Abstract

The Village Community Development and Empowerment Program (P3MD) is a strategic government program. The implementation of the program in Kualu Nenas Village has not had a significant impact on changing the status of the village, from a developing village to a developed and independent village. The research objective was to determine program implementation and to determine the impact of the program in Kualu Nenas Village. The research method used a qualitative approach, with evaluative research type. Sources of data obtained through observations at the target location of program activities, in-depth interviews, with key informants; Village Head, Village Officials, BPD, LKMD, community leaders and community group representatives, village assistants. Data was also obtained through distributing questionnaires to 30 informants who were selected by purposive sampling. Research result. The implementation of the Program covers 4 (four) areas of activity, namely activities of village administration, village development, village community empowerment, village communities. The implementation of activities has not been fully carried out properly, not all program activities are carried out in accordance with the activity items, according to the program implementation instructions and the specific objectives of the program. There has been no innovation (change) that has led to the achievement of a change in the status of the village from being left behind to becoming a developed and independent village. The programs that have been implemented have not been fully felt by the community, especially in the aspect of developing community productive economic facilities in the agricultural and plantation sectors, and increasing community capacity.

Abstract

Menciptakan kinerja pegawai dalam organisasi adalah sangat penting karena secara langsung maupun tidak langsung akan mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja pegawai dalam suatu organisasi atau instansi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS versi 23,2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh atau metode sensus, maka terpilihlah 46 orang yang menjadi responden, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh atau metode sensus dan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode regresi linear berganda dengan hasil  Y= 4,418 + 0,501X1 + 0,186X2 + e. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen yaitu lingkungan kerja mempunyai hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen yaitu kinerja pegawai dinas perindustrian dan perdagangan kabupaten Indragiri hilir.. R2pada penelitian ini adalah sebesar 47,4 atas kinerja pegawai dinas perindustrian dan perdagangan kabupaten Indragiri hilir, sementara sisanya 52,6% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The application of learning with the online system is a consequence of the spread of the Covid-19 Virus in the world of education. Google Classroom is a medium to help educators / teachers in the learning process. This has also been applied in the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences. There are potential obstacles in the online learning process using google classroom in Uin Suska riau environment, therefore researchers are interested in researching the application of the learning system using Google classroom. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with survey techniques. The study was conducted on October 5, 2020, December 15, 2020, with the number of respondents as many as 390 students in the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences, UIN Suska Riau. Data obtained through questions distributed to all respondents in the form of google form then the data is analyzed with a description description. The result of the research is that Google Classromm media really helps educators and teachers to continue to carry out the learning process in the midst of the Covid-19 virus epidemic, but there needs to be attention to the quality of learning when learning is carried out in a long distance Most of Fekonsos students of  UIN SUSKA Riau still do not feel that they understand the knowledge conveyed by learning using Google Classroom.Keyword: online learning, google classroom, covid-19 virus

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh dampak dari pelaksanaan program pembangunan pemberdayaan masyarakat yang telah di lakukan termasuk program PNPM Mandiri perdesaan Sehubungan dengan itu, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui makna pemberdayaan, mengetahui tahapan implementasi kebijakan PNPM mandiri perdesaan, dan untuk mengetahui dampak implementasi kebijakan program PNPM mandiri perdesaan terhadap pengentasan kemiskinan di Distrik Makbon Kabupaten Sorong. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengamatan, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif  kemudian di paparkan secara deskriptif. Jenis sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapa tahap dalam proses pelaksanaan program PNPM Mandiri di Distrik Makbon Kabupaten Sorong  yaitu tahap pertama,pemberian sosialisasi kepada masyarakat dari tingkat Distrik, Kampung dan khusus perempuan. Tahap kedua Perencanaan dan penetapan prioritas usulan sesuai dengan gagasan yang disampaikan oleh masyarakat. Tahap ketiga penjaringan aspirasi masyarakat dalam mencari program yang sesuai dengan tuntutan masyarakat. Tahap keempat yaitu proses pelaksanaan program PNPM Mandiri. Dampak program PNPM terhadap pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam pengentasan kemiskinan sudah signifikan baik dalam peningkatan produktivitas, pendapatan petani maupun pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat. Pelaksanaan PNPM mandiri di Distrik Makbon Kabupaten Sorong menunjukkan keberhasilan dan kriteria-kriteria dengan rata-rata baik.

Abstract

AbstractThis research describes how the social safety net program, especially during the pandemic Corona virus in Pekanbaru, which has been going on for quite long. The method used in this research is a qualitative with descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documents related to the implementation of the assistance program. Furthermore, the data is processed through triangulation techniques. To analyze this implementation policy, the implementation theory of Van Meter and Van Horn is used by looking at 6 indicators of success they are goals, resources, implementing agents, implementing agent attitudes, agent communication and external environment. The results show that the implementation of the assistance program during the Covid-19 pandemic has been running from April  2020 to Desember 20202 when the program objectives were set. However, there is no similarity in implementation based on procedures due to factors, including the expansion of several sub-districts and the absence of a standard measure of success in implementing this assistance program in Pekanbaru.
