Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain information and analyze various problems faced and find strategies in tourism development in Muaro Jambi Regency. Primary data sources were obtained from selected informants from various groups, such as the government, private sector, community, business actors, community groups and universities. Secondary data obtained from related agencies and literature. Data collection tools are in the form of interview guides and through direct observation or observation. Data processing uses qualitative methods with tools to analyze internal factors and external factors with a SWOT Matrix analysis approach. The results of the study concluded that development strategies that can be carried out in Muaro Jambi Regency are increasing the quality and quantity of tourism infrastructure to support tourism development, repairing various facilities at tourist destinations that are in poor condition and adding supporting facilities that are still lacking, increasing the role of government and society in overcoming forest fires in the Jambi Province area which often occur which causes a decrease in tourist interest in visiting and increasing public awareness to carry out maintenance of tourist objects that are owned, especially for people who live around tourist areas.

Abstract

Investment is an activity to invest a certain amount of funds at present time to gain profits from the future. This makes investors need to consider carefully so that their investment objectives can be achieved. The Covid 19 incident has put the Composite Stock Price Index on the Indonesian Capital market under pressure. This situation also affected the share prices of state-owned construction companies, such as WIKA, PTPP, ADHI and WSKT. The method used in this study is to look at changes in the JCI that have occurred in the capital market, their effect on the stock prices studied, and by looking at the financial performance of the state-owned construction companies under study. Furthermore, from the studies that have been carried out, the results can be used as a consideration in selecting shares of the state-owned construction company that are suitable as investment targets. The results show that during the period of observation on the Indonesian Stock Exchange there was an increase in the JCI, which also affected the share prices of state-owned construction companies

Abstract

  The aims of this study were (1) to find out and analyze the differences in production and income of shrimp cracker business actors before and during the COVID-19 period in Tanjung Solok Village (2) to find out and analyze the factors that influence shrimp cracker production and business actors in Tanjung Solok Village. The method used uses multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of the Differential Test or Paired Sample T-test, it can be seen that there are differences in the average production of shrimp cracker business actors and there are also differences in the level of shrimp cracker income before and during Covid-19 in Tanjung Solok Village. The results of multiple linear regression it is known that the variable capital elasticity has a significant effect on the production variable of the shrimp cracker business in Tanjung Solok Village, while the elasticity variables of age, level of education and labor have no effect. no significant effect on the production of shrimp cracker business in Tanjung Solok Village. The capital and labor variables have a significant effect on the income of shrimp cracker business actors, the age variable has an effect but not significant on income and the education level variable has no significant effect on shrimp cracker business actors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine service, bank characteristics, knowledge, location on customer decisions in using Bank Syariah Indonesia (Case Study of Muara Bulian Central Branch Office). This study used a sampling technique with a sample of 100 customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia Muara Bulian Sub-Branch Office. The method of this research is to use a qualitative research method with the help of the SPSS application as a means of calculating the data that has been obtained. This study uses 4 variables, namely service, bank characteristics, knowledge, location. The results of this study show that partially the characteristics of the Bank are in the very good category, namely the index value is 4.87, Service is in the good category at 4.11, Knowledge is in the fairly good category at 3.4, and Location is in the good category at 3.9.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of business models, product innovation and financial literacy towards sustaining small and medium enterprises to SMEs to rise from the Covid 19 pandemic. The population in this study is MSMEs registered with the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises in Malang City. While the sample used in this study were 119 respondents with the data collection method using the survey method, namely the primary data collection technique obtained directly in the form of opinions or opinions from the subjects studied (respondents) by answering stand-questionnaire statements as measured by a Likert scale. which will be processed using SPSS data analysis techniques. The results of this study are that the variables business model, product innovation, financial literacy have a positive effect on the variable maintaining small and medium businesses rising from the covid 19 pandemic
