Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of green packaging, green advertising, green perceived value, and brand image on consumer purchasing decisions of The Body Shop, and to see which variables most influence The Body Shop's consumer purchasing decisions. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach. Primary data collection was conducted by disseminating questionnaires to a sample of 70 respondents who were at least 17 years old, purchasing products at one of The Body Shop outlets, namely at Malioboro Mall, Ambarrukmo Plaza, Hartono Mall, Galeria Mall, or Jogja City Mall, Special Region of Yogyakarta, and purchasing The Body Shop products between January 2020 and March 2021. The data analysis used in this study was a multiple linear regression test. The results of this study showed that partially green packaging, green advertising and brand image had no positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. While green perceived value positively and significantly influenced the purchase decision. Green perceived value is the most dominant variable that had positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The Body Shop should improve the green packaging strategy that is being implemented, expand the reach of green advertising, increase the green perceived value of consumers, and increase the brand image of The Body Shop.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of Person Organization Fit on Turnover Intention and Employee Engagement as mediatingof employess from Grapari Telkomsel in Banda Aceh. The sample used in this study were Employess Grapari Telkomsel in Banda Aceh city a total of 114 respondents. This research method using questionnaire as a research instrument. The sampling technique used is the probability sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) is used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved. The result of this study indicates that Person Organization Fit significantly influence Turnover Intention, Person Organization Fit significant effect on Employee Engagement ,Employee Engagement significantly influence Turnover Intention and Employee Engagement mediates the effect of Person Organization Fit on Turnover Intention.

Abstract

This study is aime at finding the effect physial work environment and non physical work environment on employee performance at PT Infrastruktur Telekomunikasi Indonesia, either simultaneously or partially. The purpose of this research is to find out how and how much influence the physical work environment and non-physical work environment have on the performance of the employees of PT Infrrastruktur Telekomunikasi Indonesia. Quantitative methods with data collection techniques using a questionnaire distributed to 119 employees of PT Telkominfra. In this study using descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear analysis, with hypothesis testing using the T test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. Data processing shows the results that the physical work environment and non-physical work environment partially and simultaneously affect the performance of employees of PT Infrastruktur Telekomunikasi Indonesia. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination, it was found that the physical work environment and non-physical work environment had an effect on the performance of the employees of PT Infrastruktur Telekomunikasi Indonesia by 33.06% and the remaining 66.94% was influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The study aims to measure the effect of being envied by coworkers to work engagement with negative feeling as a mediating variable at one of sector financial in Banda Aceh city. The sample used in this study was employees in one of the Islamic banking in the city of Banda Aceh involving 144 respondens. Instrument used for data collecting was questionnaire. Simple random sampling was used as sampling technique. Hierarchical Regression Linear (HRL) was used as analysis method to determine the effect of variables involved. Based on the analysis results, it is indicated that being envied by coworkers influence work engagement and negative feeling as a mediate the relationship between envied by coworkers and work engagement.

Abstract

Based on data from midterm tests 2020/2021, student achievement of SMK Telkom Bandung has not met the minimum completeness criteria with a percentage of 43% of the total of 146 students. The results of attendance data indicate that student learning motivation is not optimal due to fluctuations, as well as the learning environment is not optimal due to changes in learning activities carried out at this time. This study aims to show the influence of the learning environment and learning motivation on student achievement in class XI SMK Telkom Bandung either simultaneously or partially. The research method used in this research is quantitative method. The data collection technique in this research used questionnaires with the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique, so that the questionnaire was distributed to respondents with a total of 185 students. Based on the results of this study and the results of the respondents, the variables of the learning environment, learning motivation and student achievement are at the "High" category level. Suggestions that can refer to the results of the research are to improve the communication of teachers to students so that students are motivated by their learning activities so as to improve students' ability, thinking and analysis, as well as skills and coordination between educators / teachers and parents in encouraging students to have high motivation in learning activities at home, supervising every learning activity taking place.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career and organizational development on employee performance. The sample consisted of 94 respondents who worked at the Serambi Indonesia branch office in Banda Aceh. The sampling technique uses probability sampling methods. Data collection is done through surveys with questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used is SPSS is the statistical method chosen to describe the observed variables. The results showed that the career was not significant on employee performance, significant organizational development on employee performance, career influences on employee performance, organizational development influenced employee performance, and career and organizational development simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: career, organizational development, employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of Spiritual Intelligence on Job Engagement and Job Satisfaction with Psychological Empowerment as a mediation variable for Nurses of Meuraxa Hospital in Banda Aceh. The sample used in this research were nurses of Meuraxa Hospital in Banda Aceh wich amounted to 159 respondents. The data collection equipment used in this study is a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is Probability Sampling. Structural Equation Model (SEM) is used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the result of SEM analysis, indicate that  Spiritual Intelligence has a positive effect on Job Engagement, Spiritual Intelligence has no positive effect to Job Satisfaction, Spiritual Intelligence has a positive effect on Psychological Empowerment, Psychological Empowerment has a positive effect on Job Engagement, Psychological Empowerment has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction, and Psychological Empowerment mediate Spiritual Intelligence to Job Engagement, and also mediate Spiritual Intelligence to Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Globalisasi pasar berimplikasi pada pelaku UMKM yang harus bersaing dalam pemasaran produk. Perkembangan teknologi yang diintegrasikan dengan perdagangan bergerak begitu pesat sehingga melahirkan revolusi industri 4.0. Persoalannya adalah pelaku UMKM masih mengandalkan cara konvensional untuk menjalankan bisnis. Apabila pelaku UMKM tidak mau berinovasi maka akan terdisrupsi. Tujuan penelitian adalah mendeskripsikan kondisi eksisting pemasaran produk UMKM di Kota Batu dan Kota Malang, dan menyusun rancangan inovasi pemasaran produk UMKM dalam meningkatkan daya saing. Informan pada penelitian ini adalah pelaku usaha kecil mikro dan menengah atau UMKM di Kota Malang dan Kota Batu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pemeriksaaan keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber data, selanjutnya analisis dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kondisi eksisting pada UMKM aktivitas inovasi dan pemasaran tanpa perencanaan sebelumnya. Proses pemasaran UMKM dilakukan dengan cara yang sembarangan, tidak berurutan, dan tidak terstruktur.  Hambatan dalam proses inovasi pada pelaku UMKM antara lain kurangnya waktu, keterbatasan pengetahuan strategi pemasaran, distribusi, kurangnya pengetahuan multidisiplin, dan  keuangan yang terbatas. UMKM harus secara aktif didukung oleh perantara seperti lembaga publik, dalam mengadopsi praktik inovasi terbuka, seperti mendeteksi calon mitra dan sumber eksternal untuk inovasi, membuat jaringan perusahaan, atau membangun dan mengelola usaha berbasis online.

Abstract

 This research examines how corporate governance can reduce asymmetric information which will ultimately foster investor confidence in a company.  Investor confidence has a significant influence on investment decisions, investor confidence can affect financing in the company. Therefore this study aims to determine the effect of corporate governance and investor confidence on investment decisions. This study uses panel data, with purposive sampling method in order to obtain a sample of 25 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2015-2018 period.  The analytical method used is OLS.  The findings of this study confirm that there is a significant influence of investor confidence in investment decisions in manufacturing companies.  Our findings also imply that investment rates are higher in companies with good corporate governance.  Good corporate governance practices can improve the oversight function of board members, so it will be sufficient to control the interests of shareholders, so that company managers can make decisions effectively.

Abstract

Referring to the Construct Career Theory, this study aims to measure the effect of psychological capital, career competency and career adaptability. The sample used in this study was the State-owned enterprises banking frontliners in the city of Banda Aceh, totaling 225 respondents. The data collection used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Path analysis is used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the results of the Path analysis, it indicates that there is a significant relationship between psychological capital and career adaptability. In addition, career adaptability has a positive impact on career competency. In this connection, career adaptability mediates the relationship between psychological capital and career competency.
