Abstract

ABSTRACTRespondents to this study were freshman year learning 2012/2013 at the Faculty of Economics, University of tridinanti of Palembang. for the results of sampling by using equations slovin, obtained 96 samples. Based on the t-test showed that students ' attitudes affect significantly positive effect   on the behaviour and decisions of students for studying in universities Palembang with Tridinanti. degrees of significance 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the t-test showed that subjective norms affect the behaviour of the student's decision for the interest was educated at the University of Tridinanti with Palembang. indicated a quantity value of the probability of 0,043 > 0.05. Using the test F of magnitude probability is 0.000 < 0.05 this shows that collectively the same attitudes and subjective norms of variables affect the behavior of the student's decision for the interest was educated at the University of Tridinanti. Palembang. the dominant Variables influencing the behaviour of the student's decision for the interest was educated at the University of Tridinanti. Palembang is varaiabel attitude with value magnitudes r. is 0,565504. Based on the analysis of models of Fishbein, can be concluded that students ' Attitude towards the behaviour of his decision to attended the University of Tridinanti. Palembang is positively with score 158,3. Likewise his subjective norms with regard to the quantity index 29,33. Overall decision to educated students  of Tridinanti university is positive with the number 34.83327.Keyword : Students attitude, Subjecktives norms, Behaviour of the student’s decition

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to Know the Cost Effectiveness of Control of Food and Beverage department At Max One vivo Hotel Palembang .. By the way do Food and Beverage Cost Control department At Hotel Max One Vivo Palembang .. the issues raised in this research is how the effectiveness of cost control Food and Beverage at the Hotel Max One Vivo Palembang. This study basically discusses Accounting Management or Food and Beverage Cost Control Department, the Cost Control Effectiveness as a basis for preparing the budget. From the discussion conducted, turns in cost control is still not optimal and budgetary priority in the history refer not realized in the previous year, so that the results obtained did not show improvement. Besides, the cost control is not maximized because of coordination and control is not yet optimal. Seeing these conditions it is recommended that the determination of the budget must be in accordance with the results achieved previously, and the improvement of coordination and control in the food and beverage department of Max One Hotel Vivo Palembang thereby increasing the effectiveness of cost control. Keywords: Cost Control Effectiveness

Abstract

This research is intended to know the influence of Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Equity (ROE), Return on Asset (ROA), Earning Per Share (EPS) and Price Earning Ratio (PER) to stock price in 10 pharmaceutical industry Which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange either simultaneously or partially.The result of the research yields the equation Y = 2950 + 0.275 DER + 0.167 ROE + 0.169 ROA + 0.588 EPS + 0.206 PER + e ,showing the positive and significant influence of DER, ROE, ROA, EPS and PER simultaneously to stock price in 10 pharmaceutical industry Which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013 - 2015. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Interpersonal Communication, Leadership and the Discipline of the employment of the teacher performance SMK Negeri 8 Palembang. In this study the number of population is 60 people as sample test as samples. Sampling was conducted using the method of saturated sampling technique that sampling is done on the whole of the population. From the results of this study are Interpersonal Communications positive significant effect on employment Discipline Master, Interpersonal Communications positive significant effect on Teacher Performance. Leadership positive and significant effect on employment Teacher Discipline, leadership and significant positive effect on the performance of teachers. Teachers work discipline positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers of SMK Negeri 8 Palembang, and work discipline is mediating variables Interpersonal Communication relation to the performance and discipline of work is mediating variables Leadership relation to performance Discipline variable labor to have value r-square of 0.996, meaning that the variable Disciplinary work can be explained by the construct of Interpersonal Communication and Leadership construct 99,6%. Variable Performance r-square value of 0.255 means that the variable performance can be explained by the construct of Interpersonal Communication, Leadership, and the Discipline of the work amounted to 25.5% Based on these conclusions, if the principal of SMK Negeri 8 Palembang intends to increase Interpersonal Communications to improve the performance of teachers, it is necessary to work through increased Discipline Discipline of work is mediating variables Leadership relationship to performance. So based on these conclusions, if the principal of SMK Negeri 8 Palembang. intends to enhance its leadership to increase performance, it is necessary to work through increased Discipline .. Of the three variables used to see the effect on the performance, ie Interpersonal Communication, Leadership, and the Discipline of the work, all of which have a positive effect on performance ,. But of these three variables, can be prioritized improvement of Leadership. Because of 9 indicators of Leadership., One indicator has a value of loading factor is quite high, namely more than 0.9 . Keywords: Interpersonal Communication, Leadership and the Discipline of the work, performance.

Abstract

Inventory is one of the elements of current assets and is the largest and most active element in the company's operations. In the case of inventory procurement, companies usually make purchases in large numbers. Control of a company will experience changes. Therefore, it is necessary and assessment of each transaction. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the control Based on the results of data analysis the effect of the supply of fertilizer bag control on the smooth process of NPK fertilizer production in the company PT. Pusri Palembang for 2016-2017 period, the conclusions can be obtained as follows: Control of fertilizer bag inventory has an effect on the smooth production of NPK bag pupk in the company PT. Pusri Palembang for the 2016-2017 period. The results of the hypothesis test indicate that the tcount is greater than t table, which is 64.297> 2.032 and the significance value (sig.) 0.000 <0.05. Then it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the supply control of fertilizer bags (X) influences the smooth process of NPK fertilizer production (Y). Then, the regression coefficient of bag fertilizer supply control (X) on the smooth production process (Y) is 350,243 in a positive direction. This shows that the control of fertilizer bag stock has increased by 1 point, so the smooth process of NPK fertilizer production will increase by 350,243. Abstract

ABSTRACT   Employee work performance is the result of work achieved by an employee in carrying out tasks in accordance with their responsibilities. There are many factors that affect employee work performance, but in this study only a few factors were discussed including competency, non-physical work environment and rewards. Competence is the ability possessed by someone to carry out the work given to him well. While the non-physical work environment is considered important because it has a direct influence on employees in carrying out and completing work. Other factors, namely rewards, are expected to be able to create healthy competition between employees in order to improve employee work performance. Abstract

This research examines the effect of public accountability, public participation, public policy transparency and value for money principles on local finance (APBD). Sample of research using purposive sampling was a member of the board of the Commission for Economic and Financial (Commission III) and a member of Budget Council of DPRD Sumatera Selatan Province. The research proved that according to simultaneous public accountability, public participation, public policy transparency and value for money principles have had effects on local finance (APBD). In partial known that only public accountability and value for money principle influenced on local finance (APBD). Abstract

This study aims to: (a) analyze the influence of work motivation to the lectures performance, (b) analyze the influence of job satisfaction to lecturers performance, (c)  analyze simultaneously the influence between work motivation, job satisfaction to the performance of the lecturer. This study was conducted to tenured lecturers of Private Colleges Graduate in Palembang. The population in the study were 94 respondents from 8 graduate faculty of Private college Masters in Palembang. The research sample using saturated sample technique but the questionnaire is returned only 73 of 7 Graduate faculty of private college. Test of data validity used validity and reliability. Test of requirements analysis used  multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, normality test, and  linierity test. Data analisys Technique used descriptive analysis, and multiple linier regression. The calculations used SPSS for windows. The results of the research was value of Fcount  (37 693)> Ftable (3,127) and it can be seen that the significance of 0.000 is less than 0.005 This  meant that the independent variables of motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant influence to the lecturers performance of the Graduate faculty of private college in Palembang. Partially tcount motivation variable (4.834)> t table (1.994) and it is known that the significance of 0.000 is less than 0.005 means that the null hypothesis is rejected, the conclusion that motivation (X1) has positive effect to the lecturers (Y) Of Graduate faculty of private college in Palembang . Tcount job satisfaction variable (3.384)> t table (1.994) and it showed that the significance of 0.000 is less than 0.005 means the null hypotesis is rejected, the conclusion that Job Satisfaction (X2) has positive effect to the lecturers  performance (Y) Graduate faculty of private college.In this study concluded that motivation and job satisfaction lecturer has positive and significant effect to the performance of the Graduate faculty of private college in Palembang. Keywords: Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Performance

Abstract

"The Effect of Motivation and Leadership Against Employee Performance Cooperative Beringin Jaya Palembang " The purpose of the research conducted to find out and prove : 1 ) The effect of motivation and leadership together on Employee Performance Cooperative Beringin Jaya Palembang 2 ) The effect of motivation on employee  performance  Cooperatives  Beringin  Jaya Palembang 3 ) Effect of Leadership on Employee Performance Cooperative Beringin Jaya Palembang . The calculations show that the regression coefficient for the variable Motivation ( X1 ) 0.173 , Leadership ( X2 ) 0.376 , and also produces a constant value of 23.916 so that multiple regression equation of this study are as follows : Y = 23.916 + 0.173 X1 + 0.376 X2 + e means constant for 23.916 states that if you ignore the Motivation and Leadership Performance score is 23.916 . Regression coefficient of 0.173 X1 states that each additional ( for + sign ) one unit scores Motivation ( X1 ) will improve performance score of 0.173 to keep the score Leadership ( X2 ) constant . X2 regression coefficient of 0, 376 states that any additions ( due to the + sign ) one unit of Leadership score  ( X2 ) will improve performance score of 0.376 to keep the motivation score ( X1 ) constant. There is also a correlation coefficient of 0.676 and Koefien of determination ( R2 ) is 0.457 . This means that 45.7 % variation in the value of the variable performance score can be explained jointly by Motivation and Leadership in the regression model. The remaining 54.3 %  is explained by other variables ( e )  among others, Oversight, workculture, workenvironment,discipline, communication.Test results hypothesis test F above can be seen that the F value is 13.052 and 0.000 sig . From the mean value of the significance level sig < 0.05 which means that there is an influence motivation and leadership together to Performance . Of Linear Regression Analysis table it can be seen that the value for the variable sig Motivation is 0.036 , the mean value of the significance level sig < 0.05 which means that there is an influence on the Performance Motivation and Leadership sig for variables is 0.000 , the mean value of the significance level sig < 0.05, which means there is a leadership influence on performance .  Keywords : Motivation , Leadership , Performance

Abstract

The Effect of Work Placement and Compensation on Employee Performance at PT. Valanta Banyuasin.Population of 32 employees. Sample 32 people. Data techniques by means of interviews, observation and surveys. Descriptive analysis techniques, multiple linear regression analysis, free coefficient analysis (r), and coefficient of determination (r2). The data analysis requirements test used the classical assumption test consisting of multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation. As for the accepted hypothesis, the t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous).This study shows the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.976 or 97.6%, which means that employee performance variables can be applied by job placement variables and compensation compensation by other factors such as motivation, leadership, training, work environment and organizational culture. Job placement variables and simultaneously have a significant positive effect on employee performance.Keywords:  Job Placement, Compensation, Employee Performance
