Abstract

   This study aims to find out the influence of work capital, wage level, type of industry, and the interaction between business capital and type of business on labor employment in small industries in Ambon city.       The research used primary data obtained from a survey conducted from May to June 2013. The population included the industries of garment, food and handycraft. The samples were 139 respondents selected by using the purposive sampling method.       The data were analysed by using multiple regression analysis method. The results reveal that : (1) business capital has a positive and significant influence on labour employment, either directly or indirectly through production; (2) Wage level directly has negtive and significant influence on labour employment; but indirectly, wage level has positive and significant influence throught production.

Abstract

       Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh partisipasi anggaran terhadap budgetary slack di Telkom Merauke, untuk mengetahui budget emphasis terhadap budgetary slack di Telkom Merauke dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh partisipasi anggaran dan budget emphasis secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap budgetary slack di Telkom Merauke.      Sampel penelitian adalah para manajer dan staf yang terlibat dalam penyusunan anggaran pada Telkom di kota Merauke. Instrumen utama dalam pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner dan diukur dengan skala Likert, Responden berjumlah 31 orang. Analisis data menggunakan program SPSS.      Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) partisipasi anggaran berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap budgetary slack, (2) budget emphasis berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap budgetary slacik dan (3) partisipasi anggaran dan budget emphasis secara bersama-sama berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap budgetary slack.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to describe the use of audit evidence in fraud detection. This is because the detection of fraud is not an easy task to be undertaken by auditors, and even most of the auditors were unable to detect fraud as well. To be used to detect fraud, audit evidence must be sufficient, competent, and relevant. Furthermore, to assess their validity, the evidence collected should be tested first. An auditor also needs to have professional skepticism when gathering and evaluating audit evidence. Without applying professional skepticism, auditors will only find misstatements caused by error only and hard to find fraud.For the detection of fraud within the organization, fraud categorized into three groups, namely fraudulent financial reporting, misappropriation of assets, and corruption. Each type of fraud has its own characteristics, so as to be able to detect the fraud it is necessary to understand well the types of fraud that may arise within the company.

Abstract

As benefits an organization, one of the strategic functions play an important role in banking is its human resources. This aim of the research was to find out the significant influence of compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance through job motivation, either directly or indirectly. The objectof the research were bank employees in Merauke City. The data consisted of primary data obtained using questionnaire give to respondents related to compensation, job satisfaction, motivation and performance of employees. The data were analyzed using quantitative approach through path analysis to test the hypothesis. The results of the research indicate that (1) compensation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on job motivation, (2) compensation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on employees performance. (3) compensation indirectly has a positive and significant influence on employees performance through job motivation, and (4) job satisfaction indirectly has a positive and significant influence on employess performance through job motivation of bank employees' in Merauke City.

Abstract

This study aimed to consumer protection to bank customers as consumers intended for customers so that customers have the right to use the forum for customer complaints and mediation to resolve disputes in the banking sector in a simple, easy and cepat.Metode used in this study by the research adalalah dilaksanakn field at PT Bank BRI unit Ampera and the literature study conducted through reading books that deals with the writing of the journal, the statements derived from the literature as well as legal issues articles. This research was conducted using qualitative descriptive, using data collection techniques derived from secondary data is the primary legal materials, secondary, tertiary, and secondary data to support the use interview techniques to the employees and customers of the bank. The results showed that in the settlement between the bank and the customer will be settled amicably between the bank and the customer, and if proven to exist error, the bank will change and if the loss can not be resolved by the bank it will be taken by way of mediation.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of income trader gasoline fuel dilution in this study merauke.Lokasi districts in Merauke regency in Papua province. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data used are primary data sourced directly from gasoline retailers Merauke district area and analyzed with qualitative analysis which is a referral from a reference quantitative analysis of the problem and analyze the factors that mempengharui income variation gasoline retailers using descriptive analysis through the analysis table. which is used as fuel gasoline retailers population of 15, whereas samples taken 10 gasoline fuel retailers. The results showed that the variation in the selling price and the level of gasoline dilution sitas real path to revenue berpengharuh gasoline fuel dilution in Merauke district

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh partisipasi anggaran terhadap senjangan anggaran di Telkom Merauke, untuk mengetahui informasi asimetris  terhadap senjangan anggaran di Telkom Merauke dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh partisipasi anggaran dan informasi asimetris secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap senjangan anggaran di Telkom Merauke.Sampel penelitian adalah para manajer dan staf yang terlibat dalam penyusunan anggaran pada Telkom di kota Merauke. Instrumen utama dalam pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner dan diukur dengan skala Likert, Responden berjumlah 31 orang. Analisis data menggunakan program SPSS.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) partisipasi anggaran berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap senjangan anggaran, (2) informasi asimetris berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap senjangan anggaran dan (3) partisipasi anggaran dan informasi asimetris secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap senjangan anggaran.

Abstract

Banyak program pemerintah hanya menyadi program yang dijalankan oleh aparat pemerintah, tetapi masyarakat yang seharus menjadi subyek pelaksana tetapi yang terjadi adalah masyarakat menjadi obyek dadi kegiatan tersebut sebab masyarakat tidak ikut berpartisipasi dan tidak terlibat dalam program tersebut.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu studi kasus dengan focus penelitian pada partisipasi masyarakat pada tahapan program RESPEK yang mana  fenomena secara spesifik yang memperhatikan unsur waktu, tempat dan situasi yang terjadi pada Distrik Sota Kabupaten Merauke.Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan semua faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi partisipasi masyarakat dapat dikatakan masih rendah, untuk itu  sebaiknya dioptimalkanPerencanaan pembangunan partisipatif yang  konsisten dan serius dari semua pihak dalam pelaksaan Program Respek yang meliputi pelatihan untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat terutama masyarakat miskin dalam organisasi,  faktor internal yang mempengaruhi partisipasi masyarakat pada adalah faktor umur, faktor status,dan jenis kelamin, faktor jenis pekerjaan, dan faktor pendidikan, sedang faktor eksternal juga turut mempengaruhi seluruhbentuk dan tingkat partisipasi masyarakat kecuali pada partisipasi dalampertemuan dan keaktifan berdiskusi dalam pertemuan.

Determinants of Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty PT Lion Air Flight Services This study aims to identify and analyze 1) Effect of service quality, reasonable price, psychology, and the image of the company directly have a positive and significant impact on customer service satisfaction and loyalty PT Lion Air in Makassar, 2) the direct effect of service satisfaction has positive and significant on customer loyalty PT Lion Air in Makassar, 3) effect of service quality, reasonable price, psychology, and the company's image indirectly have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty through service satisfaction PT Lion Air in Makassar.This study aims to identify and analyze 1) Effect of service quality, reasonable price, psychology, and the image of the company directly have a positive and significant impact on customer service satisfaction and loyalty PT Lion Air in Makassar, 2) the direct effect of service satisfaction has positive and significant on customer loyalty PT Lion Air in Makassar, 3) effect of service quality, reasonable price, psychology, and the company's image indirectly have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty through service satisfaction PT Lion Air in Makassar.The population in this study were all domestic airline Lion Air passengers with a destination and departure Makassar. The number of samples as many as 100 people. Sampling technique using accidental sampling. Methods of analysis using path analysis. Research results indicate that the quality of service, the reasonableness of the price, psychology, and the image of the company directly have a positive and significant impact on service satisfaction and customer loyalty. Satisfaction is positive and significant direct effect on customer loyalty. Quality service, reasonable prices, psychology, and the company's image indirectly have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty through service satisfaction PT Lion Air in Makassar.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang  dirumuskan dalam penelitian ini adalah a) apakah tenaga penjual berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen. b) apakah Produk berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen. c) apakah Harga berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Tenaga Penjual, Produk dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada CV Tirta Alam Jaya di Merauke.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen CV. Tirta Alam Jaya Merauke. Karena populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang tidak dapat diketahui jumlahnya maka peneliti menggunakan teknik accidental sampling, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel secara kebetulan. Ada pengaruh yang signifikan tenaga penjual (X1), produk (X2) dan harga (X3) terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y) sebesar 12,618 atau 12,618 %. Disimpulkan jika tenaga penjual (X1), produk (X2) dan harga (X3)  tinggi maka mengakibatkan kepuasan konsumen semakin tinggi, begitu juga sebaliknya jika tenaga penjual (X1), produk (X2) dan harga (X3) semakin rendah maka mengakibatkan kepuasan konsumen juga rendah.
