Abstract

   The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of supervision on the performance of the apparatus Onggaya village Nokenjerai district.       This study was made to determine the effect on performance monitoring apparatus Onggaraya village Nokenjerai district, the sample in this study is the village officials and community leaders as many as 31 people.       The results show that positive and significant oversight on the performance of the apparatus Onggaya village.

Abstract

   This study aims to analyze and test the significance of the effect of capital structure, the growth of the company to profitability and corporate value in the telecommunications industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Value of the company is investor perception of the level of success that is often associated with the company's stock price. The sampling method using purposive sampling, with some predetermined criteria, the number of samples is as much as 6 telecom industry companies. Secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) in 2008-2012. The model is used to answer the research problem and hypothesis testing research used path analysis technique (path analysis), with the application tool SPSS version 20.0.       The results showed that: 1) the capital structure and significant effect on profitability negatiff, 2) the company's growth and a significant positive effect on profitability, 3) capital structure and significant positive effect on firm value, 4) the company's growth and a significant positive effect on the value 5 companies) profitability and significant positive effect on the value enterprise.And 6) indirectly influence the capital structure, the company's growth to company value through profitability and significant positive effect.

Abstract

      The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of organizational commitment as a moderating variable on the relationship between budgetary participation and budgetary slack and to analyze the influence of organizational commitment as a moderating variable on the relationship between job involvement with budgetary slack.     The sample in this study is the work unit specially selected local officials Wasur village on the grounds of this institution is government work units that make, use, and report the budget or as executing budgets of local governments.      The results of regression analysis of the first hypothesis suggests that the coefficient of the interaction between organizational commitment and participation in the budget for significant budgetary slack. The regression analysis on the second hypothesis suggests that the interaction coefficient of interaction between organizational commitment and job involvement significantly.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the effect of budget participation on performance of the SKPD in the Merauke district government, (2) the influence of organizational culture on performance of the SKPD in the Merauke district government, (3) the influence of locus of control on performance of the SKPD in the Merauke district government and (4) the simultaneous effect of budget participation, culture and locus of control on the performance of the SKPD in the Merauke district governmentThe sample was SKPD in the Merauke district government. The main instrument for data collection was a questionnaire and measured with a Likert scale. Respondents totaled 67 people. The entire questionnaire filled and managed using multiple regression data analysis.The results showed that the partial budget participation, organizational culture and locus of control positive and significant impact on the performance of the SKPD in the Merauke district government. Meanwhile, simultaneously budgetary participation, organizational culture and locus of control are also positive and significant effect.

Abstract

      Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah Untuk menguji pengaruh faktor organisasional seperti dukungan atasan, kejelasan tujuan dan pelatihan akan meningkatkan kegunaan Sistem Akuntansi Keuangan Daerah kabupaten Merauke dan untuk menguji pengaruh faktor organisasional seperti dukungan atasan, kejelasan tujuan dan pelatihan dapat meningkatkan konflik kognitif yang pada gilirannya akan meningkatkan kegunaan Sistem Akuntansi Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Merauke.      Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya pengguna dukungan atasan dan konflik kognetif memiliki pengaruh positif pada Kegunaan Sistem Akuntansi Keuangan Daerah (SAKD). Pelatihan dan kejlasan tujuan memiliki pengaruh positif pada konflik kognetif. Konflik kognetif berpengaruh positif pada kegunaan Sistem Akuntansi Keuangan Daerah (SAKD) dan konflik kognetif sebagai intervening variabel antara faktor perilaku organisasi dengan Sistem Akuntansi Keuangan Daerah (SAKD), menunjukkan bahwab faktor perilaku organisasi memiliki hubungan positif terhadap kegunaan Sistem Akuntansi Keuangan Daerah (SAKD) yang dimediasi oleh konflik kognetif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the effect of budget participation on performance of the echelon personnel in the Merauke district government, (2) the influence of leadership style on the performance of officials in the government echelon Merauke district, (3) the influence of organizational culture on performance of the apparatus of the echelon in the Merauke district government and (4) the simultaneous effect of budget participation, leadership style and culture on the performance of the apparatus of the echelon in the Merauke district governmentThe sample was echelon officials in the work unit area (on education) Merauke. The main instrument for data collection was a questionnaire and measured with a Likert scale. Respondents totaled 58 people. The entire questionnaire filled and managed using multiple regression data analysis.The results showed that the partial budget participation, leadership styles, and organizational culture positive and significant impact on the performance of the echelon government Merauke area. Meanwhile, simultaneously budgetary participation, leadership styles, and organizational culture are also positive and significant effect

Abstract

This research study factors that influence auditor’s dysfunctional behavior and how dysfunctional behavior influence audit quality . That factors are time budget pressures, working paper review and supervision. Auditor’s dysfunctional behavior mirror from behavior of premature sign off, under-reporting of time and audit quality reduction behavior. The objectives of study to have more understanding about auditor’s dysfunctional behavior and factors that influence it and impact of auditor’s dysfunctional behavior to audit quality. The result of the simple linear regression concluded that time budget pressures, supervision influence auditor’s dysfunctional behavior premature sign off, under-reporting of time and audit quality reduction behavior and working paper review influence auditor’s dysfunctional premature sign off and audit quality reduction behavior. Also this study indicates  auditor’s dysfunctional behavior premature sign off, under-reporting of time and audit quality reduction behavior influence audit quality.

Abstract

        The study aims to identify and analyze the Compensation Effect on Performance of Government Apparatus Village Onggari Malind District district. Merauke.       The research method in this study is a case study approach, this type of research is descriptive quantitative, and the nature of the research is the explanation (explanatory). Method of data collection through interviews and questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is a simple linear regression. The population of the village is Onggari Apparatus Malind District Merauke district, amounting to 30 respondents. Determination of the number of samples in this study uses total sampling so that the number of samples taken as many as 30 people.       The results of the data analysis was conducted on all data obtained, it can be concluded that the compensation effect on performance. This is evidenced by the value of t is greater than t table value is 4.588> 1.943 with a significant level of 0.01 <0.05. showed that 42.9% Compensation variables affect the performance. while as many as 57.1% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the characteristics For culture organizational on employee performance PDAM Merauke.dengan using data analysis technique in which quantitative techniques are used to test the effect of independent variables and the dependent variable.The statistical method used is to use simple regression: The formula used is Y = a + b1x1 + b2X2 + b3X3 + b4X4 + b5X5 + e. The technique of data processing is done is composed of six variables. The sixth variable is adopted from instruments that are formulated using scoring techniques. Scoring techniques in this study is "Likert scale" of scale associated with a statement about a person's attitude towards something (Kinner in Umar, 2008). Through the Likert scale, measured variables are translated into indikatot variables, hereinafter used as a starting point in preparing the items that can be a statement or a question.There is a significant influence of variable X to variable Y of 0.617 or 61.7%. It was concluded that if the variable X is high then lead to higher performance, and vice versa if the variable X is getting low, the resulting performance of employees will also be low. Based on the analysis of data obtained about the characteristics of organizational culture on employee performance in PDAM Merauke, it can be concluded that: Variable X1, X2, X3, and X4 positive and significant impact on the variable Y, and variable X5 but not significant positive effect on the variable Y, this can be seen that the value X5 by 0.264> 0.05

Abstract

The research aimed to examine the impact of the reference, family and marketing communication groups to wardsthe students’ decision in choosing Musamus University Higher Education.This was a descriptive research by using 100 samples carried out in cluster. The research used the techniques of an observation, an interview, and a questionnaire in collecting data. The data were analysed by using the quantitative analysis through the multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 20.0 program.The research result indicates that simultaneously the reference, family, marketing communication groups have the positive and significant impact towards the students’ decision in choosing Musamus University Higher Education. Partially, the reference group dominantly has the positive and significant impact on the students’ decision. The families have the positive and significant impact on the students’ decision. The marketing communication  does not have the positive and significant impact on the students’ decision.
