Abstract

Mosques in Indonesia, now actually consists of more than 700 thousand. This amount is fantastic. However, the number of mosques yag not comparable with the quality of peoples religious ( congregation ) .In theoretical, grandeur and significance, the mosque is not in the beauty of the physical building. However, how the mosque could play a role as a center of civilization and the development of human civilization.Ideally mosques could be center of all activities conducted by moslems. However really mosques are just positioned solely as a center of worship or ritual activities, their ideal roles has been reducted. Perhaps this is a factor of poor quality of the Moslem community, which among others characterized by phenomenon of social disintegration, political and economic backwardness and others. This study aimed to know the function of the mosque at Prophet Muhammad period. Optimization of mosques functions in Prophet Muhammad period could bring any significant changes, from state of ignorance into civil society, materializing hight civilization, thought and strength. This study is expected to formulate appropriate measures to restore the function of mosques in Indonesia accordance to the appropriate roles.

Abstract

ABSTRACTParadigm integration-interconnect wanted to show that between various fields of science are in fact has link, because it is a scientific discipline by the rest of the shot it was the reality of the same universe. However, the dimensions and the focus were seen by each scientific discipline differ. From the side of the axiology science and technology should benefit as big as possible to human life. Meaning of science and technology became an important instrument in any development process as an effort to realize the benefit of human life entirely. Thus, science and technology shall provide the maximum benefits to human life and not vice versa. Interconnective-integrative approach is an attempt to make a connection between religious and scientific scholarship. The estuary of the integrative-interconnectivity approach makes make scientific subjected to the objectification process where scientific is meant by non Muslims as something natural (reasonable), not as a religious act. However, from the side that has the deed, it could still take it as religious works, including charities, so that Islam can be a blessing for everyone.

Abstract

In the era of information and globalization, mastering and control over information is not enought, any how speed and accuracy required for control over expired information almost means nothing. The development of science and technology took place very quickly which made short age of each information. In other words , the old information will be ignored by the recent ones. It is irrefutable that all communities continues to develop, along with development of era and technological advances. Obviously this brings implications for human life, positive and negative implications as well. Judging from the positive side , the inclusion of information through the mass media, both electronic and print provide convenience to human life, enriching information , expanding human intelligences and insight. While the negative impact; bringing people poor moral quality caused by misusing of information technology.

Abstract

Organizational effectiveness will be achieved with the clarity of mission , strategies , and objectives of the organization, and it is as well, road or means to build performance of organization. Performance management is a continuous system in creating clear working relationship between persons and organizations.In order to achieve the organization goal, and to build the good communication atmosphere in organization, it is necessary to construct measures of performance of management process ; performance planning , implementation performance, feedback , Riview performance , performance measurement , performance evaluation. Effective process of performance management could make changes for individuals ,organizations, and of creating new culture in an organization.

Abstract

Poverty is a fenomena understood by people in many ways : First , an overview of material shortages include food, clothing, housing, and health care. Second, an overview of social needs, such as; dependency and inability to participate in society life, the need for education and information. Third , an overview of the lack of adequate income and wealth. Because, poverty can happen anywhere and anytime, it is necessary to identify the typology of poverty, Factors cause poverty, and poverty reduction strategies. Dealing with the object of thise research, which is held in Sukarame Bandar Lampung. The problem should be solved in this research is the typology of poverty, the causes of poverty, and poverty reduction strategies in implemented Sukarame community, Bandar Lampung.This research is classified as descriptive research , which describes the objective data that has been collected by using interviews, observation, and documentation.findings in this research illustrate that, first, the typology of poverty in Sukarame Bandar Lampung classified into type , namely seasonal poverty as often encountered in cases of fishermen and farmers crops. And, Cyclical poverty, namely poverty that followed the pattern of the economic cycle as a whole . Also, relative poverty, which is the ratio of income between the groups in the community. Second, the low quality of human resources as a result of low level education and skills is a major cause of poverty. Another factor of poverty is identified as structural or artificial factors and factors of employment equity. Third, strategies to reduce poverty still use economic growth strategy, top down approach without considering the local potential possessed by the people, especially by the poor .

Lingkungan organisasi berubah begitu cepat, sehingga menuntut kepekaan pemimpin dalam menyikapi setiap perubahan. Tuntutan perubahan memerlukan cara pandang dan cara berfikir baru (paradigma) terhadap organisasi, terutama terkait dengan paradigma atas lingkungan organisasi dan sumber daya manusia organisasi.Pengembangan sumber daya manusia dilakukan dengan, penanaman nilai-nilai baru, menumbuhkan kepercayaan, membangun loyalitas, dan produktivitas yang didasarkan kepada pemanfaatan modal kapital, modal sosial, dan modal spiritual organisasi.

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises ( SMEs ) are in need to the roles of Microfinance Institutions of Shariah ( LKMS ) , especially in terms of capital used to expand the market and expand its business in order to give significant contribute to the national economy. Therefore, it is necessary to have facilitators who can connect between the two parties ( SMEs and those who require capital funding agencies ) that in order to reach understanding between SMEs with capital sources ( banks ). One of the efforts is the empowerment of Bank Partner Financial Consultant ( KKMB ). Consultant is a member or element of the Institute of Business Development Service Providers ( Business Development Services Provider / BDS - P ) that meet certain qualifying standards as institutions that provide business development services as the way to improve the performance of SMEs . In addition, efforts to optimize LKMS that can support the development of SMEs are needed. The efforts will be more effective by good cooperation between LKMS , government and SMEs . So that SMEs can be developed and can be used as a purveyor of the largest GNP in Indonesia.

Abstract

Prophetic science is rezult of scientific revolution against secular science that glorifies ratio. This scientific revolution is as well as the Marxist scientific revolution that criticize western social science which is considered very capitalist. Prophetic science is a product of the faithful produced for all mankind, while the secular science is a human product for most humen. Prophetic science is not intended to replace the position of existing social science developing today , but will complement even develop social science being developed at this time. Prophetic communication is new framework proposed in Islamic communication practice that combines the concept to the study of communication science that have been developed previously. This is arguably "immunization" for the development of communication technology today, in applying the principles of prophetic communication rules for dynamizing communication science in order to play an important role in accelerating social change that can make the communications user, consumer and media have ethical considerations in various communication practices.
