Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the leadership, communication, motivation, and discipline employees simultaneously or partial effect on employee performance. Retrieve data through a questionnaire on 100 employees of PT. Komatsu Remanufacturing Asia Plant Production In Balikpapan. In addition, to determine which factors among the leadership, communication, motivation, and discipline is partially dominant influence on employee performance. Based on the analysis of data that have been presented can be concluded that the leadership, communication, job motivation and discipline employees work together has been linked to employee performance. The relationship between leadership, communication, motivation and discipline employees work together with the employee's performance as very good. This is shown by the coefficient of determination that leadership, communication, motivation and discipline employees work together to provide an effective contribution to improving employee performance up to 83.7%. Moreover, different test results showed that the variables of leadership, communication, self-motivation and discipline employees are also able to provide a partial influence on employee performance. From the results of different test is well known that the employee discipline factor contributed most to the increase in employee performance in PT. The purpose of this research is to study distribution of economic development among economic sectors inEastJavaProvince. The data analisys technique uses dispersion analysis with variance method. Abstract

This research is done of PDAM Java-Bali region, concerning to the title of the Influence Analysis of culture toward job satisfaction and corporate performance.The amount if samples in this research is about 324 Directors of PDAM Java-Bali Area, by its analysis unit on the organizational level of PDAM cover the 3 directors : Prime director, General Director and Technical director of 114 offices of PDAM. Data is collected by using media questionnaire. Technique of Analysis used in this research is based on structured Equation Modelling by using AMOS 6th version software.The result shows the findings of : The Organization values have positive and significant influences toward the job satisfaction; The organization climate has positive and significant influences toward the job satisfaction; The attention to detail has a positive but not significant influence toward the job satisfaction: The outcome orientation has a positive but not significant influences toward the job satisfaction; The team  orientation has negative and non significant influences toward the job satisfaction; The aggressiveness has positive and significant influences toward the job satisfaction; The organization values have positive and significant influences toward the corporate performance The Organization Climate has negative and non significant influences toward the corporate performance; The attention to detail has positive and not significant influences toward the corporate performances.The team orientation has negative and non significant influences toward the corporate performance; the aggressiveness has positive and significant influences toward the corporate performance; job satisfaction has positive and significant influences toward the corporate performance. The result of this research also performs that over the job satisfaction, the organization values, organization climate, and aggressiveness have positive and significant influences toward the corporate performance.These specific findings could be contributed to the development of corporate culture in order to increase the PDAM Job Satisfaction and Performance. It’s, therefore, the time to adopt and more pushing the organization values, organization. Climate and aggressiveness, as they become the corporate culture variables that fully supported to everybody among individual organization and society using the PDAM product.Keywords : Corporate Culture, Job Satisfaction and Corporate Performance.

Abstract

Many companies registred at the Bursa Efek Jakarta technically can’t be maintained anymore. This fact needs to be known earlier by who has concern for it. Therefore, the study produce a model for preventive action as an early warning system which expect can be used together in order to anticipate the financial condition of the companies are getting worse and finally become bankrupt.Using eleven financial rations and Multiple Discriminant Analysis, this study found that there are six financial rations have different between companies have significant contribution (Total Liabilities to Total Assets and Return on Equity)Keywords : Financial rations, Financial distress, Multiple Discriminant Analysis.

Abstract

The aim this study is to analyze the effect of leadership style (transformational and transactional) on employee behavior (in-role and extra-role), which mediated a political organization. The sample is 120 employees of Bank BRI in Madiun, a random sampling technique based on stem number of employees. Data analysis using SEM with LISREL program. The results of this study indicate that 1) Transformational leadership style has positive influence on behavior in the role of employees, 2) Transformational leadership style has no effect on extra-role behavior (Organizational citizenship behavior, OCB), 3) Transactional leadership style did not affect employees' behavior in role , 4) Transactional leadership style has positive influence on OCB behaviors (extra-role) of employees, 5) Transformational leadership style has positive influence on employees 'political organization, 6) Transactional leadership style has positive influence on employees' political organization, 7) Political organization negatively affect the behavior in the role of employees, 8) Political organization negatively affect the behavior of OCB (extra-role) of employees, 9) Political organization to mediate the influence of transformational leadership behaviors in the role of employees, 10 Political organizations mediate the influence of transformational leadership on OCB behavior (extra-role) employees, 11) Political organization to mediate the effect of transactional leadership role behavior in employees, and 12) Political organization to mediate the influence of transformational leadership on OCB behaviors (extra-role) of employees at Bank BRI in Madiun.Keywords: Transformational leadership style, Transactional Leadership Style, Political Organization, in-role behavior, extra-role behavior, and OCB

Abstract

At present, investment is well known in Indonesian society, investment awareness by the public has begun to increase along with the existence of several investment instruments that are widely offered by bank financial institutions, non-bank financial institutions, as well as various types of investment options on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. According to Sophar Lumbantoruan (1996), the notion of investment is equity participation in other companies. One form of investment known to the general public is shares traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Investing always considers the results and risks that will be faced by Investors. Not all investors understand the theory of investing in stocks, especially in selecting shares in a portfolio in order to produce a certain rate of return with minimal risk. This study aims to find a decision support system (DSS) based on Financial Technology that will provide information related to stock recommendations that should be bought by investors. Stock Selection in this study are shares of listed companies listed on the Kompas 100 Index, the Analysis Technique used in this study is the Single Index Model. This research can produce recommendations for investors to buy shares in a portfolio that will provide certain benefits with minimal risk. Abstract

The main objective of the study is to examined the effect of budget participation, organization culture, perception of GCG on job relevant information and organizational commitment thats impact to managerial performance. This study is to examined Goal Setting Theory, Contingency Theory, Agency Theory, and Behaviour Organization Theory. As much as 330 retail business as a sample  of this study. The result of this study show that budget participation is significant effect on job relevant information, budget participation is significant effect on organization commitment, budget participation is significant effect on managerial commitment, organization culture is significant effect on organization commitment, organization commitment is significant effect on managerial performance, organization culture is significant effect on managerial performance, perception of GCG is significant effect on job relevant information and perception of GCG is significant effect on organization commitment. Abstract

The great existing of human resources should be changed to become useful assets for development. For a variety of expertise, skills and opportunities should be focused on human resources, according to their biological and spiritual abilities. The careful and prudent action must be taken in human resources to become productive and beneficial assets in development. Thus the choices of the company’s development strategy are directed to the achievement of problem coping in specific areas. Therefore, PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Branch of Surabaya-Gempol has a special department in charge to develop, train, manage and optimize Human Resources of their employees. Based on description above, then the formulation of the problem is “How far the effect of competency-based training that consists of knowledge, skills, ability to employees’ work quality of PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Branch of Surabaya-Gempol”. Based on formulation of the problem and the hypothesis which stated, then after conducting the analysis and hypothesis testing, the results are obtained: The value of Adjusted R Square is 0.891 which showed that 89.10% of the change in Y value is affected by the three independent variables, while the remaining of 10.90% are affected by other things outside of the three independent variables under this study. Abstract

Concrete steps that need to be taken by the Government of Pamekasan Regencyand its staff to further optimize the acquisition of local taxes and local user fees, namelyby conducting an Intensification and Extensification Strategy. The purpose of this research is to conduct analysis of Strengths, Weakness,Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) on issues related to efforts to increase the RegionalOriginal Revenue (PAD) of Pamekasan Regency, and to find out the Strategic Plan forthe Intensification and Extensification of the Pamekasan Regency Government inincreasing the District Revenue Pamekasan. While this study uses a descriptivequalitative approach, which is research that requires a deep and comprehensiveunderstanding related to the object under study to answer the problem by getting data tothen be analyzed and concluded. The Intensification Strategy is carried out in the following ways: Managing theTax and Retribution Administration Management System, Optimizing the collection ofTaxes and Levies through the application of the discipline of tax and retributionpayments to avoid the "Gap of tax and retribution receivable", Supervising andcontrolling systematic and sustainable by forming a Task Force Team (Satgas), Providingincentives to the Regional Apparatus Organizations that in the collection of taxes andretribution meet the targets set. The Extensification Strategy, carried out in the following ways, is as follows: Exploring and creating new tax and retribution objects, Conducting a review of theimposition of tax and retribution rates which so far have not been adjusted for tariffs andconducting comparative studies on regions that apply the "Management System Taxesand levies "good and achievers.Keyword : Intensification and Extensification Strategy
