Abstract

Purpose of this study is aim of this research is to investigate and analyze: (1) Effect of Traffic Inspectorate auditors on the effectiveness of supervision at the local government district of Bandar Lampung. (2) Effect of the auditors on the effectiveness of supervision skills Inspectorate in Bandar Lampung local government district. (3) Effect of auditors on the effectiveness of supervision skills Inspectorate in Bandar Lampung local government district. And (4) Effect of abilities, aptitudes and skills for effective supervision of the Inspectorate in the local government district of Bandar Lampung. Research was conducted at Inspectorate Bandar Lampung. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that: 1) partially shows that the variables affect the auditor's ability to control the effectiveness of the Local Government Inspectorate in Bandar Lampung. This shows that the higher the ability of auditors in terms of knowledge, experience and education will further increase the effectiveness of supervision Inspectorate. 2) partially shows that the variables affect the effectiveness of auditor competence oversight on Local Government Inspectorate Bandar Lampung. This shows that the higher the auditor skills in this response and communicative work will further improve the effectiveness of supervision Inspectorate. 3) partially shows that skill variables affect the effectiveness of the supervisory auditor at the Government Inspectorate Bandar Lampung. This shows that the higher the auditor's skills and expertise in this regard in the speed of work would increase the effectiveness of supervision Inspectorate. 4) Simultaneously indicates that the variable ability, aptitude and skills auditor jointly influence the effectiveness of the Local Government Inspectorate supervision Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

This Research aim to picture, analysing and theoretical view of Implementation of policy of gift of fund Aid of Education Operational in make-up of quality of education of elementary school in Subdistrict Wave The Regency of Kolaka Utara, and also factors supporting and pursuing implementation of policy of gift of fund Aid of Education Operational in make-up of quality of education of elementary school in Subdistrict Wave The Regency of Kolaka Utara.This Research use the descriptive method. this Method use is to mendeskripsikan of implementation of policy of gift of relief fund of Education Operational Elementary At School Subdistrict Wave The Regency of Kolaka Utara, studying qualitative, how All data obtained is direct the than field informan by using interview and obsevasi, is and also supported by document.Result of research indicate that the Implementation of policy of gift of relief fund of Education Operational in make-up of quality of education of Elementary School in Subdistrict Wave The Regency of Kolaka Utara, have been executed and have walked, during three the last year, but its execution not yet optimal. matter Tersenut happened by because (1) Ability of executor resource not yet able to execute the program of relief fund of Education Operational better as have been determined, (2) planning which not yet good so that program the relief fund of Education Operational still is often weared for the activity of which in character insist on, like purchasing of stationery and appliance of study supporter which sometimes is not planned, inclusive of stocktaking of medium and prasarana education which not yet optimal, (3) relative the lack of pupil in one school causing the lack of operating expenses education given, because amount of Expense of Operasioan Education adapted for by a existing pupil amount in one school, and also use of medium and especial supporter education which not yet optimal.

Abstract

Target in this research is : (1) Influence of Style of Leadership situasional of To Officer Performance of Secretariat of Regency Tulang Bawang , (2) Climate Influence Work To Officer Performance of Secretariat of Regency Tulang Bawang, (3) Style of Leadership of situasional and Climate Work to have an effect on to Officer Performance of Secretariat of Regency Tulang Bawang.Research Method which is according to researcher as according to this research method is use the this research type is explanatory sur vey. Research population as much 60 officer people of both for status of Public Servant of Civil and also energy honorer of Secretariat of Area of Regency Tulang Bawang. With the consideration sum up the population of a little and its spreading at one location, hence entire/all population amount made by sampel hence can be said that by this research use the saturated withdrawal sampel technique or census.Result of research indicate that there is influence signifikan, good of style of leadership of situasional and also organizational climate to officer performance of at Secretariat of Area of Regency Tulang Bawang. Result of data processing of menunjukan that variable of style of leadership situasional of equal to 67,00 gratuity of while organizational climate variable equal to 66,30 gratuity, while influence by bersama-sam between officer performance of Secretariat of Area of Regency Tulang Bawang , equal to 66,70 gratuity, the mentioned be at the good enough category, but not yet optimal. Is thereby happened by because variable there be still be other;dissimilar influencing but is not checked.

Abstract

Problem of this research is How implementation of policy of distribution of energy of the education and First Middle mapping kualifikasi schoolteacher this Research Type is research qualitative by using descriptive analysis qualitative. this Method use is to mendeskripsikan of implementation of policy of distribution of energy of the education and First Middle mapping kualifikasi schoolteacher in Regency of Tulang Bawang. All data obtained is direct the than field informan by using interview and obsevasi.Result of research indicate that the implementation of policy of distribution of energy of the education and First Middle mapping membership schoolteacher in Regency of Tulang Bawang have walked, but not yet optimal of the mentioned happened by because (1) Distribution learn the Public Servant of Civil of Junior High School not yet flattened between school of exist in existing school and urban of countryside. To fill the insuffiency learn at school countryside hence side On duty Education of Young fellow and Athletics of Regency of Tulang Bawang lift the teachers assistive to fill the insuffiency learn at school countryside, but not yet answered the demand the requirement learn because a lot of teacher assistive which is only enlisted at certain school but do not run the duty. (2) Map membership learn the perbidang study not yet flattened between Junior High School of exist in urban answer the demand the amount learn the study area, while existing Junior High School of countryside not yet as required with the background of teacher education,so that still a lot of teacher of at countryside school teaching disagree with education background it.

Abstract

Intention of this writing is: (1) To know and analyse the ability officer in improvingperformance of officer of Inspectorate of Area of Regency of Bandar Lampung , (2) To know and factors analyst supporting the make up of ability officer in improving performance of officer of Inspectorate of Area of Town Bandar Lampung.Research Method used by descriptive by using analysis qualitative. conducted Descriptive research to depict precisely is nature of and circumstance, symptom or growth symptom in relation of between research with the other symptom society.Result of research indicate that the ability officer in improving officer performance in Inspectorate of Area of Town Bandar Lampung have goodness, that matter is supported with according to between area of duty officer with the education and training which have been followed by the officer. As for factors supporting the make-up of ability officer in supporting officer performance is aspect of job quality, what good relative in executing duty as officer, job amount which still less in certain solution during, and also time accuracy finish the good work relative.

Abstract

This research aimed (1) to analyze the alternative of the development strategy resulted from the SWOT analysis at the Gender Watch Program in Gresik Regency; and (2) to analyze the constraints faced during the implementation of the program.The research used qualitative case study with the techniques of interviews, observation and documentation in collecting the data.The research results revealed that the Local government of Gresik Regency had greater strength and opportunity factors compared to the weakness and threats; consequently, the strategy used comprised the strong desires of the Local government of Gresik Regency , the financial resources they had in order to realize the opportunity, which was the local development through the gender maincurrent in Gresik Regency. The constraints faced in the implementation of the program comprised the strong patriachal culture/tradition of the community and the economic factors.Therefore, the strong cooperation beetwen the Local government and the Village Government was needed in order to solve the problems which could become constraints in implementing the program.

Problem of this research that is : ( 1) What will be public service quality in Office of Subdistrict of Ladongi of Regency Kolaka? (2) Factors of what pursuing public service quality in Office of Subdistrict of Ladongi of Regency Kolaka? Pursuant to background of problem and research target, hence this research approach use the research type qualitative with the descriptive analysis method. All data obtained is direct the than informan in field by using data interview conducted by through informal interview and structure do not by utilizing guidance interview as hold and observation.Pursuant to research result, that service in Office of Subdistrict of Ladongi of Regency Kolaka, have been executed properly, but its result not yet optimal, this matter is menunjukan that officer attitude not yet full improve the service quality in Office of Subdistrict of Ladongi of Regency Kolaka, according to service dimension that is : (1) Human Resource Ability, relative the lack of ability, resulting less be its his optimal is officer in running public service (2) column Freshment in course of service, in Office of Subdistrict of Ladongi of Regency Kolaka, relative facility less so that society managing letter in Office of Subdistrict Ladongi feel less be balmy, (3) service Quality of Office of Subdistrict of Ladongi of Regency kolaka, not yet been conducted maximally by entangling all aparat, but only entangle the certain people, so that this matter make [do] not all aparat own the initiative to submit the suggestion and or idea as input in course of service in order to make-up of service quality.

This research wish to know the role and sinergitas stakeholders, factors of supporter or its implementation continueing resistor, and also benefit of implementation of Policy of Food Resilience in Regency Tasikmalaya, in supporting food resilience. its Research type is descriptive with the approach qualitative and analyse its data, analysis opened by Bogdan, Taylor cover the phase pralapangan, field and pasca field.Result of research show the role and sinergitas stakeholders in continueing of implementation of Implementation of Policy of Food Resilience in Regency Tasikmalaya, not yet optimal. Its supplementary factor because fertile land;ground, wide lawn potency enough, medium and prasarana and also available institute represent the governmental program. its Resistor factor because technical problems is which not yet been finished and decrease it motivate the policy perpetrator. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of organizational structure, span of control and organizational culture on employee performance Administering Agency Licensing Service Kendari. This study used a quantitative approach, the technique used in collecting the data is to use a questionnaire addressed to the respondent and informant interviews, as well as literature. The results of this study indicate that: (1) organizational structure give the effect of 39.2% on employee performance on Administering Agency Licensing Service Kendari; (2) Full Range of 38.0% impact on employee performance on Administering Agency Licensing Service Kendari; (3) organizational culture did not impact significantly by 03.7% on employee performance on Administering Agency Licensing Service Kendari; (4) Organizational Structure, Organizational Culture Full Range and simultaneously give the effect of 67.2% on employee performance Administering Agency Licensing Service Kendari. This means that in addition to these three variables there are other variables that can affect employee performance Administering Agency Licensing Service Kendari which amounted to 33.8%, which was not examined in this research.

Abstract

Professionalism Influence And Motivate The Job of To Effectiveness of Service of Society Health of Public Service Body of Area of Hospital of Regency Tulang Bawang. Problem of this research is : (1) Whether Professionalism have an effect on to Effectiveness of Service of Society Health of Public Service Body of Area of Hospital of Regency Tulang Bawang, (2) Whether Motivation Work to have an effect on to Effectiveness of Service of Society Health of Public Service Body of Area of Hospital of Regency Tulang Bawang, (3) Whether Professionalism and Motivate the Job have an effect on to Effectiveness of Service of Society Health of Public Service Body of Area of Hospital of Regency Tulang Bawang.Research Method used in this research is survey the. Research population as much60 officer people of Public Service Body of Area of Regency Tulang Bawang. While sampel that is as much 60 total or sampel people. Research variable is Professionalism ( X1) and motivate the job ( X2) as free variable and also service effectiveness is variable trussed Y Pursuant to research result indicate that there is good Influence signifikan of professionalism and also motivate the job to service effectiveness of Public Service Body of Area of Hospital of Regency Tulang Bawang. Pursuant to data processing result, that contribution of professionalism variable and motivate the job to service effectiveness, be at the category enough but not yet optimal. The mentioned happened by because not yet the existence of regulation applying in an optimal fashion, so that officer not yet felt there is coherent dubious to officer which impinge the officer order applied At Public Service Body of Area of Hospital of Regency Tulang Bawang.
