Abstract

There is fenomenal gap that amount of Indosat’s outlets have increase 41,76% in year 2007 until 2008, but Net Profit Margin have decrease 18,66 % in year 2008. Also there is research gap that competitive advantage have influence on performance sales, other research result selling-in performance have influense on competitive advantage. The purpose of this research is to test the influences of outlet quality services, differentiation, company reputation, outlet quality relationship, environment adaptability, on competitive advantage to increase selling-in performance.The samples size of this research is 123 outlets of PT. Indosat. Using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) that be run with AMOS software , the results shows that the outlet quality services, differentiation, company reputation, outlet quality relationship, environment adaptability have influence on competitive advantage to increase selling-in performance.Keywords : Selling-in performance, competitive advantage.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leverage ratios, liquidity and productivity to changes in earnings in manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used are financial statements of companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for three years are 2006 – 2008. Population are used manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampel selected for this study were 60 manufacturing firms the meet the criteria and group in 52 profitable companies and 8 of non profitable. Independent variables used in this study were 14 financial ratios. The analytical method used is descriptive statistic and logistic regression using SPSS 13. The result showed that effect there is no significant effect between leverage to changes in income for liquidity whereas a significant different between earnings and liquidity to change in to productivity there is no significant effect between productivity with changes in earnings.

Abstract

Islam has been set up with the norms and values in each discipline of knowledge. Including Islamic economics, Islamic economics as a social science and theology are not only derived from the Quran and as-Sunnah, but also stems from empirical phenomena and economic problems in the field. Epistemologically, Islamic economics is divided into two disciplines: First, normative Islamic economics, which is the study of Islamic sharia laws relating to property affairs and treasures. Second, positive Islamic economics, which is the study of Islamic concepts relating to property affairs and treasures, especially with regard to the production of goods and services. Norms and values is created in Islamic economics aims to provide moral and ethical order in the economy itself, because it is basically the purpose of Islamic economics in the world is reaching the livelihoods and happiness in the Hereafter (hayatun thoyyibah and falah both in this world and in the hereafter).

Abstract

This Research aims to know the content and presentation of information impacts on the efficiency of accounting informations processing ang the effectiveness when they are presented in different forms. Specifically, this research employs an innovative research design to demonstrate the usefulness of cartoon graphics in the failed and non-failed corporations decision making context compared to accounting statements and finantial ratios (conventional presentation formats).The analysis included there aspects : Company’s Liquidity, Financial Leverage, and Profitability which is presented in accounting statements, Financial Ratios, and Cartoon Graphics. The sample of this research contain 178 students from accounting department of Dian Nuswantoro University Semarang which are taken using Judgement Sampling method and Slovin Method by grouping sample with some criterias. Data were analyzed using Descriptive Statistics and Differential Test used Kruskal Wallis Test.The cartoon graphics are shown to be processed more quickly and with no loss of accuracy, compared to accounting statements but the results show that respondents are most efficient when they classify accounting information using financial ratios compared to more means of presenting accounting information. The effectiveness of financial ratios is also in significantly evidenced in both of missclasification errors (Type I and II) when compared to other forms of accounting information presentation (cartoon graphics or accounting statements).

Abstract

The quality of information presentation accounting holds important role in financial institition such as bank to be balanced with the role of human resources are inside them. Research purpose this is to see if education, training, and job experience effect of the quality of information presentation for PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk in the town. Benefits from this research is improving human resources seen from education variable, training, and job experience in conveying quality information presentation of accounting for companies to be more significant and in recruting employee can more significant and more selected.Population research used 16 office units and 1 BRI Branch Office in town Magelang. How to use the media data collection questionnaire to collect primary data. The respondents of this study is the teller of the accounting staff available at the Branch Office and the Office of BRI Units with a population taking as many as 34 samples of data that can be processed. The analysis method used is the method of multiple regression analysis (Multiple Regression Analysis), using Spearman-Rank test validity and reliability of test-Alpha Croanbach processed using SPSS 16.The results of the analysis showed that education, training, and work experience have positive simultaneously or partially on the quality of the presentation of accounting information.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the students decision in choosing further study at university, especially choosing to study accounting program S1 FEB UDINUS Semarang. The factors used in the study is Cultural Factors, Social Class, Psychological, Price and Promotion. These factors are also relevant to factor in the marketing mix, where the accounting courses are also interested to know the background of the decision of the selection offurtherstudy. The population in this study were all freshmen courses accounting S1 FEB Force UDINUS year 2012-2013 as many as 267 students. Sample representativeness approach with Slovin formula obtained 160 samples, but the data are processed only 159 samples only. Distribution of questionnaires to the sample using random sampling method, in which samples randomly encountered. Data quality test reliability and validity, test assumptions Classical, Regression Test,ANOVA and coefficient determinant. The results obtained are factors Culture, Social Class and Promotion does not significantly influence the decision studui further. While the price factor and the Psychological Impact of the decision signifikasn further studies.Perfect model with sig. 0.000, coefficient determinant inthevalue of 49.10 percent.

Abstract

Pengakuan akan pentingnya konsep marketing mix bagi BMT mulai familiar semenjak di keluarkannya beberapa paket kebijakan deregulasi koperasi oleh pemerintah melalui Kementrian Koperasi dan UKM. Sehingga stakeholder BMT dituntut untuk berbuat lebih baik, seperti peningkatan kualitas pelayanan, perluasan berbagai jenis jasa, menciptakan berbagai instrumen syariah baru dan inovasi produk pembiayaan baru.

Abstract

Dari analisis situasi mitra yang sudah diamati dan diobservasi dapat dikemukakan bahwa warga Dusun Wonosari Desa Mergolangu masih mengalami kesulitan dalam menambah modal usahanya sehingga sulit untuk menggenjot pendapatan per kepala keluarga mereka dan masih kurangnya pemahaman mereka mengenai cara pengajuan modal usaha melalui lembaga keuangan mikro yang berbasis syari’ah. Oleh karenanya, IbM ini memiliki target untuk melakukan pengembangan usaha-usaha produktif dan investasi dalam meningkatkan kualitas ekonomi para pelaku usaha dan mendorong kegiatan investasi serta menunjang pembiayaan ekonomi pelaku usaha di Dusun Wonosari dengan cara pemberian modal usaha melalui koperasi yang berbasis syari’ah. Sedangkan luarannya adalah agar pelaku usaha di Dusun Wonosari yang telah mendapatkan pelatihan ini dapat menjelaskan dan mempraktekan serta menerapkan proses pengajuan modal usaha di Koperasi yang sesuai dengan prinsip Syari’ah, agar pelaku usaha di Dusun Wonosari dapat menerima semua ajaran-ajaran yang telah diberikan, sehingga timbul rasa berani untuk mengajukan modal di Koperasi yang berbasis Syari’ah. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menggunakan pendekatan pelatihan mengenai “apa itu koperasi syariah?” dan “cara mengajukan modal usaha di kopersi berbasis syaria’ah?”. Adapun pelaksanaan kegiatan untuk mencapai target dan luaran yang sudah dicanangkan yaitu dengan cara pemberian dua materi dan praktek simulasi  pengajuan pembiayaan modal usaha koperasi berbasis syari’ah untuk pelaku usaha di Dusun Wonosari Desa Mergolangu Kab. Wonosobo. Kegiatan ini terintegrasi dengan kegiatan Bakti Sosial (BAKSOS) yang diadakan oleh Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Udinus. Warga Dusun Wonosari dipilih menjadi mitra dalam kegiatan IbM ini berpartisipasi aktif dalam setiap kegiatan yang diselenggarakan, seperti penyiapan tempat pelatihan, pemberian konsumsi, dan lain sebagainya yang menunjang kelancaran proses kegiatan ini. Oleh karenanya partisipasi mitra sangat mendukung terhadap pelaksanaan program kegiatan IbM ini secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the assignment of employees. SMEs should have a sustainable competitive advantage, an effort that can be achieved is the optimal assignment of employees. Dede Motorcycle is an SMEs engaged in services. For Dede Motorcycle, customer is everything, therefore the customer is very important and need to be maintained so as not to move to another company or competitor. Problems that occur when this method is not optimal assignment of employees ( mechanics ).   The sampling method was done by using purposive sampling. Method of data collection by interview to conduct a discussion with Dede Motorcycle Semarang on research instruments, determine the number of employees and number of jobs and value the skills competencies of each employee. Then compared before and after the assignment method using the software POM.   Analysis of the results obtained by the fact, that the Employee Assignment before using the software POM, the value of the assignment showed a value of 265 (optimal value before POM) and after using the software POM, Optimal Allocation Assignment, Sodiq working Modification, Nurohim working Electrical, Mustakim working Tune-Up and Yanto working Over-Hole with the optimal value of the acquisition amounted to 335 (optimal value assignment). With optimal assignment SMEs can improve competitive advantage (competitiveness) sustainable.
