Performance, the author uses descriptive quantitative method, Spearman rank correlation, coefficient of determination analysis, and test results is done manually and using SPSS. Based on the statistical analysis of the results are as follows: Hypothesis Testing results indicate that the Human Resource Audit influence on employee performance. of these findings it can be concluded that the study results were declared "Human Resource Audit Significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Abstract

In carrying out an activity the company needs to conduct an evaluation (evaluation) on the implementation of human resource programs (HR) that has been developed in achieving the overall objectives of the company to ensure that the function of human resources (HR) has been running and contribute well in achievement success of the company. The purpose of this study are (1) To determine the effect of reward on employee loyalty PT. Columbia Perdana Branch Manado; (2) To know the effect of giving punishment to employee loyalty of PT. Columbia Perdana of Manado (3) To know the provision of rewards and punishment on employee loyalty PT. Columbia Perdana of Manado. Benefits of this research are: (1) for the researcher is to add insight about systematics reward and punishment to employee loyalty; (2) for the library to add collections and reference materials to other researchers in the field of field works; (3) for the company that is able to provide good input for PT. Columbia Perdana Of Manado to improve performance and loyalty and the wider community regarding appropriate rewards and punishments. This research uses quantitative descriptive method with data analysis technique using validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and test done manually and using SPSS application. Based on statistical analysis obtained results as follows: Hypothesis Test Results show that Reward and Punishment simultaneously affect the loyalty of employees of PT. Columbia Perdana Branch Manado, while punishment does not partially effect on employee loyalty of PT. Columbia Perdana Of Manado.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of work-life balance and burnout on job satisfaction of the employees in  PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch of Sulawesi Utara. Data were collected from questionnaires completed by 32 participants and analysed using multiple regression analysis. The findings reveal that work-life balance had a positive and significant impact to job satisfaction. Further, burnout had a negative impact to job satisfaction but the result was insignificant. This study recommends the company to keep facilitate the employee in enhancing work-life balance and reducing burnout.  Keywords: Work-life Balance, Burnout, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstrak. Competition and a higher demand in professionalism raises the amount of pressure that an individual faces in their work environment. The effect of anxiety that is often experienced by the public and employees is stress. Stress has the potential to encourage or interfere with the implementation work, depending on the level of stress experienced by the employees This research was conducted with the aim to see whether work related stress affects the performance of employees, with the object of the research, PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Dana Manado. Employee Performance is measured by indicators of Quantity, Quality, and timeliness. In the fact stress can be helpful, improve and fun, but stress can also be damaging, threaten, worrisome, so stress has the potential to interfere the performance. The controlled population in this study is 50 people, while the number of samples taken in this study is 44 people. The collection of data used are questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data of the research, using simple regression, shows the influence of stress on the employees. The simple correlation test showed a strong negative correlation, meaning that both variables have an inverse relationship. If the X value is high, then the Y value will be low and vice versa. Based on the curve, the relationship of stress and performance of the employees of PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Dana Raya is that before performance reaches a peak level, stress helps it grow to a higher level but when the levels of stress increases the employee’s performance began to decline and gradually become very low. From the results of the data analysis, the level of stress of the company has passed the maximum point because it is beginning to show a negative relationship. Suggestion in the reaserch is company must pay attention to the atmosphere around the office, create new innovations, and make a good personal communication within the company.Keyword: Work Stress, Performance Employees

Abstract

This study purposed to analyze the influence of knowledge sharing towards employee performance at (Perwakilan Bank Indonesia office/Representative office of Bank Indonesia) in North Sulawesi province. Whereas the purpose of this study is to determine the influence of knowledge sharing towards employee performance. Knowledge sharing is measured by Donating Knowledge Indicator and knowledge collecting (de Vries et al, 2006). While the employee performance is measured by the quality of work, quantity of work and timeliness (Hasibuan 2006). The sample is employee of Bank Indonesia North Sulawesi as many as 47 people that taken from the 53 people of the total number of employee population. Data collection techniques in this study is the observations and questionnaires. Data analysis technique used in this study is simple linear regression. Data were processed using SPSS version 17.0. The results showed knowledge sharing has a positive and significant impact towards employee performance. Based on the obtained value of R Square is 0.387. which means that 38.7% of the employee performance (Y) can be explained by knowledge sharing (X). While the remaining 72.3% can be explained by other variables that was not researched in this study.Keywords: Knowledge Sharing, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on the employee's performance of business cooperatives Baliem Arabica in Jayawijaya. To test the effect of compensation to employee performance correlation and regression analysis was used with a total sample of 39 respondents. The results showed there is a compensation effect on employee performance. Therefore, the board of Baliem Arabica business cooperatives should pay attention to the compensation granted to employees in order to have a positive impact on the sustainability of the business in the future. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the influence of ethical leadership on the performance of employees at the Tax Office Primary Tobelo Halmahera Utara. In this study using descriptive quantitative is to test the relationship between variables and to measure the magnitude of influence on these variables. Based on this research shows that ethical leadership has a positive and very strong influence on employee performance, thus hypothesis states there is influence of ethical leadership on employee performance can be accepted. A leader with an ethical leadership style can influence individuals or groups to behave in accordance with organizational or corporate goals. Therefore companies or organizations need to pay attention to matters that include ethical behavior so that employee performance can be developed for the progress of the organization or companyKeywords: Ethical Leadership, Work Achievement.
