<![CDATA[ABSTRACT This final project entitled "Evaluation of User Satisfaction Of Service at The Public Library in Tabanan". Purpose of this study was to determine User Satisfaction Level Of Service at The Public Library in Tabanan.This research is a quantitative descriptive research. Population of this study are all members of the public library in Tabanan,which amounted to 207 members of the data member in 2013. Sampling was conducted by proportional stratified random sampling technique. The samples with the formula slovin, set a margin of error of 5% of the overall population. and obtained the sample of 136 people. Data were collected from questionnaires will be checked on the completeness of respondents to arrange them in the form of a table then the percentage is calculated by the formula P = f/N × 100% for the next at interpret. Average level of users satisfaction of the library is (74.2 %). Keyword : Service, Public Library, Costumer Satisfaction.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRACT This research is descriptive quantitative aimed to describe the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The techniques of collecting data are questionnaires and literature study. The population are 5,892 and the number of samples are 361 based on krecjie table, set error rate is 5%. Sampling techniques is accidental sampling. Results of this research showed that the number of books in the library is inadequate, it can be seen from the library collections not varied and not up to date to answer the information needs of users. The collections are not relevant, it can be analyzed from most of samples are students. Availability of book collections have effect to reading interest, it can be seen from the most of respondents (74,5%) agreed that reading interest can be arise due to the collections of the libraries are vary, up to date and having quality. <![CDATA[ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to determine the state of circulation services and the degree of user satisfaction of library circulation service of Warmadewa University library. The population is all members of the Warmadewa University library, there are 312 members.This technique uses Slovin Formula with error tolerance is 5 %. The Technique of data collection uses in this research is observation method, questionnaire, and documentation. All the results are put in the table and then calculated with the formula P = F / N × 100%. The results of this research are (1) the average of user satisfaction degree is 73.43%,(2) most of the collections of the Library are adequate, relevant, however 48,6% of respondents undecided if the collection of books in the library is up-to-dateand (3) most of the respondents agree that the total amount of the collection loan needs increase. <![CDATA[ABSTRACT This final task entitled Library Acquisition of The Main Library Of Warmadewa University. The purpose of this study is to determine the procedure of acquisition library at the Main Library of Warmadewa University. The sample from this study is head of main library and teaching staff from Faculty of Law of Warmadewa University. The sampling method used purposive sampling technique. Data collection technique used observation, interview and documentation. This research show that the library need more staff in accordance with the field of library experts, library has a standard operating procedure in library acquisition written. The acquisition includes the selection of library materials are conducted by teaching staff, dean, students and library staff. The selection of library materials used selection tools as publisher catalogs, proposal from faculty and students. <![CDATA[ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the maintenance and conservation of library of Faculty of Letters and Culture Udayana University. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation. Population and sample in this research is the librarian. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Results from this study is the activity of preservation and maintenance of library materials in the library of Faculty of Letters and Culture Udayana University can be said has not run well, it is proven by the number of library materials was damaged. Maintenance activities and preservation of library materials and ways of prevention, maintenance, repair, preservation by the simple equipment means less attention. Librarians or the staff knows how library materials are damaged at the time of shelving and when visitors return the library materials. <![CDATA[ABTRACT The purposes of this research are to determine the work motivation, librarian performance and the influence of work motivation on the librarian performance in Badan Perpustakaan dan Arsip Provinsi Bali. This research is quantitative descriptive. The quantitative descriptive is research aims for collecting data, analyzing data and displays data in narrative form and figure. The data collection are done by distributing questionnaires to 18 respondents and observation. The sampling technique in this research is saturated sampling technique that is sampling technique when all members of the population used as samples.T-test results obtained by value t-count equal to 3.046 with significant value 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that there is a positive and significant effect of influence between work motivations toward the librarian performance in Badan Perpustakaan dan Arsip Provinsi Bali. <![CDATA[ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to know the Senayan Library Information Management (SLIMS) utilization in Central Library of Warmadewa University. This study used a qualitative descriptive writing method. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation and documentation. The informants were selected based on criteria which were specified by researchers and one library manager fulfill the criteria. The informant in this study is the librarian of central library of Warmadewa University, as they use SLIMS in their library. The Results from this study indicate that the use of SLIMS at the Central Library of Warmadewa University is very useful for the jobs, especially in the processing, search the catalog and circulation. SLIMS utilization at the Central Library of Warmadewa University is good enough, just need to add security gate for library security, develop the program in the OPAC to provide more information to the user and update the library card for the smooth running of all activities in the library. <![CDATA[ABSTRACT The research is a quantitatif descriptive research, the research to describe the utilization of the reference service at Udayana University Library. The techniques of collecting data are quisioner, observation and literature studies. Population in this research are all users of reference services at Udayana University Library.The sample in this research was totally 150 respondents. The sampling technique by methodincidental sampling. The result of this research is the most respondents 63,33% said that the reference collections have not sufficientat Udayana University Library. Almost all respondents (96%) of the reference collection at library greatly can increase knowledge and understanding of library user, this can be see from the 87,33% of respondents said that the reference collection when is available at Udayana Univerity Library is relevant on based in accordance user needs of the user information. The university library is the library which is located suchas University, Academy, Faculty, Institute or higher education, as a means of supporting the teaching and learning academic activity in order to carry out the three Dutises of University. This study discussed the University library at Faculty of Letter and Culture Udayana University. This research used a descriptive qualitative method is a method that gives a real picture, circumstance or situation, by collecting the necessary data and then presented in accordance with the writing guidelines. <![CDATA[ABSTRACT The purpose of the research is to know about school library SD No.2 Kutuh Kuta Selatan in supporting teaching and learning program.In this research used qualitative data. The data are collected by interview, observation and documentation. The sampling method which was used in this research is purposive sampling method. Purposive sampling method is sampling technique based on certain consideration, where informants were used as sampel considered most knowledgeable about the object to be observed.The reseult was the of this research show that school library SD No.2 Kutuh Kuta Selatan in supporting teaching and learning program are very helpful. Because the library of SD No.2 Kutuh has been provided many collections of books and sufficient facilities in supporting the teaching and learning program, but some teachers have not used the school library in supporting teaching and learning program.
