Abstract

Motivation is very important in improving soldier performance, work motivation of soldiers needs to be raised so that soldiers can carry out performance with the best results. Conversely soldiers who do not have high motivation in doing their jobs will find it difficult to work well and tend to be irresponsible even if the soldier has very good abilities. If the work motivation of the soldiers can be built, the soldiers can have a better performance for the organization in terms of carrying out operational readiness. The purpose of the research is to analyze and prove the effect of work motivation on the performance of the KRI enlisted class Pattimura in carrying out operations readiness. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with data analysis using SPSS (statistical package for the social sciences) while the sample in this study amounted to 77 enlisted KRI Pattimura class. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents, as well as literature studies. he results of the study indicate that there is a significant influence of work motivation variables on the performance of soldiers on board, this can be seen from the t count of 12.092 greater than t table 1.992. For the coefficient of determination (R Square) regression of 0.661, shows that work motivation partially significantly influences the performance of the soldiers by 66.1%.

Abstract

Management research is aimed at the restaurant business for survival by following the government regulations of the COVID-19 period and exploring knowledge in applying business change methods. The purpose of this research is to improve business performance in a pandemic by sharing knowledge to obtain product marketing information, building cooperation in activities that significantly improve business performance when the economy is weak. Quality products made hygienically with the best raw materials, processing, packaging and shipping have very positive business performance. Quantitative research methods with SPSS 23.0 from distributing questionnaires to 150 restaurant entrepreneurs in Central Kalimantan. The results showed the effect of sharing knowledge and 72.9% product quality on the performance of technology-based restaurant businesses during the pandemic. The implications of this study are aimed at restaurant operators in Central Kalimantan in particular and the restaurant business in other provinces in general, to utilize technology to build relationships in sharing information and maintaining customer confidence in quality products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of service quality, image and satisfaction on patient trust at PHC Surabaya Hospital. The object of this research is PHC Surabaya Hospital with the unit of analysis in this study is the patient / patient's family. Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to the respondents and then analyzed using SPSS. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that most of the families using the PHC Surabaya hospital were women as much as 58%, worked as private employees and had a bachelor's education. The results also show that the service quality of the PHC Surabaya hospital is in the good category, but still needs to be improved. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that service quality has a significant effect on patient trust. Besides, the image also has a significant effect on the patient's trust. Patient satisfaction has a significant effect on patient confidence in PHC Surabaya Hospital. Patient satisfaction has the greatest influence on patient trust.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Debt Ratio (DR) on stock prices. This research was conducted at a banking company registered in LQ-45. This research uses associative research. The population in this study were all banking companies listed in LQ-45 based on the research period as many as 7 companies and the sample used was 5 companies with the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The analysis technique used in this study is the classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. Based on the analysis conducted, this study shows that Return On Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Debt Ratio (DR) have no significant effect on stock prices partially but Return On Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Debt Ratio (DR) have a significant effect on stock prices simultaneously.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the satisfaction of outpatients at Muji Rahayu Hospital Surabaya in terms of the quality of services provided by Muji Rahayu Hospital Surabaya. This study uses independent variables consisting of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The analytical model used to test and prove the hypothesis in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of regression analysis, the regression coefficients of all independent variables have a probability value (sig) less than 0.05, which means that partially tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy have an effect on outpatient satisfaction at Muji Rahayu Hospital Surabaya is reliability. . The conclusion of this study is that tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy both partially and simultaneously affect outpatient satisfaction at Muji Rahayu Hospital Surabaya and among tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy, the dominant influence on outpatient satisfaction at Muji Rahayu Hospital Surabaya is reliability.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of Competency (X1) and Performance Appraisal (X2) both partially and simultaneously on promotion position (Y). The method used is quantitative. Data collection was done by distributing 135 questionnaires. All questionnaires were collected and filled in completely to be analyzed by multiple linear methods. The results of data analysis show that competency and performance appraisal have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on promotion position. The result of this research proved by T-count value 3,593 larger than T-table 1,98 with a value of significant 0,000<0,05 (2) performance appraisal (X2) had positive and significant influence partially on promotion position (Y) seen from T-count value 4,686 larger than T-table 1,98 with a value of significant 0,000<0,05 and (3) Competency (X1) Performance Appraisal (X2) have positive and significant influence simultaneously to promotion position (Y) seen from F-count 129,019 larger than F-table 3,06 with a value of significant 0,000. In conclusion, competency (X1) and Performance Appraisal (X2) partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on promotion position (Y).

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the economy in Bali. Efforts to formulate a strategic and integrative policy in the tourism sector to accelerate the post-Covid-19 economic recovery can be done by implementing the Pentahelix Strategy in the development of the tourism industry. This strategy collaborates with Academia-Business-Community-Government and Media, which are oriented towards meeting the needs of the tourism industry based on local wisdom. The general objective of this study is to determine how the implementation of tourism policy in Denpasar City post-Covid-19 pandemic is conducted, as well as to identify the synergies of the Pentahelix Strategy in formulating tourism policies as an effort to support economic recovery in Denpasar City. This research reflects a descriptive-analytical study, a type of research that is not only limited to description but also to efforts to study the characteristics of problem-solving cases in tourism investment. The research method used is qualitative research, often referred to as a naturalistic research method because the research is conducted in natural settings. It is also known as an ethnographic method because it was originally used more in cultural anthropology research. This method is called qualitative because the collected data and analysis are more qualitative in nature.

Abstract

the purpose of this study is to find out how big the gap is from the level of consumer interest and service performance of Alfamart in Denpasar City. This research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sampling method that will be used in this study is non- probability with purposive sampling technique. The number of respondents who filled out the survey was 104 individuals who met the sample criteria to be used. The data analysis technique used is the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method which shows the relationship between the level of importance and the level of performance. The correlation of each item to the total score of each statement for variables/attributes Tangible, Responsiveness, Reliability, Assurance, Empathy, all yields an r-table above 0.361 with a significance value of 0.06 (6 persen). Thus, the entire statement of research variable items is valid and reliable. This means that overall all indicators that are considered important are in accordance with customer expectations so that there is no need to prioritize a particular indicator. Suggestions that can be given to Alfamart retail outlets in Denpasar City Alfamart retail outlets in Denpasar City must maintain the attributes that are located in Quadrant II so that consumers still feel satisfied

Abstract

This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence of the influence of the Independent Board of Commissioners, Institutional Ownership, Profit Quality, Capital Structure, Company Size, and Company Growth on Company Performance in Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research population is manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector which are listed on the IDX in 2019-2021. The sample in this study were 46 companies which were determined based on the purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that the independent board of commissioners has a positive effect on company performance. Institutional ownership has a positive effect on company performance. Earnings quality has no effect on company performance. Capital structure has a negative effect on company performance. Company size has a positive effect on company performance. The company's growth has no effect on the company's performance.

Abstract

Researchers have developed various factors, such as job dedication, motivation, and discipline, that affect employee performance. Work motivation, commitment, and discipline are a few factors that can impact employee success in the Gianyar Regency Cultural Office. This study attempts to determine if staff performance at the Cultural Office of the Gianyar Regency is significantly impacted both simultaneously and in part by job motivation, dedication, and discipline. This study includes a proportionate random sample of 58 staff members from the Gianyar Regency's Cultural Office. The findings demonstrate how employee performance is influenced by job motivation, dedication, and discipline.
