Abstract

The purpose is to analyze the benefits and management of the halal value chain at BUMP Al Mumtaz, Gunungkidul Regency, and to describe the use of halal value chain management at Islamic boarding schools in the new normal. This research is qualitative descriptive field research. Data sources for the study include interviews, books, journals, magazines, photo documentation, and other similar records. Test the validity of the research data, namely dependability, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The data analysis technique used interactive analysis with data collection from observation, interviews, and documentation. The results study of the first is a synergy between supporting activities that optimally support the main activities in the supply chain. The guarantee of the halal ecosystem has been optimized with the existence of halal activities in value chain management implemented from the production, distribution, and consumption processes. Thus, it can create production effectiveness in Al Mumtaz BUMP business units from upstream to downstream, especially during the new normal. Second, the advantages can identify from the optimal management of pesantren resources in supporting halal value chain activities and the constraints faced due to the limited resources owned by PPT Al Mumtaz.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui potensi wisata yang dapat dikembangkan sebagai salah satu alternatif pengembangan masyarakat di Kawasan Bukit Menoreh Desa Giripurno, Borobudur, Magelang, Jawa Tengah. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan indepth interview dan melakukan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dengan para informan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat beberapa potensi yang dapat dikembangkan dan menjadi pendukung pariwisata di Desa Giripurno. Potensi Sumber Daya Alam berupa hasil pertanian yang cukup melimpah serta potensi alam Giripurno yang berada di kondisi geografis perbukitan dan lereng menyimpan potensi wisata air terjun dan banyak bukit dapat dikembangkan menjadi wisata alam yang menarik. Masyarakat Giripurno juga memiliki beberapa ketrampilan budaya tradisional seperti jatilan, ketoprak, topeng ireng, wayang wong, kubro dangdut yang bisa di dorong dan dikembangkan sebagai suatu atraksi dalam pariwisata. Potensi wisata religi juga dimiliki Desa Giripurno dengan adanya petilasan Sunan Kalijaga yang digunakan oleh masyarakat sekitar desa untuk melakukan kegiatan tradisi keagamaan di hari-hari tertentu. Sehingga jika dikelola dengan baik dapat memberikan efek berganda pada masyarakat sekitar lokasi. Namun akses ke tempat wisata yang berada di Desa Giripurno masih sulit. Selain karena kondisi jalan dengan kondisi kemiringan yang cukup ekstrim juga ada beberapa yang masih berbentuk tanah. Sedangkan amenitas di tempat wisata Giripurno belum memadai. Lokasi wisata yang saat ini sudah ada di Giripurno memiliki fasilitas yang sangat minim. Belum terdapat toko cinderamata, rumah makan, toko cinderamata di sekitar tempat wisata dikarenakan pengelolaan tempat wisata di Giripurno masih sangat terbengkalai. Hal tersebut dikarenakan kurangnya sinergi antara masyarakat dengan pemerintah untuk pengelolaan tempat wisata. Pengelolaan pariwisata di Giripurno masih belum terorganisir dengan baik. Belum ada peraturan desa atau pokdarwis di wilayah tersebut untuk pengelolaan berbagai potensi wisata di Giripurno. Selama ini wisata di Giripurno masih dikelola secara pribadi dan mandiri oleh pemilik lahan tempat wisata.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine whether subjective career success can affect international human resource management. The method used is a literature study using articles and books. Based on these reading sources, global changes and technological advances are an important part of shaping one's personality and views, giving rise to a phenomenon in human civilization that continues to move in the global society and impacts international human resource management. The result of this article is an insight into international and global career perspectives, positioning of subjective career success and International HR management, cultural and environmental differences on subjective career success and International HRM, and the effect of subjective career success on International HR management.

Abstract

Environmentally friendly trends are currently gaining global attention, including environmentally friendly businesses that play an important role in business sustainability. MSMEs are one of them, and they play a role in reducing negative environmental consequences on business operations. However, the goal of this study is to provide a broader viewpoint in understanding the owner- desire manager's to establish an environmentally friendly business based on the theory of planned behavior, specifically about the intention of the MSME owner- manager to develop an ecologically friendly business in their business. This research is a quantitative study with the research subject is the owner-manager of SMEs in Sleman Regency as many as 136 respondents with characteristics; owner-manager of MSMEs registered with the Cooperatives and SMEs Office of Sleman Regency, MSMEs are one of the MSME business sectors that are still actively operating today and are recommended by the Sleman Regency Cooperatives and SMEs Office. The primary data source is a questionnaire, which consists of 34 statement items, and is measured using a 5-point Likert scale. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of the Smart-PLS application. Theoretically, the analysis results show that attitude has a positive effect on environmentally friendly business intentions with a significance value of P-Value 0.001 and t-statistical 3.308; subjective norm has a positive effect on environmentally friendly business intentions with a significance value of P-Value 0.002 and t-statistical 3.162; and perceived behavioral control on environmentally friendly business intentions, the significance value of P- Value is 0.007 and t-statistic is 2.718. Empirically, this study reveals the owner-manager's intention to develop an environmentally friendly business, such as the environmentally friendly attitude of the MSME owner- manager, the support from the people closest to him to develop an environmentally friendly business in MSMEs, as well as perceived behavioral control which includes the knowledge and mastery possessed. MSME owner- managers for their abilities and resources needed to achieve environmentally friendly business intentions.

Abstract

Today's technological developments have greatly influenced people's lives and caused various shifts in attitude, both social, cultural, ethical, and existing norms. Likewise, da'wah activities with the use of the internet and social media have experienced a shift. Previously da'wah was carried out conventionally, but this method is no longer effective, especially for generation Z residents. Generation Z is inseparable from the internet for all types of activities. Therefore, reviewing the existence and values of da'wah with the use of social media in generation Z is the goal of this study. This research is a qualitative descriptive, with the analysis technique of the Miles Huberman model divided into three stages of data processing; data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of this study indicate that social media has an important role in the continuity of da'wah activities, with its existence among generation Z are the main targets of the preachers. Da'wah through social media has the most prevalence among Generation Z since, in general, they prefer to sit down and listen to traditional da'wah materials. Additionally, the existence of social media as a tool for da'wah comprises many da'wah values, including artistic and equality values, Islam, pluralism, and modernism.

Abstract

Dakwah merupakan sebuah kegiatan menyeru ataupun mengajak umat manusia ke jalan kebenaran yang sesuai dengan jalan yang diridhai oleh Allah SWT. Salah satu jalan tersebut adalah mengajak manusia menuju kemakmuran dan kesejahteraan. Salah satu tujuan Ibadah zakat adalah untuk mewujudkan umat manusia mencapai hal tersebut. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis tentang pengelolaan zakat dalam upaya pengembangan dakwah di Indonesia.  Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan kajian pustaka, yaitu dengan mengambil data dari hasil penelitian, media, serta website lembaga maupun stakeholder zakat. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa manajemen zakat di Indonesia sudah melakukan program zakat yang berorientasi untuk pengembangan dakwah yang dimulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan, dan pengawasan, meskipun dinilai belum terlalu maksimal, karena potensi dan yang didapatkan belum sesuai harapan. Hasil analisis yang lain menunjukkan bahwa beberapa program yang telah dilakukan beberapa lembaga amil zakat di Indonesia dengan meluncurkan program pengembangan ekonomi umat, pengembangan SDM, dan bantuan langsung tunai kepada masyarakat. Program tersebut dinilai sebagai aktivitas manajemen zakat dalam upaya mengembangkan dakwah di Indonesia.

Abstract

Islam is a universal religion regulates all aspects of life, including in the ritual and social fields. In Islam, work is seen as a divine vocation appropriate to human nature and as a means to achieve happiness in this world and the Hereafter. The principle of trust is significant in Islamic teachings, emphasizing integrity, honesty, and responsibility at work. This study focuses on the implementation of the principle of trust in the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Yogyakarta State Assets and Auction Service Office (KPKNL) in 2017. A qualitative research method was used by collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the analysis show that performance management at the Yogyakarta KPKNL involves planning, organizing, directing, controlling, measuring, and evaluating steps to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency as well as ASN performance. The principle of trust is the main foundation by emphasizing integrity, honesty, reliability, responsibility and resource management. Performance evaluation is carried out using a "merit rating" system using the e-performance application. This research provides an in-depth understanding of the application of the principle of trust in ASN performance management at the Yogyakarta KPKNL and has the potential to increase the understanding and application of this principle in similar agencies. Yogyakarta KPKNL will continue to improve its performance and provide quality services to the public whose implementation.
