Abstract

This paper discusses the methods of algebraic functions on the settlement limit of indeterminate forms. Limit is a mathematical method used to describe the effect of variable functions move closer to a point on a particular function. The goal is to determine the specific characteristics of the methods of algebraic functions on the settlement limit of indeterminate forms. The methods used is a special method that consists of factoring methods, methods of multiplication herd, and the division with the highest rank method, and the method of L' Hopital. By using the methods mentioned above, then we obtain the specific characteristics of the methods of algebraic functions settlement limit on the indeterminate form are 1. Factoring methods: (a) The numerator is the result of squaring the binomial equation of the denominator. Where, (i) If the binomial equation using the difference operation, then its points is positive. (ii) If the binomial equations using addition operation, then its points is negative. (b) the constant factor of each of the numerator and denominator equally. One of which is a three tribal equation in the form ax2 + bx + c , the value of b it is the sum of the value of the constant multiplication. (c) If the numerator and denominator are both binomial equations with difference operation, where the variables and constants in the numerator is the square of the variable and constant denominator. Or conversely, variables and constants in the denominator is the square of the variable and constant numerator. (d) If the equation is a difference of two fractions where the denominator is a binomial variables and constants in the denominator is the result of one of the squaring of the variables and constants in the denominator of the other. (e) If the equation in the form of fragments which all contain the same variables. (f) If the equation is in the form of two parts, where the coefficients and constants in the numerator or the same multiplication factor, so that when the coefficients and constants removed it will form one of the factors that equation equal to that of the denominator. 2. A herd Multiplication method: (a) If the equation is the difference of two roots. (b) If the equation in the form of the difference or fractions containing amount root form. Both the numerator and the denominator. 3. Distribution by Top Rank methods: (a) If the equation in the form ∞/∞. (b) If a polynomial equation of degree 3, 4, 5,... etc. Which is hard to be factored. 4. L' Hopital method: if the limit point is substituted then produces the indeterminate form 0/0, ∞/∞, ∞-∞ , except if the derivative of the function at the root of the denominator in the form similar to the form factor function in the numerator. Vice versa, the derivative of the function at the root of the numerator shaped form factor similar to the function in the denominator.

Abstract

Has conducted research entitled "Quality Testing Materials Aluminum Pots Compiler Based on corrosion rate". This study aims to determine the type of material and type of constituent aluminum pan aluminum pot that has good quality based on the corrosion rate. In the community known as rust corrosion. All metal objects both ferrous on ferrous maupucan experience corrosion. Basically, the test can be performed simulative corrosion the laboratory or directly in the field. The solution is used to accelerate the corrosion rate in this study are HCl, HNO3, and NaCl. In testing the corrosion rate used methods of mass reduction, and material composition testing pans were observed by using XRF (X_Ray Florescence). From the test results it is known that the corrosion rate have Java pan corrosion rate faster than the pot Orchid and Eagle brands. While the observation of the authors of each aluminum pan on the market is almost the same, its components such as Al, Fe, Ag, Ga, Nb, Mn, Ni, V, and Hf.

Abstract

Has done research on the isolation and identification of compounds alkaloids contained in the komfrey (Symphytum officinale L.) from Toraja. The aim of this research is to determine alkaloid contained in komfrey with infra red spectrophotometry the results from two dimensional thin layer Chromatography a fraction using silica gel GF254 stationary phase and mobile phase chloroform: methanol (8:2) form a blue color staining with Rf value of 0.82 and a positive result is suspected alkaloids. From the results of identification using infrared spectroscopy, results show komfrey suspected to contain alkaloid compounds. mean 0,81 %.

Abstract

This research about study sighting of fasility and laboratorymanagement of Natural Sciences. at level of Madrasah Tsanawiyah(MTS) Se-Kabupaten Jeneponto. This formula research internal issueis (1) What is the equipment of laboratory facilities and basic facilitiesof Natural Sciences. by school of madrasah se-Kabupaten Jenepontofulfill minimum standard which specified by Institute StandardNational Education?; ( 2) How is laboratory management of NaturalSciences by existing MTS se-Kabupaten Jeneponto?; This researchhave been conducted with a few method intake of data that isobservation, admission filling of enquette, direct interview anddocumentation photograph result of survey. Data analysis in thisresearch is used analytic descriptive method that is intake ofquantitative data, then analysed descriptive statistically.Result of research obtained that (1) laboratory facilities and basicfacilities of natural sciences by the school of madrasah MTS se-Kabupaten Jeneponto not yet fulfilled minimum standard whichspecified by Institute Standard National Education and not yet ismaximal of management performance meanly; ( 2) Laboratorymanagement system of natural sciences by existing MTs obtainedmeanly assess the understanding of interest standard lead laboratorythat is 3,14 namely good category, but application in streamliningactivity of management of laboratory not yet maximal and not yetaccording of attainment goals.

Abstract

Cellulase enzymes can be isolated from microorganisms that are resistant to high pH and temperature. Cellulase enzyme has a different character depending on the source and the enzyme environment. This study aimed to characterize the cellulase enzymes from bacteria isolates CC2 dan CC4 which includes the determination of the optimum pH and temperature of the enzyme activity. In this study, an enzyme produced from isolates of bacteria larva Cossus cossus by centrifugation cold 4 ° C with a speed of 3000 rpm for 15 min to obtain a crude extract of the enzyme cellulase. Determination of pH performed using sitrat acid buffer(3; 3,6; 4; 4,6; 5;5, dan 5) and phosphate buffer with pH variation (6,0; 6,5; 7,0; 7,5; dan 8,0), while for the determination of done an optimum temperature variations in temperature (20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, dan 90) ° C enzyme activity were further tested using the Nelson-Samogy measured on a UV-Vis spekrofotometer at a wavelength of 545 nm. Result showed greatest activity isolat CC2 at pH 7,5 enzyme cellulase activity of 15,8806 x 10-4 U / mL while the optimum temperature of 70 ° C with the activity obtained at 19,4121 x 10-4 U / mL. Greatest activity isolat CC4 at pH 4 enzyme cellulase activity of 15,4069 x 10-4 U / mL while the optimum temperature of 70 ° C with the activity obtained at 20,3487 x 10-4 U / mL

Abstract

Tulisan ini membuat tentang pengelompokan kecamatan berdasarkan faktor penyebab penduduk buta aksara di kabupaten Jeneponto dengan aplikasi analisis cluster. Jenis faktor yang mempengaruhi penduduk buta aksara yakni faktor ekonomi, budaya dan geografis.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara survey melalui penggunaan kuesioner sebagai instrument penelitian. Sampel yang dilibatkan sebanyak 200 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampelnya Proporsional Random Sampling. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik Hierarchical. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang menyebabkan penduduk buta aksara yang paling banyak di Kabupaten Jeneponto yaitu faktor ekonomi di antara sebelas kecamatan. Adapun kecamatan yang paling banyak penduduk buta aksaranya yang disebabkan dari faktor ekonomi yakni kecamatan Binamu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Parepare tepatnya diObjek Wisata Pantai Lumpue Kecamatan Bacukiki Barat. Penelitianini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana faktor-faktor tersebutmemengaruhi partisipasi masyarakat dalam peningkatan kualitaslingkungan objek wisata pantai lumpue Kota Parepare danmengetahui tingkat hubungan beberapa faktor yang memengaruhipartisipasi masyarakat dalam peningkatan kualitas lingkungan objekwisata pantai lumpue Kota Parepare. Dalam upaya mencapai tujuanstudi digunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif yaituanalisis prospek pengembangan kawasan, analisis Chi Kuadrat.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat keamanan sangatmempengaruhi partisipasi masyarakat dalam peningkatan kualitaslingkungan objek wisata pantai lumpue. tingkat keamanan dominanmemengaruhi partisipasi masyarakat dalam peningkatan kualitaslingkungan objek wisata Pantai Lumpue.

Abstract

How should we draw the relationship between each variable in a study included a number of variables, especially research that is very much. A simple question, but it will have a profound effect on the validity of the research is not done. Factor analysis is a statistical analysis technique that can help conduct research on a set of variables in the grouping factors, where each variable in the variable has a large variance. The use of statistical science as a tool to analyze, especially if the use of statistical science aided by using software such as Minitab, SPSS, SAS. That uses software to calculate statistics, an expression of "whatever we put in a certain statistical software will still produce something in the form of numbers", the question is whether the resulting output is valid or not? These are important questions. Therefore, in this article provided a good explanation of the theory of mathematical statistics, along with the use of software (Minitab) to facilitate the calculation process, also given the interpretation of the results obtained.
