Jurnal Sosial Budaya ini merupakan media yang memuat kajian-kajian ilmiah dalam bentuk hasil riset dalam bidang ilmu sosial/humaniora, seperti pernaskahan, pranata-sosial dan sejarah untuk membangun dan membangkitkan kembali kejayaan Tamaddun Melayu dalam kawasan regional Asia Tenggara. Jurnal Sosial Budaya diterbitkan dua kali dalam setahun pada bulan Juli dan Desember yang berusaha menempatkan hasil penelitian para peneliti, akademisi, pemerhati dalam keilmuan terkait. Abstract

One local wisdom or tradition that has been maintained and continues until today in the village of Bukit Batu is a "tradition Rewang". The tradition that always accompanies the implementation activities undertaken and weddings are seen functional by the community, so that every time citizens hold weddings, the tradition is still held. In the tradition of Rewang are social values that need to be maintained, as the spirit of mutual cooperation, solidarity, social, egalitarian, and the spirit of sacrifice for others, whether to sacrifice time, matter and energy. Thus, this tradition can bring a sense of community and social solidarity, so as to reduce the tensions in society and individualistic attitudes.

The institute of Public Relations declares for,”Public Relations is overall effort which be passed off by design and berkesenambungan in order to creates and pet keenness and mutual understanding among an organization with whole its member “. In this case, Public Relations in give distribution on manajement's strategy there is two: First, Doing task as part of Public Relations's strategy and involvement in comprehensive process and gives benefit for management an organization. Abstract

Emergence of Islamic political movements in the world today, has caused great concern for the West. Islam is considered a force that would threaten the hegemony of the West (USA and its allies) around the world. and there is no other way for them except to hinder and even destroy those movements.Revival of Islam to civilization at the present time, has begun in the Middle East countries. Turbulence and popular movements overthrow the dictator has been supported by the USA and its allies. The fall of the regime of Ben Ali in Tunisia, Hosni Mubarak in Egypt, Abdullah Saleh in Yemen and Muammar Gaddafi in Libya and now in the Syrian regime will fall forward thoghut Hafiz al-Assaad. And this shows (to the west) that Islam will appear as the holder of the reins of government in all countries bependuduk Islamic majority. One group or the most influential movement in the revival and political movements duniaIslam is the Muslim Brotherhood faction in Egypt and spread throughout most of the Islamic countries. Many factors led to the Islamic Reform Movement, among others: Effect of infidel countries, inequality ways of thinking among Islamic organizations, western lifestyle trend that began in the Islamic countries, the desire to gain power among certain segments of the name of Islam, Low levels of education, the economy is getting worse, and culture that deviates from the Qur'an and hadith, faith mistake, Shirk and bid'ah, To revive the Muslims from a very severe downturn, and other factors. in this case the West and its allies in various ways will do everything possible to prevent the Islamic reform movement in order to avoid in-many parts of the world, including by using reason in an effort to combat terrorism, but the real goal is to eradicate the Islamic teachings.

Evaluation of the implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) in college has been implemented by a working group within the Directorate of Academic. State Islamic University implementation of internal audit college. State Islamic University of Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau has conducted in each department/study program. Along with the development of State Islamic University of Sultan Syarif of science. It is appropriate this problem is mitigated by the use of information systems. Abstract

This research backgrounded by its reducing gives a damn and its low majors college student ability PBA in gets communication with arabic, eventually Faculty and also Majors party have done various trick to increase it. Problem that is analyzed is: what and how motivates and arabic studying yen college student and what there is relationship which signifikan among motivates studying by give a damn to get communication in arabic?. To answer about problem this was gathered data via questionnaire to 80 respondents, then dianalisis with diskriptif, kualitatif with kontingensi's percentage and correlation. Its result points out that arabic learned motivation college student comes under tall with percentage 84,40 % meanwhile yen get rank communication high enough with percentage 78,80 %. Abstract

Election is the embodiment of popular sovereignty which is the absolute will of the Indonesian people after setting himself as a democratic country. Therefore as part of democratic nations, Indonesia has recognized the sovereignty of the people who affirmed in the Constitution of 1945. To create a healthy degree of competition, participatory, and has a degree higher representation, and have a clear accountability mechanism, then the general election should be implemented in higher quality over time. Abstract

Glory to Allah, water is a mercy and grant from Allah praise be unto thee the almighty. al-Quran explains that water is source of life where Allah stimulate growth and breed plants and animals with water. It has different cristal geometry depend on treatment. The crystal is looked beautiful, is we always say repeatedly chant part of the confession of faith. On the other hand, the crystal is looked bad. If we always say curses and obscenities. Glory to Allah, Acording to chemistry water has formula H2O molecule that has a bundle of hydrogen. It is as a proven of Allah the cherisher and sustainer of the world. Without a bundle of hydrogen in water, water will melt aroun -100oC and boil -90oC. In short, we have never seen and found water again and it has happened juggement day.

Abstract

Symptoms phonemic language is a symptom caused by the absorption of a word from one language to the absorber or the decline of a language from one generation to the next. The process of obtaining the absorption or reduction led to changes in the form of words or phonemic symptoms. This study will describe symptoms that exist between BMRDK phonemic and BI. Having analyzed using the match to equalize relations techniques appeal (HBS) and comparative relations techniques to distinguish (HBB), the obtained conclusion that there is some form of phonemic symptoms. Symptoms are: (1) Symptoms addition of phonemes, which consists of the addition of phonemes at the beginning of the word (protesis), the addition of phonemes in the word (epentesis), and addition of phonemes at the end of words (paragog), (2) Changes in phonemes, which includes ponem changes in initial position word, change word phonemes at the center position, and change the word phoneme in final position, (3) combination (merger), the phoneme / g, R, u, and w / in KBMRDK merger into the phoneme / r / the KBI, (4) Cleavage (Spilit), the phoneme /? / in KBMRDK split into phonemes / p / and / t / in BI.
