Abstract

Along with the forming of East Halmahera Regency at 2003, development activities develop rapidly. One of several determining factors of development success is determined by nation apparatus resource. The number of PNS that become the population in this research are employees in the Capital of East Halmahera Regency that isMabaCitywhich total population is 617 persons.           Human resources management influences organizational performance by increasing employee’s commitment that supported by good behavior of all employees. When each employee has commitment, good individual characteristics and good motivation, every employee is hopefully will be able to get working satisfaction and then, these satisfied employee will be able to increase their performance.           In this research, there is 200 employees or 31,32 percent (200/617 x 100%) from the whole population. However, the fact in the field shows that the number of questionnaire as the result of respondents’ answer cannot be tabulated completely, because there is only 194 questionnaire that considered appropriate. It is because 6 of them are destroyed and cannot be interpreted. Sample collection is done by using proportional stratified random sampling technique. Relation among variables in this research is analyzed with SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with AMOS 4.01 program.          The result of examination to Goodness of Fit Index (GFI) criteria after model is modified shows that confirmatory analysis and structural Equation Modeling in this research can be accepted because of model fit with Chi-square score = 164.94 (critical value < 124.34); GFI = 0,924 (critical value > 0,90); and AGFI = 0,841 (critical value > 0,90). From the result of this research model, it is found out that organizational commitment, career development and work motivation is effective enough when it is used as stimulator of jobb satisfaction and employee’s performance. In other words, work satisfaction and employee’s performance can be improved through organizational commitment, career development; work motivation and individual characteristics. Among organization commitment, career development, work motivation and individual characteristic variables in the forming of jobb satisfaction and employee’s performance, individual characteristic gives the lowest contribution. It shows that individual characteristic is a factor that needs to receive better attention in order to support employee working achievement. Keywords:    organizational commitment, career development, work motivation, individual characteristics, job satisfaction, employee performance, East Halmahera Regency.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the partial and simultaneous effects of customer dissatisfaction, characteristics of product category, and variety-seeking needs on brand switching behavior. This study has tested the impact of the variety-seeking needs as a moderating variable on brand switching behavior and provided an alternative perspective on the concept of consumers’ brand loyalty. The brand switching approach can be very helpful in resolving problem and decision making related to brand loyalty reinforcement. The results show two important findings. Firstly, the customer dissatisfaction and variety-seeking needs were significantly related to brand switching behavior, but the impact of characteristics of product category itself on brand switching behavior was not significant. Secondly, the variety-seeking needs moderated the effects of customer dissatisfaction and characteristics of product category on brand switching behaviors. Some implication for future research are identified, including the choice of products as research objects, dissatisfaction constructs, and the importance of inter-customer interaction issues. Abstract

This research become of vital importance future specially to cooperation having saving and loan unit specially management of effort which use tanggung renteng system. Why this research become important because at least there is two reason of constitute that thing. The reason first, because this research will know giving of loan given by cooperation can give contribution to enable of family and improvement ability of member economic. The reason second is result of this research will become special reference of cooperation woman standardization in Province East Java in giving of credit or giving of loan to cooperation member with aim to make of prosperity of member through fund management of cooperation loan.               Pursuant to fact is field and also research purposes and objectives hence special theory the used is theory of strategy management especially related to pattern of evolusioner applying of structure and strategy and also theory of strategy management concerning implementing business level strategies for the structure and control. Both of this theory include in theory of strategy management category concerning observation and structure.             Method used to study this research use technique analyse modelling equation structural. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) represent approach integrated between factor analysis, structural model and analysis of path. Technique analyse this can conduct examination of model for the structure of variable relation or for the development of new relation structure so that is finally obtained is newfangled.             After conducted by gathering, processing and examination of data hence known result of research is overall of with result that business strategy variable have total influence equal to 0,623 to internal control system while variable of tanggung renteng system total influence to internal control system is 0,116. As according to conceptual framework is then known that internal control system have influence to cooperation performance equal to 0,939 mean internal control system have influence very significant to cooperation performance. This result at the same time indicate that research is real correct give result of meaning to continuity of cooperation future which is management of use system of tanggung renteng. So that this research give recommendation specially to financial, member commitment and controlling. Third of this indicator give big enough contribution to make of internal control system and cooperation performance. Key word : tanggung renteng and controlling

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the ROA (Return On Assets), ROE (Return On Equity), NIM (Net Interest Margin) and BOPO ratios that influence simultaneously or partially to the shares price in Indonesia Stock Exchange.The research is causal comparative the data resource that were used from bank aunual report 2003 until 2008 from Indonesia Stock exchange . According to the criteria in this research, the samples are 10 banks in industrial banking. For analysing the model and testing the research hypotheses, we used multiple linear regression analysis statistic method.             Based on the research result and the hypotheses test, we can conclude as follow : 1)   ROA, ROE, NIM and BOPO ratios influence simultaneausly to the shares price. 2)   ROA, ROE, and BOPO ratios influence partially to the shares price while NIM ratio had proved not influence. Abstract

Perbedaan cara pandang dalam menghasilkan pengetahuan baru, dan kemampuan masing-masing pendekatan dalam menghasilkan generalisasi telah menimbulkan pertentangan (kontroversi) diantara ilmuwan dan peneliti. Masing-masing dengan paradigmanya sendiri, positivis (kuantitatif) atau interpretif (kualitatif). Observasi dengan mengandalkan sedikit sampel merupakan sumber pertentangan dalam menetapkan generalisasi hasil penelitian.  Banyak penelitian konsumen telah berlangsung dan menambahknan beberapa dasar studi kualitatif dengan mulai mempelajari, menyaring, mengembangkan, dan adanya kebutuhan yang sangat kuat untuk menerapkan metode penelitian kualitatif.  Perlawanan intelektual masih berlangsung diantara partisan pendekatan nomotetic (menjelaskan fenomena obyektif) dan partisan studi idiographic (menjelaskan fenomena subyektif).  Artikel ini berkaitan dengan penelitian kualitatif perilaku pelanggan online yang bertujuan mengeksplorasi kualitas layanan (e-Servqual) yang menumbuhkan kepuasan (e-Satisfaction) dan membentuk loyalitas (e-Loyalty).    Kata kunci: penelitian kualitatif, logika induktif, toko online, ulasan pelanggan

Abstract

This research intends to recognize Service Quality Dimension implemented by RSU Haji Surabaya  on Image of RSU Haji Surabaya . Analysis unit taken in this research are patients who using Stay-In Service (class I, II, III).            Independent variables used in this research are Service Quality Dimension variable adapted from Charles W. Lamb, Joseph F. Hair, Carl are tangibles, empathy, assurance, responsiveness, reliability (2001:208). While dependent variable used Stay-In Service Image (Class I, II, III) RSU Haji Surabaya  adapted from Philip Kotler statement (1997:208) comprise set of convince, idea, and impression owned by one against an object.            Instrument used to helping data analysis are SPSS Version 11 for Windows. While analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression analysis technique get along with correlation coefficient analysis with F-test and t-test.            Base on result of the analysis above, obtained simultaneous determination coefficient value or Adjusted RSquare around 0,524 which give mean that independent variable effect on Stay-In Service Image (Class I, II, III) variables changes of RSU Haji Surabaya  are 52,4%. Correlation coefficient value ® 85,1% or approaching one mean there is significant value between independent variable against dependent variable are very relevant and positive (either simultaneous determination coefficient or correlation coefficient). Value Fcalculation namely 13.346 larger than value Ftable 2.31 then can be stated that independent variable simultaneously have effect on dependent variable that is Stay-In Service Image (Class I, II, III) of RSU Haji Surabaya . Ground on value of tcalculation gained from each independent variables are X1 = 2.108, X2 = 3.306, X3 = 1.056, X4 = 4.519, and X5 = 2.156, overall larger than value of ttable = 1.6609 with a = 5% then can be stated that respective independent variable partially have effect on dependent variable that is Stay-In Service Image (Class I, II, III) of RSU Haji Surabaya . Reliability variable as independent variable have biggest value among four independent variables = 11, 245. While multiple area test using there are nothing independent variable which have most dominant on Stay-In Service Image (Class I, II, III) of RSU Haji Surabaya . Keywords :     patient assessment, service quality dimension and stay-in service image

Abstract

Organizational commitment, job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) are directly related to employee’s performance. Organizational commitment and job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) experienced by employee could reduce or increase employee’s performance.The purposes of this research are to analyze the influence of organizational commit-ment and job satisfaction towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior and its influence to the employee’s performance.The samples of this research consisted of one hundred and twelve employees’s Bhayangkara Trijata Hospital, Denpasar. Stuctural Equation Model (SEM)  was run by an AMOS software for data analysis.The result of the analysis showed that the that organizational commitment, job satisfac-tion have positive influence and  significant to Organizational Citizenship behavior and employee’s performance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior have positive influence and significant to employee’s performance. This research also found out that organizational commitment, job satisfaction have positive influence and significant towards Organizatio-nal Citizenship behavior which later also influence the employee’s performance.Key words: organizational commitment, job satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Beha-vior, employee’s performance.

Abstract

The results of this study indicate that based on the analysis of the BPR Sinar Kuta NPL formula in 2018 increased every year 2016 = 2.55%, 2017 = 3.12%, and 2018 =3.75%. and Liquidity risk using two ratios, namely LDR and LAR, has increased anddecreased. This shows that BPR Sinar Kuta has good profitability towards third partyrefunds. GCG Bank Sinar Kuta also has very good management as evidenced from 2016 -2018 showing a good composite predicate by determining a healthy bank valuation matrixbased on Bank Indonesia Regulation No.13 and the predicate is that all the compositevalues are still in greater or equal rules with (?) 1.5. When viewed from CAR, BankSinar Kuta is ranked 5th, it shows that Bank Sinar as a BPR Bank has a reasonable levelof health. Keywords: Factor Analysis, Bank Soundness, Bank Performance, RGEC

Abstract

The ceramic floors are the products which are used for house floors and have an art touching. The ceramic mosaics are prepared by the company, for public to fulfill the housing needs. So one consumer with the other consumer has different perception of the product, price, distribution and promotion. For that reason we need to know the influence of marketing mix to the consumer perception for the good and bad of Platinum Ceramics Industry Ltd, so we will know how the influence of marketing mix to the consumer perception of Platinum Ceramics Industry Ltd. The understandingof this problem is important for the marketer, as a basic making of effective marketing strategic. The that reason this research is for knowing the marketing mix influence to the consumer perception about the good and bad of Platinum Ceramics Industry Ltd, and the most dominant variable.According to the consumer  behaviour theory which consist of buyer characteritic which must be paid attention by the marketer, so there is a possibility of marketing mix influence to the consumer perception. Baside that, there is marketing mix variable which has the most dominant influence to the consumer perception.This research is done to the mosaic ceramic consumers with the brand Platimun which has needs and wants with the research object target in Surabaya. The amount of respondens which are used for samples are 100 people, the sampling method which is used is the convenience method, the samples are the ones which are easily met and in coincidence surveying at the mosaic ceramic. The data collections are done by iterviewing and spreading the questionairs. The results of the research are : (1) There is an influence of partial marketing mix variable to the consumer perception about the good and bad of Platinum Ceramics Industry Ltd Surabaya. (2) There is an influence of marketing mix variable together to the consumer perception about the good and bad Platinum Ceramics Industry Ltd Surabaya. (3) The price variable is the most dominant influence. The conclusion which is got is the marketing mix has positive influence to the consumer perception about the good and bad of Platinum Ceramics Industry Ltd Surabaya.The marketing mix analization like above can give the implication to the marketing strategy, especially for making aand deciding the marketing mix strategy of Platinum Ceramics Industry Ltd Surabaya.Key word :  The influence of marketing mix to the consumer perception for the good and bad.
