Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the CLCK Development model in teacher work programs that can improve Teacher Competence at SDN 091621 Trade. This type of research is a school action research consisting of 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely the planning, action, observation and reflection stages. Based on the results of the discussion it can be concluded that the average score from the observation of the pre-cycle of competence in carrying out learning is 70.92 or with sufficient quality and the average score of observations in cycle 1 about the competence of implementing learning is 87.54 or good quality level. Increasing the results of the average score of pre-cycle data, cycle 1 and cycle 2 is as follows: the results of the cycle 1 score is higher than the pre-cycle data score of 16.62, the results of the cycle 2 score are higher than the score of cycle 1 that is equal to 10.15, the results of the data score II are higher than the pre-cycle data score of 26.77, from 10 teachers after being supervised twice there is an increase in the ability of teachers to increase competence in implementing excellent learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the learning outcomes obtained by teachers and students after using the integrated learning model Conneted Learning in State Elementary Schools 097358 Negri Lawan. This type of research is a school action carried out as much as 2 cycles. Data collection methods are used, observation sheets, observations, and photos. From the analysis obtained early learning or before being given an action, it can be seen that the average grade of the class is 66.9 and the percentage of the category is quite 100%, either 0% / In the first cycle of action with the official visit of the education supervisor at SDN 097358 Negri Selawan obtained an average value class 76.1 with 0% enough category percentage and 100% enough category. This shows an increase in pre-cycle test results both in terms of grade averages and observations of learning implementation. In the second cycle of action by visiting educational supervisors, the average value of the class increased by 91.9 and the observation value of learning implementation increased.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect differences of Discovery Learning and Problem Based Learning models on critical thinking skills of fifth grade students in natural sciences subject. This research was true experiment, pretest-posttest control group design. The sample in this research were 31 students of SD Negeri Cebongan 01 Salatiga as first experiment class and 31 students of SD Negeri Noborejo 01 Salatiga as second experiment class that were meet precondition test which the result of both samples was normal, homogeneous, and there were no significant differences. The results of this research showed that the first experimental class’ average was 74.97 and second experimental class’ average was 69.03. Based on independent sample T-test, p was 0.002 or p<0.05 it means Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. The research concluded that there were significant differences in students critical thinking skills using the Discovery Learning model and Problem Based Learning model on the content of Natural Science learning especially for science topic: changing states of matter. In addition, from this study it could be concluded that Discovery Learning models was more suitable in learning activities in changing states of matter that Problem Based Learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out that through classroom supervision supervision techniques can improve teacher performance in implementing a realistic approach at SD Negeri 094130 Dolokmaraja. This school action research was carried out in 2 cycles with the application of a Realistic Approach. The subjects of the study were 641 elementary school teachers from Dolokmaraja. Data collection methods are used, observation sheets, observations, and photos. Based on the results of the study that the action cycle I obtained an average grade of 76.1. In the second cycle, the average value of the class was increased by 91.9 and the observation value of the teacher's activity increased to reach 100%. Thus it can be concluded that through the supervision technique of class visits the application of a realistic approach increases.

Abstract

This type of research is a school action research. The purpose of this school action research is to find out whether through academic supervision techniques can improve the ability of teachers to apply modeling techniques to improve Indonesian learning outcomes in SD Negeri 091498 Pematang Tanah Jawa. The study was conducted in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 2 (two) meetings with 2x35 minutes study time. Each research cycle consisted of 4 stages: planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were 514 elementary school SDN Pematang Tanah Jawa teachers. The instruments used consisted of, observation sheets of student activities, observation sheets of the teacher's ability to manage classes and photo documentation. The data analysis technique used is quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of the analysis showed an increase in learning outcomes is indicated by the average value of observations of student activity in pre-cycle of 66.4%. Then in the first cycle of 74.0% and in the second cycle of 90.4%.

Abstract

the purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students on PKN subjects through varied lecture techniques sweet SD 017989. This type of research is classroom action research using test instruments and observation sheets of 2 cycles. The results showed that student learning outcomes by 65% got a complete value and 35% got an incomplete value with an average value of 69.0 in cycle I. In cycle II student learning outcomes by 90% got a complete grade, and by 10% got an unfinished value with an average rating of 89.0. Thus varied lecture techniques can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of play-based and digital project learning models as a strategy for character development of PAUD teacher candidates. This research is a combination of survey and intervention methods through field experiments. The subjects of this study were a team of instructional lecturers and students who took courses on AUD learning approaches and strategies as many as 90 people. Data were collected using document analysis techniques, observation and questions and answers and analyzed with descriptive statistics and qualitative analysis. The results showed that: (1) learning with play based and digital project models can be used in learning with stages, (a) the initial stage, which consists of developing interests and preparing projects, (b) investigations conducted with field visit activities and discussing activities that have been carried out, and (c) conclusions and results obtained that are carried out with activities that conclude results and present the resulting product; (2) the competencies of students designing learning for AUD are at an average score of 71 and as much as 74% have successfully passed viewed from the design and quality of the video, (3) the play based and digital project learning model can develop the character of responsibility and cooperation

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out through the Real Work Role of School Supervisors that can improve Teacher Performance in Teaching and Learning Activities at SDN 091587 Volunteers. This school action research was carried out in 2 cycles with the application of a Realistic Approach. This research is a classroom action research study consisting of 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of: planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. The subjects of the study were 091587 elementary school teachers with volunteers. Data collection methods are used, observation sheets, observations, and photos. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the action cycle I with the application of a realistic approach through the supervision technique of class visits obtained an average grade of 76.1 with a percentage of 0% enough category and 100% enough category. This shows an increase in pre-action test results both in terms of average class and teacher performance. In the second cycle of action with the application of a realistic approach through the supervision technique of classroom visits, the average value of the class has increased by 91.9 and the observation value of teacher activity has increased to reach 100%. Thus it can be said that through the classroom visit supervision technique the application of a realistic approach to SD Negeri 091587 Volunteers has increased.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the use of experimental methods to improve student learning outcomes in science learning in class V SDN 014648 Padang Mahondang. This type of research is classroom action research. This research was conducted in 2 cycles. The research subjects were students in grade V SDN 014648 Padang Mahondang, totaling 25 students. Data collection instruments used were written tests in the form of multiple choices, observation sheets, observations of teacher and student activities, and photo results. The results of the study stated that learning science through experimental methods can improve learning outcomes in science subjects. This is evident in the initial conditions before completing the action percentage of 28% completeness, the first cycle of 56% completeness percentage, completeness learning cycle I still has not been achieved. In the second cycle the percentage of completeness was 92%. In this second cycle learning completeness has been achieved.
