<![CDATA[The objective of the research is to examine whether financial factors seen by fraud triangle theory perspective effect to earning management, within Good Corporate Governance as a moderator variable. Financial factor variables consists of Free cash flow as an opportunity in fraud triangle theory, leverage as a pressure and profitability as a rationalitaion from fraud triangle theory. This research is a quantitative research used descriptif method. The population on this study are banks that actively listed on the IDX period 2016 to 2018. This sample is taken by purposive sampling method within 102 bank samples. Data analysis used multiple linear regression and moderation regression. The results showed that free cash flow had a positive effect on earnings management, the leverage had no effect on earnings management, and the profitability had a negative effect on earnings management.]]>

One problem that arises is the rupture that caused the destruction of communication lines or fiber optic cable intermediary.With a high level of reliability demanded data on the company's lines of communication so that the need for technology that can provide solutions to problems in the network data communication lines. It is very necessary especially companies manage databases and the data is very important to maintain.The use of gateway load balancing technology (GLBP) of cisco is expected to provide data communications reliability in need in the company.Gateway Load Balancing Protocol is the technology division of the traffic load of data to each gateway router or a group who are members of the GLBP. This technology can also divert traffic data gateway router it is damaged or dies communication path to the gateway are functioning properly. GLBP is an improvement on previous technology hot standby routing protocol (HSRP) to provide load balancing functionality.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to know the effect of Work-Life Balance and Work Environment on Employee Job Satisfaction in one of the manufacturing companies in the city of Bandung. Moreover, this research analyzes the factor that has the most dominant influence between Work-Life Balance and Work Environment on Employee Job Satisfaction in a manufacturing company in the city of Bandung, which is the object of research for as many as 60 employees using a questionnaire. Based on path analysis research, the work-life balance and work environment variables on job satisfaction in one of the manufacturing companies in the city of Bandung are declared valid. As for the conclusion, suggestions concerning the research results are paying attention to Work-Life Balance and Work Environment to increase Employee Job Satisfaction.]]>

<![CDATA[The RW17 Citaliktik Soreang office is one of the Residents' Associations having its address at Kp. Citaliktik Soreang Islamic Boarding School with various kinds of resident activities. Currently the population data collection at the Citaliktik RW17 Office is to collect citizen data in a conventional manner according to its category. With this, it is necessary to implement an information system, namely the Population Data Collection Application which is implemented through the website. By utilizing a computer or laptop device, the system will be developed using object-oriented software development and programming (OOAD) methods. With the aim of being able to assist the RW17 Citaliktik Soreang Office in improving the existing system with the hope that the processing and presentation of population data which is still conventional can make it easier to make this population data collection application. The result of making the application is a Population Data Collection Application at the RW17 Citaliktik Soreang Office.]]>

<![CDATA[A chili plant monitoring system has been created to increase crop yields, this system monitors soil pH and soil moisture in order to increase the growth of chili plants so that the yield obtained is maximum. This system uses Arduino UNO as its microcontroller with output in the form of automatic plant watering and automatic fertilizer. Important variables to support plant growth are soil moisture, soil pH, and the right watering time and duration. Measurement of soil pH and soil moisture is carried out using soil moisture sensor and soil pH sensor. While the output produced from the water pump and fertilizer and servo motor as the control. The measurement results of the two sensors will then be displayed on the LCD (Liquid Crystal Display). The test results of soil pH monitoring tools and soil moisture in chili plants show measurement results with good accuracy. The measurement results have been successfully displayed on the LCD, as well as the pump ejects automatically and the servo controls automatically.]]>

<![CDATA[Researchers conducted research intending to determine the effect of Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance in one of the telecommunications companies in the city of Bandung. Furthermore, this research analyzes the factor that has the most dominant influence between motivation and works environment on employee performance in one of the telecommunications companies in the city of Bandung, which is the object of research of as many as 95 employees using a questionnaire. Based on research using path analysis, the variables of motivation and work environment on employee performance in one of the telecommunications companies in the city of Bandung are valid. The conclusions and considering the relationship with the study results are paying attention to motivation and work environment to improve employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to design and implement a circuit that functions to open and close the rice field irrigation door automatically. By using an automatic irrigation control system in order to make it easier for farmers to control the entry of water in the irrigation flow. With the development of technology, the existence of sensors and microcontrollers, it is easier to make automatic irrigation controllers using ultrasonic sensors. To read the water distance when the water distance is normal, the servo motor will open 180º. And if the water experiences a height within a certain distance, the servo motor will move to close. As a water distance controller, the ultrasonic sensor reads the water distance which will be displayed on the LCD screen. The adapter functions as a supply of AC (220V) to DC (12V) current which is used to supply current to the Arduino. In order for the irrigation flow to function automatically, an Arduino UNO R3 microcontroller is needed to receive data sent from the servo motor, ultrasonic sensor. So that this tool can be programmed to control the irrigation flow based on a predetermined command.]]>

<![CDATA[The workability of an employee in a company or organization has an essential role in achieving organizational goals. Therefore, various efforts need to increase the workability of employees to an optimal level. One effort that needs improvement is to determine the ideal leadership style according to the characteristics of employees so that they are more optimal in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that their abilities are maxim. Authentic leadership and servant leadership styles can significantly change employee work abilities. In this study, the respondents were all field employees in one of the electricity generation sectors, totaling 566 employees. The analytical method used is a different pair t-test with this test, which aims to see how the changes made by the two leadership styles improve employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine whether inflation and the rupiah exchange rate affect the value added tax (VAT) revenue in the 2017-2021 period. The factors tested in this study are inflation and the rupiah exchange rate as independent variables, while value added tax (VAT) revenue as the dependent variable. The research method used in this study is the verification method. The population in this study is data on inflation reports, rupiah exchange rates, and reports on value added tax (VAT) receipts. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method, so that the samples in this study are data on inflation reports, rupiah exchange rates, and monthly value added tax (VAT) receipts published in the 2017-2021 period. Analysis of the data used in this study is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 25.00. The results of the research partially and simultaneously show that inflation and the rupiah exchange rate affect the value added tax (VAT) revenue. In addition, the magnitude of the influence of inflation and the rupiah exchange rate in contributing to the value added tax (VAT) revenue is 43.7%.]]>

<![CDATA[he design of the Automatic Plant Watering Prototype is something that can provide benefits to the process of watering existing plants in a garden or park that is in a housing or location that has a garden, how the automatic plant watering process can run smoothly in accordance with established procedures and run according to the needs of the plant. In the face of today's modern era, farmers or park rangers need a system to improve performance in plant care and the quality of plant management and the watering and fertilizing processes that run in it, otherwise it will hamper the performance of the farmers themselves. Gading Junti Asri Housing is no exception, namely housing that always greens its environment, has problems that often occur because there is no system to water plants automatically, garden guards often forget to water plants because there is no automatic plant watering system. Design of an automatic plant watering prototype This has the advantage of automatically watering the plants. When the soil is dry, it can detect soil moisture in the plants. Automatic watering is installed, using the fuzzy method to make it easier to process data from days 1-7 to help analyze plants.]]>
