Abstract

This article discusses the import of meat which has become a polemic, because the halal label was lost or not included in the Indonesian Minister of Trade Regulation, this research is a form of analysis of how important and urgent the halal label is on imported meat in Indonesia as a Muslim-majority country. This study uses a content analysis method with a qualitative approach. Based on the facts and analysis carried out, the researchers concluded that: The halal label on meat imported to Indonesia is very important, because the majority of Indonesian people are Muslims who rely on halal and haram food for a product when consuming it. Halal labels are not enough to ensure a product is always halal. So, in this case, especially meat products, the meat production process must be considered regularly and the role of the state is needed to periodically check the meat production process so that it can always be ensured that it is halal

Abstract

Technological developments have changed the human behavior to consume products and services, from offline transactions to online transactions. The purpose is to examine the impact of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on attitude and examine its impact on intention to use mobile payments. The population in this study are customers who use mobile payment in Banten Province, especially Gopay and OVO. This study uses purposive sampling technique in determining the research sample. In this study, we obtained 243 respondents from mobile payment users in Banten Province. Using partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM), the researcher found that there is a significant influence between perceived usefulness and ease of use on attitudes towards mobile payments. This study also found that attitudes have a significant influence on intention to use mobile payments.

Abstract

De Dapoer-Rhadana Hotel Kuta Bali is one of the restaurants that has been certified halal in its products. As consumers especially muslim consumers should be more vigilants, selective and observant in choosing restaurants while in Bali that are halal to eat and thayyib. The method used is this study is qualitative descriptive that aims to know the muslim consumer’s perception of halal certification of De Dapoer - Rhadana Hotel Kuta Bali. The results of this study showed that the muslim consumer perception of halal certification in De Dapoer - Rhadana Hotel Kuta Bali assumer or perception that halal certification is important. Because the respondents know that to guarantee the halalness of product by means of halal certification labels. The final results of the study showed that consumers consider halal certification is important.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategy and development of the halal industry in the province of Aceh. This research is qualitative research, using a literature review approach from various previous studies. This study uses secondary data obtained from journals, documentation, books, and reports from related parties such as the literally Central Agency on Statistics, LPPOM MPU, LPPOM MUI, Aceh Culture and Tourism Office, and related parties.The results of the study found that Aceh Province is one of the provinces that implement sharia in all sectors. The application of Islam is not only in banking but is also applied to tourism, food, and other halal industries, however, the optimization of the halal industry cannot be felt optimally. The development of a halal industry strategy needs support from the local government. One strategy that must be done is to issue a halal certificate easily but professionally. In addition, to maximize the halal industry, especially halal tourism, local governments must also pay attention to the existing infrastructure. With the maximum development strategy carried out, it is expected to increase the halal industry, especially halal tourism in Aceh Province

Abstract

The aim of this study was to find out the effect of liquidity, business risk, and asset structure to capital structure in consumer goods industry manufacturing companies listed on the Bursa Efek Indonesia for the period 2015-2019. The ratio used to measure the liquidity variable is the current ratio, the business risk variable is measured by BRISK, and the asset structure variable is measured by the fixed asset ratio. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. This research was conducted with 19 samples of companies in the consumer goods industry sector. The results show that the liquidity variable has a significant effect on the capital structure of manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the BEI for the period 2015-2019, meanwhile, the business risk and asset structure variables have no significant effect on the capital structure of manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry listed on the BEI for the period 2015-2019

Abstract

This article tries to look at the phenomenon of development, A business that is required to have sensitivity to any changes that occur and put orientation to consumer satisfaction. Moreover, in Indonesia, which is majority Muslim, businesses are faced with sensitivity to halal food. This method of writing uses a qualitative descriptive approach, which will be expected to be able to describe of implementing the concept of halalan thayyiban. the results showed a special strategy used to attract consumers to come buy Wong Solo restaurant products. Halalan thayyiban as a marketing strategy of course not only the writing is displayed but also to the practice of application, both for owners, employees, and to all consumers also halalan thayyiban must be on all aspects of human life. Consumer response to the application of halalan thayyiban concept received a positive response from consumers. Considering Wong Solo restaurant not only makes the concept of halalan thayyiban as a slogan to attract consumer interest, but also as a slogan in life.
