Abstract

In this research with the title of “The Relation of work discipline, working environment and compensation for job satisfaction on performance at Health Polytechnic Bhakti Mulia of Sukoharjo” is to know and analyze: 1) Work dicipline on job satisfaction, 2) Working environment on job satisfaction, 3) Compensation on job satisfaction, 4) Work discipline on performance, 5) Working environment on performance, 6) Compensation on performance, 7) Job satisfaction on performance. The data used was primary data taken with a list of questions given to employees of the Health Polytechnic Bhakti Mulia Sukoharjo, as many as 50 people. Analysis tool used that includes test the validity of using the technique of one-shot method with SPSS and reliability testing using the technique of Cronbach’s alpha, testing the hypothesis include F-test, the coefficient of determination (R2), correlation analysis, the effect of direct, the effect of indirect and total effect. The test results showed all variables are valid and reliable. From the results of the analysis obtained the following that: 1) This is tested in the same time that work discipline variable, work environment, compensation and job satisfaction give influence to the work performance, 2) Effect of R2 Square of 0.687 or 69%, this means that performance, explained by the work discipline, working environment and compensation with job satisfaction as an intervening variable of 69%.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of leadership behavior on job satisfaction, organizational commitment analyze the effect on job satisfaction, analyzing organizational culture affects the relationship between leadership behavior and job satisfaction, analyzing organizational culture moderates the relationship of organizational commitment and job satisfaction. The populations in this study were all employees BBRSBD Prof. Soeharso Surakarta, and the population size is equal to 201 employees. In this study a sample of 134 respondents was taken. Sampling technique in this research is to use a proportional random sampling. The results showed there are significant effect of leadership behavior on job satisfaction. Moderate the influence of organizational culture on the leadership behavior and job satisfaction is positively significant. Moderate the influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment and job satisfaction are positively significant.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1 ) to describe the implementation of the marketing mix program STMIK Surakarta.2 Nations Ambassador ) to analyze the effect of marketing mix program STMIK Nations Ambassador Surakarta against interest in. SMA.3 for graduate students ) to analyze the most dominant variables affect the interestof incoming graduate students SMA to STMIK Nations Ambassador Surakarta. The analysis showed that the variables that signifi cantly affect the decision making of students entering in STMIK Nations Ambassador is a product, location, promotion, personnel and process. Moderate variables did not signifi cantly in the decisionmaking of students is the price and physical condition. In this study, there are still shortcomings that need to be reviewed, so that further research can be expected to complement or even enhance the research that has been done before.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational commitment, achievement orientation and effort on job performance and job satisfaction. The total sample of 80 employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara V (Persero) with purposive sampling. Based on the data analysis can be concluded that organizational commitment influences the job performance, as well as achievement orientation, achievement orientation influences the job performance. Meanwhile, the Effort does not have significantly on the job performance. This is because at that time of the study of human resource management system associated with the consequence of Effort which has not been implemented. This condition is also influenced by individual effort which has not reflected the effort from all job performances, remembering job performance results obtained from group performance subvention. Organizational commitment significantly has greater significantly on job performance than achievement orientation. This study also found that job performance has influence on job satisfaction and job satisfaction has influence on organizational commitment.

Abstract

This research is performed on order to test the influence of the variable Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), BOPO (Operating Expenses / Operating Income), and Net Interest Margin (NIM), to return on Asset (ROA). The sample used in the study were 120 bank in Indonesia in 2010 and 2011. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, t-statistic and F-statistics test with a significance level of 5%. During research period show as variable and data research was normal distributed. Based on test, multicolinearity, heterosscedasticity and autocorrelation classic assumption deviation has no founded, this indicate that the available data has fulfill the condition to use multi linear regression model. This result of research show that variable CAR, NIM, and LDR positive significant influence toward ROA. Variable NPL and BOPO negative significant influence toward ROA. Prediction capability from these seven variable toward ROA is 78,7 % where the balance 21,3% is affected to other factor which was not to be entered to research model.

Abstract

Financial distresses have strong relationships with the company’s bankruptcy. The financial distress can be predicted by using information contained in the financial statements and the company’s corporate governance mechanisms. The purpose of this study is to prove the effect of ownership structure, liquidity ratios, leverage ratios, activity ratios, and the size of the company to possible financial distress of manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Populations of this study are manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange, which are published in the financial statements from the years 2008-2012,samples of the research  are 156 financial. Data analysis uses a logistic regression .The results of this study indicate that managerial ownership significantly influence of financial distress. While institutional ownership does not significantly influence of financial distress. Liquidity ratios and activity ratios significantly influence of financial distress. While the leverage ratio and firm size had no significant effect on the financial distress. The results can be used for decision making corporate leaders and investors as well as potential investors to always attention Managerial ownership, liquidity ratio, and the ratio of the activity, because these three variables has a contribution in influencing the potential for financial distress.
