<![CDATA[The problem of this research is of low grade student learning outcomes VA SDN 006 Kubang Jaya Kecamatan Siak Hulu. This learning problem addressed by implementing cooperative learning model numbered heads together (NHT) with the formulation of the problem: Does the implementation of cooperative learning model Numbered Heads Together (NHT) can improve learning outcomes IPS graders of VA SDN 006 Kubang Jaya Kecamatan Siak Hulu? The purpose of this research is to improve learning outcomes IPS graders of VA SDN 006 Kubang Jaya Kecamatan Siak Hulu by means of the application of cooperative learning model numbered heads together (NHT). This research is a class act performed two cycles, the subject of this research is class VA with the number of 33 students, the study was conducted with four stages: planning, implementation, observation stage, and the stage of reflection. The study states that the results of social studies students has increased. This is evidenced by the results of the first cycle of learning has increased compared to conventional learning, the average value of learning outcomes prasiklus is 50.90, the first cycle average student learning outcomes is 70.00, the second cycle increased again to 77.20, In addition completeness of students has increased in prasiklus is 8 students (25.00%), in the first cycle is 21 students (65.60%), and the second cycle increased to 29 students (90.60%). Based on the results of this study concluded that the implementation of cooperative learning model type numbered heads together (NHT) can improve learning outcomes IPS graders of VA SDN 006 Kubang Jaya Kecamatan Siak Hulu.]]>

The problems of the research is "What type of cooperative learning model of application quick on the draw can Increase the motivation to learn mathematics 001 third grade students of SDN Pagaran Tapah Darussalam Rokan Hulu?" This research is a classroom action research conducted in SDN 001 Pagarah Tapah Darussalam. The subjects were students of class III is 31 students. <![CDATA[This research is motivated by the lack of learning outcomes students' reading comprehension, particularly on the subjects of Indonesian. For that research by applying instant learning strategy assessment, the purpose of this research is to improve the ability of third-grade students' reading comprehension SDN 005 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam Rokan Hulu. This research is a class act, committed in Tapah Pagaran SDN 005 Darussalam. The subjects were students of class III with a number of students as many as 33 people. This study was conducted in two cycles, each cycle stages in this study were: 1) planning, 2) action, 3) observation, and reflection. The results of the study before action learning outcomes of students' reading comprehension only reached 66.62% in the medium category. In the first cycle of learning outcomes students 'reading comprehension has reached 70.14%, although it has not reached mastery individuals or groups, but the learning outcomes of students' reading comprehension in the first cycle increased from 66.62% to 70.14%. After the improvements on the activities of teachers and students in the second cycle, students' reading comprehension learning outcomes achieved quite satisfactory to reach an average of 77.70%. This situation shows that the improvement of learning on the subjects of Indonesian to use the Instant learning strategy assessment was successful. ]]>

<![CDATA[Competency of primary school teachers in teaching low SBK can not increase the creativity of students. When viewed from the musical wealth of Riau which are many and varied, lessons should SBK can be done well. It is not so considered by the art educators and is the background for the model-based development of student creativity Riau music performed by R & D through the stages of survey, design models, testing, and validation. The use of this model can enhance students' creativity as the ability to develop rhythm, choose the color of the instrument, tool making, composing music, and composing music grooves. This model also helps the teacher in the learning process and simultaneously lift Riau music. SBK learning can enhance students' creativity and preserve the values of social, educational, religious, and human values contained in Riau music, if teachers can perform well. Instead of learning SBK who have not yet developed the art of Riau tradition as a foundation for creative, cultural roots will gradually disappear.]]>

<![CDATA[The low yield of fourth grade students learn science SD Negeri 004 Tembilahan this is the background of this research, this is evidenced by the acquisition of the average student learning outcomes that is equal to 63.31. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes through the implementation of the method of administration tasks. This research is a classroom action research subjects fourth graders SD Negeri 004 Tembilahan by the number of 32 students, the study was conducted as much as two cycles consisting of two meetings. The data used in this study focuses on improving learning outcomes and student learning completeness. Based on the results obtained under the data science learning outcomes increased in each cycle, the pre-cycle (basic score) average learning results obtained by the students was 63.31 by the number of students who completed by 16 (50.00%), in cycle I rise to 70.31 by the number of students who pass the number 25 (78.12%), and the second cycle increased to 73.59 by the number of students who completed totaling 32 students. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the application of the method of administration tasks can improve student learning outcomes IPA IV SD Negeri 004 Tembilahan.]]>

<![CDATA[The background of this study is the lack of mathematics learning outcomes Class VI SDN 012 Pekan Arba, this is evidenced by the acquisition of the average value obtained at 65, other than that of the 20 students were only 8 students (40.00%), which reached KKM. Based on this the researchers conducted a study to implement cooperative learning model think pair squer (TPS). This study is a class action, which was carried out as much as two cycles consisting of two meetings. Based on the research data showed that students' mathematics learning outcomes in each cycle has increased, on the basis of the number of students who score reached KKM is 10 students (50.00%), the first UH KKM number of students who achieve an increase in the number of students is 75, 00%, and at UH II, the number of students who reached KKM increased by 85.00%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the implementation of cooperative learning model think pair squer (TPS) can improve learning outcomes sixth grade mathematics students SDN 012 Pekan Arba.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the lack of listening skills obtained by the students, it is seen from the results of an assessment of the listening skills of students still achieved an average grade 56.32 or reach under the KKM predetermined value is 70. This study aims to determine whether the Team Learning model Listener can improve listening skills of students in the subject of Indonesian student Class V SD Negeri 007 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam Rokan Hulu. The subjects were 38 students in the academic year 2014-2015. Form of research is classroom action research. The data collection technique used is the technique of test and non test. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the ability to listen to the story class V students of SD Negeri 007 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam Rokan Hulu can be improved by applying the learning model listener team. On average ability to listen to stories of students in the early test is average with the average value of 56.32 by the medium category, and in the first cycle rose to 69.47 in the medium category, while in the second cycle listening skills of students categorized as high with the percentage of the average value of 76, 58 with a high category. Therefore, the success rate has exceeded 70 of the total number of students, which means that most students have achieved success predetermined value (minimum 75%).]]>

<![CDATA[The background of this study is the lack of IPS students' learning outcomes, from 22 students only 36.36% or 8 students who managed to achieve a minimum completeness criteria (KKM) established school with a class average value of 61.75. Based on this the researchers conducted a classroom action research with the aim to improve learning outcomes IPS students through the application of methods of discussion. This research is a class act, who performed a total of two cycles consisting of two meetings, the data of this study focuses on the data increase learning outcomes and increase student mastery learning outcomes IPS. The study states that the results of social studies students has increased in each cycle, the initial data is the number of students who completed 8 students (36.36%) with an average of learning outcomes at 61.75. In the first cycle has increased the number of students who completed up to 16 students (72.73%) with an average of learning outcomes at 73.90, and the second cycle the number of students who pass the increase to 22 students (100.00%) with a mean -rata learning outcomes at 87.75. Based on these results it can be concluded that the application of the method of discussion to improve learning outcomes IPS students of class V A SD Negeri 004 Tembilahan Kecamatan Tembilahan.]]>

<![CDATA[The background of this research is the poor student learning outcomes and low awareness of teachers to apply an effective and innovative learning. This study aims to determine whether there is improvement of mathematics learning outcomes before and after the discovery learning method is applied on Grade VA SD Negeri 009 Pulau Kijang Kecamatan Reteh. The number of subject of this research was 22 students consisting of 8 male students and 14 female students with heterogeneous ability. The minimum passing grade, hereinafter KKM and Analysis on Average is used to know whether or not there is enhancement of mathematics learning outcomes before and after the discovery model is applied. The research findings reveal that the number of students that achieved the KKM (75) based on the first data obtained from the teacher was 7 (32%). At the first cycle, the number increased to 14 (64%), and at the second cycle, the number increased to 19 (86%). The average score of the student based on the first data obtained from the teacher was 72.7. At the first cycle, the average score increased to 76.3 and at the second cycle, it creased to 82. Referring to the research findings, it can be concluded that the application of the discovery learning method can enhance mathematics learning outcomes of students of Grade VA SD Negeri 009 Pulau Kijang Kecamatan Reteh of 2016.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the low capabilities delivering news content. Goals to be achieved in this research is to improve the ability of delivering content news newspaper in class VI SDN 002 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam through storytelling method implemented during one month. This research was conducted in SDN 002 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam. Classes that thorough research is a class vi two semesters with a number of students as many as 20 people. This classroom action research was started in early march 2014. This form of research is classroom action research. The research instrument consists of instruments teacher and student activity sheets and achievement test. Based on the research that has been described in chapter IV, it can be concluded that the capacity of students to deliver the news in the newspapers before the action reaches only 55% with the percentage kategeroi "less than optimal" because it is in the range of 40-55%. In the first cycle pupils in the ability to deliver the news in newspapers increased by a percentage of 70% to the category of "enough optimal" because it is in the range of 56-75%. After an improvement of the learning process in the second cycle students' ability to deliver the news in the newspapers has increased very satisfactorily with a percentage of 86% to the category of "optimal" because it is in the range of 76-100%.]]>
