Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui tingkat perbaikan pemahaman teori dan kemampuan desain mahasiswa Teknik Arsitektur UINAM, pada implementasi integrasi mata kuliah (MK) Studio Perancangan dan Struktur Konstruksi dengan metode Comperhensive Studio Teaching And Learning (Cstl). Dengan menggunakan metode wawancara dan kuisioner pada mahasiswa yang telah memprogramkan MK terintegrasi. Hasil penelitian menyatakan 83,01% menyatakan merasakan manfaatnya perbaikan pemahaman teori, 67,92% responden menyatakan merasakan peningkatan kemampuan desain.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information and communication technology, about cultural interction has an impact on architecture including on Duri traditional architecturein South Sulawesi. The original shape of Duri traditional architecture.The Duri traditional architecture has undergone changes hat if unchecked will reduce ormay even eliminate authenticity, uniqueness and beauty of whicth actually become its prime attractiveness. This research aimed atexplaining the tendency development of the physical and non-physical shapes of Duri traditional architecture towards Buginese and Torajanese traditional architectures. Data collection used an observation technique and indepth interview with 13 people. Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique, and analysed by architectural matrix technique and frequency tabulation. The research result echibitsthe development of the physical shapes of Duri traditional architecture which have the same strong tendency to the Buginese traditional architecture and Torajanese traditional architecture.The non-physical aspects which have the strongest impact on the development tendency of Duri traditional architecture towards Buginese and Torajanese traditional architectures aspect is the religious aspect.The cultural interaction aspect is strong influence, the geographical location aspect is weak influence, andthe historical aspect is the weakest influence.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to know margin and efficiency of marketing Bali cattle at Bantaeng district Bantaeng regency. The research was done during 2 (two) mounth commencing from March up to April 2014. Data were collected using observation and interview method. Operational is breeder, Bali cattle trader, traders, wholesalers, butcher, retailers, consumer, margin of marketing Bali cattle, channels of marketing Bali cattle, and efficiency of marketing Bali cattle. Margin of marketing Bali cattle at marketing agency showed different from traders, wholesalers, butcher, and retailers. Efficiency of marketing Bali cattle showed efficient is EP < 1..

Abstract

Isolation and identification of secondary metabolites from extract of Persea Americana Mill. Plant had been performed. Separation techniques used consisted of extraction, fractionation, purification, and bioassay used Brin shrimp Lethality Test. The compounds obtained were tested and elucidated based on IR spectroscopy data. The compounds obtained were flavonoid (1) with LC50 = 24,342 μg/mL and alkaloid (2) with LC50 = 39,8 μg/mL.

Abstract

Di dalam dunia kesehatan, bayi tidak semuanya lahir dalam keadaan normal. Salah satu ketidak normalan itu adalah adanya bayi yang lahir prematur dengan hasil berat badan yang kurang dan itu semua diakibatkan oleh waktu kelahiran bayi yang tidak mencukupi (selama 37 minggu). Hal ini mengakibatkan tingkat bayi lahir prematur yang cukup banyak khususnya pada rumah sakit milik pemerintah. Apabila bayi mengalami lahir prematur maka akan sangat membutuhkan tingkat kehangatan yang cukup stabil, mengingat bayi tersebut belum terbiasa beradaptasi dengan suhu di luar kandungan sang ibu. Sehingga muncul sebuah gagasan untuk membuat suatu rancangan sistem pengontrolan suhu dalam ruang inkubator bayi berbasis mikrokontroler. System ini dirancang dari beberapa komponen yaitu mikrokontroler, sensor kelembaban, sensor suhu, fan DC, filamen, push button, LCD dan sensor suara serta dibangun menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman Code Vision AVR. System ini mengukur suhu tubuh bayi yang berada dalam incubator kemudian suhu yang ada akan dikelola dalam mikro kontroler. Jika suhu dalam incubator lebih tinggi dari suhu normal maka secara otomatis kipas akan dinyalakan dan jika suhu dalam inkubator lebih rendah maka pemanas (hair drayer) secara otomatis akan dinyalakan dan jika dalam incubator dalam keadaan lembab maka akan memberi peringatan dalam bentuk bunyi buzzer. Dengan adanya system ini diharapkan agar dapat memudahkan para pengguna untuk mengawasi bayi-bayi prematur dalam menjaga kondisi bayi dengan temperatur suhu yang stabil.

Abstract

A research has been conducted to determine the contents of heavy metals Cu and Cd in the sediment of shallow sea water Buton Strait, Muna by using Atomic Absorption Specthrofotometric instrument. The results show that average contents of these metals in mg/Kg of dry sediment are Cu = 4,3 mg/Kg and Cd = 24,4 mg/Kg respectively. These results of Cu metal are lower than the threshold value that could given effect according to the manual of sediment quality from Febris and Werner,(1994), but results of Cd metal could be concluded that the values would be approach to the refference values. In other words, coastal environmental quality with the heavy metal in critical condition, until the special handle would be needed for reducing the accused of the metals.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect on the intensity of the color of the walls in the room lighting. The method used is an experimental method using luxmeter measuring instrument that serves to measure the magnitude of the intensity of the lighting in the room. The research was done by determining a space in a house facing the east is the bedroom. The rooms were used size 3 × 3 m2; There are 1 piece window in the room; room door closed position during data collection; room made homogeneous color (one color). Lamp used was Phillips 8 watt, lamp position facing down. Colors used consists of white, yellow, pink, green and blue. color changes done alternately after the wall is cleaned first of the colors that have been used previously. The condition of the room at the time of data collection was made in four conditions that condition the lights on and the windows closed; the condition of the lights on and the windows open; the condition of the lights went out and the windows open, the condition of the lights went out and closed the window. Data were collected at 06: 00-22: 00 pm and the distance to the floor lamp was set at 2 m and 3 m. The results showed the largest to the smallest light intensity in a row consists of white (for a distance of 2 m light illumination intensity of 60 Lux, for a distance of 3 m by 53 Lux), the intensity of illumination on the yellow (56 Lux for a distance of 2 m and 54 Lux for a distance of 3 m), pink (for a distance of 2 m light illumination intensity of 42 Lux, for a distance of 3 m of 38 Lux), green (for a distance of 2 m light illumination intensity of 41 Lux, for a distance 3 m of 38 Lux), and blue (for a distance of 2 m light illumination intensity of 39.6 Lux, for a distance 3 m of 39 Lux). Greatest intensity obtained at the second condition that the light is on and the windows open.

Abstract

Telur merupakan bahan pangan yang sempurna, karena mengandung zat-zat gizi yang lengkap bagi pertumbuhan mahluk hidup baru, seperti protein, lemak, dan daya cerna yang tinggi. Penggunaan putih telur umumnya masih terbatas untuk pembuatan kue, mie, mayonnaise dan makanan ringan lain. Pemanfaatan tepung putih telur sebagai minuman instan yang memiliki efek effervescent diharapkan sebagai salah satu upaya untuk menghasilkan minuman bergizi yang kaya protein. Proses pembuatan tablet effervescent dapat dilakukan beberapa metode, seperti metode granulasi basah dan granulasi kering. Penggunaan putih telur dalam pembuatan tablet effervescent tidak menurunkan nilai kecernaannya. Namun terjadi perubahan komposisi protein berdasarkan berat molekulnya. Beberapa faktor yang harus diperhatikan dalam pembuatan tablet effervescent diantaranya, yaitu: keseragaman bobot tablet yang dihasilkan, kadar air bahan yang digunakan, lamanya waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk melarutkan satu tablet.

Abstract

This research aimed to get an idea of the extent to which different rations pemberian influence on the quality of the egg white. Material used in this research is the production phase of the laying hens numbered 48 animals, aged nine months, and the strains of "super Harco CP 306" derived from PT.Charoen Pokhpan Jaya Farm, Jakarta. The chickens kept in 24 cages each measuring 1 × 0.5 × 1m made from bamboo which parts of 2 cm in width are arranged with a distance of 1.5 to 2 cm. litter used consisted of rice husk and slats. Placement of chickens in cages is done randomly, in which each cages filled two chickens were equipped each one fruit places to eat and drink. Places to eat and drink in a cage placed in such a way, so that each chicken gets an equal opportunity to eat and drink. Feeding is done ad-libitum. Cow rumen contents obtained from Slaughterhouse, Makassar. The experimental design used was completely randomized design 4 × 2 factorial pattern with three replications (Steel and Torrie, 1980). The first factor is a kind of ransom, which consists of R-1 is the ration without using flour content of cow's rumen, R-2 is a diet containing 2.5% starch content of cattle rumen, R-3 is a ransom containing 5% starch content of cattle rumen, R-4 is a ransom containing 7.5% starch content of cow's rumen. he second factor is the type of litter consisting of Rice Husk and slats. The parameters measured in this study is the eggshell thickness, eggshell weight. Eggshell thickness measurement done at three locations using a micrometer. Subtract the weight obtained by the weight at the time of solving the weight of albumen (egg white) and yolk weight. Results showed that: 1) use of flour content of cow rumen to the level of 7.5% in the diet of laying hens showed no significant effect on the weight of albumen (egg white), 2) the interaction between the type of feed and litter used do not show the real effect against the weight of albumen (egg white).

Abstract

Jurusan Teknik Informatika (TI) Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Alauddin Makassar adalah salah satu jurusan yang banyak memanfaatkan laboratorium komputer sebagai fasilitas untuk melaksanakan praktikum. Namun, pada Laboratorium Mikroprosesor Jurusan TI UIN Alauddin Makassar, kegiatan praktikum mikroprosesor dan praktikum sistem kontrol mikroprosesor belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang modul praktikum mikroprosesor dan sistem kontrol mikroprosesor pada Laboratorium UIN Alauddin Makassar berbasis mikrokontroler ATMEGA8535. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode Library Research dan Field Research. Modul praktikum terdiri dari 12 blok yaitu blok Mikrokontroler ATMega8535, blok port ATMega8535, blok LED dan Buzzer, blok push button dan DIP switch, blok LED matriks, blok seven segment, blok LCD, blok RTC+EEPROM, blok ADC sensor, blok motor DC, blok motor stepper, blok keypad. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode black box, yang diawali dengan menguji komponen atau modul secara terpisah, kemudian dilakukan pengujian terhadap sistem secara keseluruhan. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sebuah perangkat pembelajaran yang akan digunakan pada praktikum mikroprosesor dan sistem kontrol mikroprosesor pada Laboratorium UIN Alauddin Makassar berbasis mikrokontroler ATMEGA8535.
