Abstract

This study aims to describe spelling errors in student scientific works. The errors studied included the use of letters, writing words, using punctuation marks, and writing absorption elements. The instrument used is a human instrument. The data was taken from spelling errors in the scientific work of students Trunojoyo Madura University Primary School Teacher Education (PGSD) in the form of background papers. The results showed that there were 156 errors. The spelling errors which include the use of letter as many as 70 errors, writing in as a prefix or preposition 43 errors, writing punctuation 40 errors, and writing absorption elements as many as 3 errors. This shows that students still lac understanding of spelling in scientific writing and need intensive guidance both in theory and application.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of rewards and punishments on physical education learning during the online Covid-19 pandemic for students at SDN Karangwinongan Mojoagung. The method used in this study is a survey method using a questionnaire or questionnaire. The study uses a questionnaire that has been filled out by 40 respondents . This data collection technique using a questionnaire is used to determine the impact of giving rewards and punishments in learning PJOK online during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Based on the description of the research data above, it shows that the impact of Reward and Punishment on physical education learning during the online Covid-19 pandemic is in the moderate category. The highest frequency is 29 students with a percentage of 39.3% in the medium category. The impact of Reward and Punishment in physical education learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, which was in the high category of 17.6% or 3 students, medium category 54.3% or 29 students, low category 28.3% or 8 students.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a product in the form of Crossword-based Thematic Student Worksheets on the theme 1 The Beauty of Togetherness in class IV SDN 02 AB.S PERIGI in accordance with the 2013 curriculum and to produce valid and practical worksheets for use in learning. This research is a development research with 4D (Define), (Design), (Develop), (Disseminate) models. Based on the results of the research analysis by the three experts, namely: linguists, material experts and media experts overall, it shows that the Crossword-based Thematic LKS on theme 1 The Beauty of Togetherness in class IV SDN has met the valid criteria with a percentage of 98.77%. Categorized as " very good . While the results of the analysis of student practicality sheets carried out in small groups consisting of 6 students have met the practical criteria with a percentage of 90.27% in the "very practical" category and the teacher's practicality test with a percentage of 84.61% so it can be concluded that thematic worksheets are based on The crossword on theme 1 The Beauty of Togetherness in class IV SDN meets valid and practical criteria and can be used in the learning process.

Abstract

Education is an important aspect for everyone. However, not a few people can experience an education that is fulfilled by the adequacy of good facilities to support the acquisition of knowledge in school. This condition, of course, gave birth to various obstacles which are the shared responsibility of every element in the field of education, especially the Government in responding to the continuity of the teaching and learning process in schools optimally. In this case, the Government needs to empower the education aspect, especially in frontier, remote and underdeveloped schools. No wonder the education gap in the area is still the center of attention today, due to the lack of balance in the provision of educational service facilities. In this regard, this community service activity focuses on seeking various learning methods at elementary schools that have low accreditation and are located in frontier, remote and disadvantaged areas. One of them is at State Elementary School 3 Cijemit, Ciniru District, Kuningan Regency to provide learning innovation services for students. The school has limited facilities to support learning. Aspects that are focused on are: (1) innovation in teaching and learning activities, (2) technology adaptation, (3) school administration, (4) providing library facilities, and (5) implementation of work programs. The method used refers to the MBKM program. In its implementation, these five aspects can provide synergy to support the provision of optimal educational services.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the interest of students in distance learning in grade I of SD Muhammadiyah 11 Surabaya. The type of research used is qualitative research. Participants in the study were teachers, grade 1 students and parents with data collection techniques conducted, namely questionnaires, interviews, and documents. The results showed that students' interest in learning while participating in distance learning based on high achievement criteria is good enough because students enjoy learning, so they always actively ask their parents if they do not understand. The interest in learning students with moderate achievement criteria is also good enough because students are happy with the assistance from parents so that students show seriousness in learning. While students with achievement criteria are lacking, their learning interest is still lacking, this is due to the background of working parents.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the teacher's efforts to improve performance in utilizing the school environment as a learning resource and whether discussions could improve teacher performance in utilizing the school environment as a learning resource at SDN Carangwulung III, Wonosalam District, Jombang Regency. This research is an action research that aims to improve teacher performance in utilizing the school environment as a learning resource through discussions at SDN Carangwulung III Wonosalam District. The subjects of this study were teachers of SDN Carangwulung III, Wonosalam District, Jombang Regency, totaling 8 people, consisting of 5 PNS teachers, and 3 non-permanent teachers. Meanwhile, the object of research is the teacher's performance in utilizing the school environment as a learning resource. Implementation process Utilizing the school environment as a learning resource starts with initial supervision. Initial supervision is carried out to identify problems that exist in the determination. There was an increase in the readiness of participants in the discussion activities. The teachers of SDN Carangwulung III, Wonosalam District gave a very positive response to the activity of utilizing the school environment as a learning resource through discussion.

Abstract

The recent rise in the use of problem-based learning (PBL) has given rise to serious debates over its introduction. PBL critics question whether emphasizing practice makes teachers less inclined to impart educational content that is responsive to students’ ideas, preferring instead to employ a technocratic approach. This research seeks to expand on the basis of its effectiveness as a means of engaging students in learning and incorporating literature on the Problem- based web learning method. The hypotheses, therefore, address the effect of the PBL method on collaborative learning.  As a means of data collection, a questionnaire was formulated and given to 464 Elementary School Teacher Education Students who approached with a problem-solving methodology. To study the application of PBL, a quantitative research technique was used to figure out the findings of the investigation. SPSS and Structural Equation Method (SEM-AMOS) were used to arrive at the results. Learners’ engagement was raised as a result of implementing learning methods like active learning, iterative learning, and authentic learning. The results indicate that students are encouraged to participate in Problem Base Web Learning, which increases engagement by allowing students to share and discuss their findings. Therefore, PBL is essential such that students are encouraged to employ this approach in their academic endeavours. Further, universities also similarly urge them to do so.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which digital literacy skills possessed by 5th grade students of SDN 2 Kedungrejo in thematic learning (Indonesian subjects with KD. 3.5 and 4.5) to realize the profile of Pancasila students by using a comic page creator. The steps used in solving this problem is to use descriptive research methods. The implementation of this research was carried out with the subject of 5th grade students of SD Negeri 2 Kedungrejo Kec. Kab. Lamongan consisting of 13 students with details of 5 male students and 8 female students. This activity lasts for 1 month in September 2021. The standard content of Indonesian subjects at the elementary level states that one of the objectives is for students to be able to convey their ideas and knowledge both orally and in writing . Literacy skills to realize the Pancasila student profile when associated with the objectives of these subjects can be summarized by the statement that digital literacy skills are Indonesian language skills by utilizing digital devices as a communication tool to convey ideas and knowledge in order to have global competence and behave according to Pancasila values. The use of the comic page creator application that can be accessed via a smartphone or gadget is one of the efforts as a form of teacher innovation in learning to develop student literacy skills through digital literacy activities to create a Pancasila student profile.

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan buku ajar yang layak _ digunakan dari aspek kelayakan , efektivitas , daya tarik dan kemudahan penggunaan dalam penerapannya di SDN Klampis Barat. Studi ini menggunakan model pengembangan Borg and Gall. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Hasil uji coba kesesuaian buku ajar dari validator yaitu ahli 80% materi, ahli bahasa 83%, ahli media pembelajaran 93%, dan ahli desain pembelajaran 94% dengan kategori sangat layak. (2) Hasil uji daya tarik berdasarkan respon siswa pada uji coba produk 91,7% dan uji coba penggunaan 90% dengan kategori sangat menarik. (3) Hasil uji keefektifan berdasarkan observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa pada uji coba produk dan uji coba penggunaan. Pada uji coba produk hasil observasi aktivitas guru sebesar 97,3% dan hasil observasi aktivitas siswa sebesar 89%. Pada uji coba penggunaan, hasil observasi aktivitas guru sebesar 98,3% dan hasil observasi aktivitas siswa sebesar 95% dengan kategori sangat efektif. (4) Hasil uji kepraktisan berdasarkan respon guru sebesar 94% dengan kategori sangat praktis. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah buku teks pendamping _berbasis kearifan lokal Rokat Tase' sangat layak digunakan sebagai tema pendamping 7 pada subtema 2 kelas IV SD.
