Abstract

The complexity of employee behavior in an organizational environment causes management to take management steps effectively. One way to increase employee effectiveness is to optimize and develop organizational members so that it will have an impact on output following the targets that have a plan. The population in this study were employees of financial institutions in the city of Bandung. The approach used is a survey approach where the sample to use is 150 employees of supervisors and employees who work in financial institutions in Bandung City. To answer the research hypothesis, the data analysis technique used component-based SEM Partial Least Square analysis. This study develops a model by filling the theoretical gap where there has been no research that has tested the effectiveness of supervisors on simultaneous employee improvement and development. The results showed that the fit model affected the effectiveness of supervisors on employee improvement and development. Abstract

This research was conducted at a micro finance company in the city of Bandung which focuses on the effectiveness of supervisors that influence employee empowerment. Quantitative research methods with a cross-sectional survey approach. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling on 100 employees. Data processing analysis techniques using simple regression analysis. The results of the study support the initial assumption that there is a influence of the effectiveness of supervisors on employee empowerment at financial institutions in the city of Bandung. Keywords: effectiveness, supervisior, employee empowerment.

Abstract

Individual motivation in the organization is a significant contribution to improving employee performance and work discipline, where the more disciplined employees are, the better their performance will be. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The research method used is a survey research method with a sample of employees who work at a credit guarantee company in Bandung. The sample in this study was 40 employees. Researchers use path analysis techniques to answer the problem formulation that has been set previously. The results showed a significant effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The study results recommend that the company further improve employee motivation and work discipline to achieve optimally.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of competence, compensation and motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. The object of research is a company engaged in the field of financial services. Survey research methods by inferential testing techniques by using path. Sampling technique with stratifield random of 127 employees, with a precision level of 5% in the sample can be as many as 107 employees. The results showed that there is significant influence of competency, compensation and motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. Competence has contributed 22.81%, while compensation has contributed the most low at 21,35%, while the working motivation has the highest contribution of 22.98%, thus the simultaneous effect of competence, compensation and motivation of the employee performance by 67.14%. These results indicate that the effect of these three variables significantly, while the remaining 32.86% is determined by other variables. Abstract

This research was carried based on the problems and the critical role of transformational leadership and extrinsic motivation in improving employee performance. To determine the effect of transformational leadership and extrinsic motivation on employee performance, the researchers conducted a survey on one of the garment companies in the city of Bandung with a simple random sampling technique of 67 employees. This study uses path analysis techniques to calculate the magnitude of the influence of transformational leadership and extrinsic motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. The results showed that the real influence of transformational leadership was 47.4%. In comparison, the total effect of extrinsic motivation was 25.0%, so that the total effect was 72.4% with an epsilon of 27.6%, which was another factor not investigated.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how much influence transformational leadership and work motivation have on employee performance at a company engaged in the food and beverage sector in Bandung. The total population in this study was 75 employees of the company. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. There are two variables in this study, namely, the independent and dependent variables. The independent variable consists of Transformational leadership and employee motivation, and the dependent variable is employee performance. The author conducted this research by testing the validity and reliability of the instrument. Then the data were analyzed using the path analysis method. The results showed that the influence of transformational leadership was partially 31.2%, while for work motivation, it had a partial effect of 32.5%. For all variables of transformational leadership and work motivation on employee performance, it has a simultaneous effect of 63.7%. This research shows a significant effect, and the remaining effect is 36.3% by other factors not examined in this study. Keywords : transformational leadership, work motivation, employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Extrinsic Motivation and Competence on Employee Performance in the Indonesian Credit Guarantee General Companies Bandung Branch Office by obtaining accurate data and collecting the necessary data as analysis material. The purpose of this study is to determine the magnitude of the influence of extrinsic motivation, the magnitude of the influence of competence on employee performance, and the magnitude of the influence of extrinsic motivation and competence on employee performance at the Indonesian Credit Guarantee General Company Bandung Branch Office. This study uses descriptive methods and verifiable analysis with the number of respondents 35 permanent employees (sample) from 35 permanent employees (population) at the Indonesian Credit Guarantee General Company Bandung Branch Office, with the results of this study using correlation analysis, path analysis, and coefficient of determination analysis (Kd). Its operations use SPSS software version 22, Microsoft Word 2019, and Microsoft Excel 2019. Based on the results of research that has been carried out at the Indonesian Credit Guarantee General Company, namely the extrinsic motivation to obtain reasonably good results, competence to obtain relatively good results, and performance to obtain reasonably good results. The correlation between extrinsic motivation and competence obtained a positive relationship result of 0.745. The coefficient of determination is 68.5%. The direct and indirect influence of extrinsic motivation on employee performance was 43.24%, and the influence of competence on employee performance was 30.19%, so the total effect was 73.43%, and the remaining 26.57% were other variables that also affected employee performance at the Indonesian Credit Guarantee Public Company Bandung Branch Office but were not researched.

Abstract

Researchers conducted research intending to determine the effect of Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance in one of the telecommunications companies in the city of Bandung. Furthermore, this research analyzes the factor that has the most dominant influence between motivation and works environment on employee performance in one of the telecommunications companies in the city of Bandung, which is the object of research of as many as 95 employees using a questionnaire. Based on research using path analysis, the variables of motivation and work environment on employee performance in one of the telecommunications companies in the city of Bandung are valid. The conclusions and considering the relationship with the study results are paying attention to motivation and work environment to improve employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to ascertain how intrinsic motivation and skilfulness affect employee performance in one of Bandung's highway development and operation enterprises. Both descriptive and verificative research techniques are employed. A sample of 39 employees from one of the highway development and operation companies in Bandung were polled to gather data and information for the study. It is clear from the research's path analysis findings that the intrinsic motivation variable has a favourable impact on employee performance. Employee performance is positively influenced by the competence variable. According to the conclusions and recommendations drawn from the research, management should preserve and enhance motivation and competence.
