<![CDATA[The  capacity  of women  in  politics  in  Indonesia  to  date  has not  shown  significant  progress.  This  is  evident  from  not   fulfilling the  quota  of  women  serving  in  government and   political institutions,  thus  triggering   the  apolitical  attitude of women. Therefore,  empowerment  of  women  in  politics  into a critical discourse  to  encourage more  women  go  into   politics. Efforts must be  made  by  government  and  non  government agencies that have the empowerment of women equal to men.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is to describe the emergence of women leaders and more emphasis on research prototype descriptive as well as qualitative research as well as field research. So this study will not test hypotheses but simply presents the results of research in the field. This research also to conculded that the village head jangrana is a leader who emerged from genetic factors and social factors can thus be said that ecological factors are factors that are owned by the emergence of leaders of the village head. <![CDATA[Abstract FTA would be of benefit to a state because giving efficiency expense of transfer of goods through integration process of political economy line in an area. But, FTA has available prerequisite of enough infrastructure. Various governmental efforts since Infrastructure Summit I and II until initial Investment Summit of December 2009 has not given result is gratifying. Infrastructure still becoming discourse. Electrical crisis and height of expense of arranging commercial to become some of problems which cannot be disregarded. Independence of exploiting economics of local potency for domestic and export earns is optimal and gives maximum economics benefit. <![CDATA[Abstract Lifts research problem about the relation of Kuliah Kerja Nyata and independence of public with success of development of countryside, be idea from research to know are there relation between Kuliah Kerja Nyata and independence of public with Development Success of Countryside. Writer wish to know are there difference of the relation of Kuliah Kerja Nyata and independence of public which different of while from this research found that independence of high public has contribution which positive to the relation of Kuliah Kerja Nyata with Development of Countryside. On the contrary independence of public that is low relative of its the contribution haves the character of negativity to the relation of Kuliah Kerja Nyata with Development of Countryside. Hereinafter from comparison difference test of there is no a marked difference about perception of public to program Kuliah Kerja Nyata from countryside with level of high independence, and also countryside with level of lower independence.
