Abstract

this article study discusess about prophet muhammad’s role in lifting the degrre of women, this study is important, because till now still many criticism from west feminism activist, and also, there are some moslem assumed from west that islam are less esteeming religion for women, because in historylife if prophet of Muhammad as carrier of this religion, there were many events that indicated that exactly he is very persistent fight for and lift degree of women.As long as his wife, prophet Muhammad had become a combatant and emancipator of woman clan. He opposed vinicity tradition mainstay which is that time a very critic and tragic condition. He had oppesed heir right tradition just for body and do infinite women marry. He settled heir right tradition just for boy property. In short,  Prophet Muhammad proclaimed the same human being in front of God Allah, woman or man, and Arab people and non arab; all of them are same.

Abstract

abstract: It is generally atmitted that man and woman live mutuallyironically,stome people restrict the role pf women to certain comesticareas. They set them in secondary and marginal position. In realitywomen have a,extensive main roles in this universe. Even, ,some of them arebetter than men in intelligence, coirage.leadership. ,and education.Their roles obviously should be in appropriate boundaries withoutviolating cultural and religious values. With regard to this position, It is undeniable that islam is the main pioneer that women position properly in privileged proportion and at equal level with men,i.e. equals in human dignity. Islam guarantees women’s rights comperehensively as free and independent individuals in domestic area as well as in public sector.

Abstract

Abstract: Emotional Intellegence is psychological element capable that couse the owner to reach successfulness in all area. Islam is religion which always place forward the emotional intelligence importantly, so that islam always up to date. Kadijah’s emotional intelligence had accompanied her to become especial first woman supporter to islam development. Khadija’s intelligence had coused her belonging a good attitude, action and behavior. Also, had become a power for rasulullah in the effort improve;repairing mankind by islam as a religion of tauhid. Rasulullah had mind power to get full support from khadija. By her intelligence, Khadijah had rendered all her energy, mind, and all properties for the evocation of islam.It can also be said that in the reality, the successfulness of Rasulullah to bring islam, that loaded with safety, there was a capable figure to give clarification of emotional intelligence from  a woman becoming the source of strength of Rasulullah in the early of the madding a night of it of islam, she was khadijah Al-Kubra R.A.So that, it is properly for Khadijah R.A that be performed as great woman or wonder woman. Also, it because she had get special greeting from the Allah SWT.

Abstract

The man and women are natural balance concept that has been become by God in order to maintain and develop the continuity of human life. Therefore, hear  in Alquran or from hadis from Rasulullah S.A.W placed the relation between a women and man in value framework that based on equality. When partly society have wrong perception about women. Hence islam is giving exalting for the women as strategic step in revolutionize value.Some hadis concerning respect to mother, have several and matan that in general credible. The matan of those hadis indicated that their quality are sahih. But, in expressing each hadis. Rasulullah SAW made suitable attitude for social situation to change society world view that placing become posivively.

Abstract

The ideal women is the women who can be exist in a carrier but still keeping end up about islam personality. Such as a wife obeys husband’s command, become a good mother to her children, educating them become a powerful islam generation, to be qualified man and be professional. The Muslim should be consistent about the teaching religion and should be filtered the bad of western people culture. By reason of this career is willing to sacrifice his personal interests and refused to take care the children when the western culture and its civilization were almost on the verge of destruction.Why the western culture and civilization criticize itself? Because the western civilization has not found the truth one in spiritual away, they felt unhappy , worried and not ease in his life. Apparently, this is not creating a harmony of relationship between parent and children, hence, in islam women’s role in educating children is very vital and important.

Abstract

The result of the research show, firstly, the application of inclusive gender teaching have a significant effect to ward the achievement of student in bahasa Indonesia, before the application of inclusive gender teaching, the mean score of the girl student was 73.33 which had significant different with the boy student 70.05. after the application of inclusive gender teaching, the mean sore of the students was 75.24, which did not have significant different with the boy students’ mean score. This indicated there is a correlation between inclusive gender teaching and student achievement. Secondly, the application of inclusive gender teaching based on the result of interview with the teachers was successful. It was indicated by the motivation of student in learning bahasa Indonesia was improved. Particulary, in reading and writing competency, boy students were equal with girl students.

Women participation in banking of moslem law in this case very good high entrepreneur area in small industry like mixture sell, merchant and cloister at traditional market. This matter indicated that the women do this effort to show to family or husband. The women also deflect to follow to take a hand in thinly family to the field of economics. Even dive this small effort economics is household head or husband however woman also follow to assist even show the obstinacy of ind the field of effort.But some constraints faced women in the field of this effort not other in educational, where women hardly do cooperation banking of moslem in developing the effort. Women that form education aspect of where most women which plunge the less effort area education of only just elementary school, there event exist which not at all go to school. All this become causes of constraint to do the men’s effort.For example which become many constraints for women in doing the effort business that is problem of culture, where our culture in general women only thin family and child not be anabled to do the men’s effort that anything else many house exists causing mussy family.

Abstract

In repertoire of postcolonial theory, found translational process that include local and eastern thinking into the development paradigm of domination. Unfortunately, in this translation process constructed a new hegemony of the eastern women’s weaknesses in term of both men and women of east west. In such a constellation, mainstream gender could became a new problem when the  from of new thinking to realize that intervene and suppress various local gender narratives in Indonesia. Deconstruction efforts should be accompanied with the construction of a new discourse of justification reversal (this time can also read :hegemonic) from of existence of the problem of development projects, the existence the ownership of women (rather than explore the issue in women).
