Abstract

Pemahaman astronomi sejak dini merupakan hal yang penting. Melihat kondisi masyarakat saat ini yang banyak melakukan penyimpangan dan kesyirikan berkaitan tentang fenomena alam astronomi.  Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memahamkan ilmu astronomi untuk meningkatkan keimanan dan ilmu sains di anak usia dini khususnya pada santri TPQ Al-Firdaus. Pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan metode ceraman dan observasi dengan menunjau langsung kondisi langit malam hari. Setelah dilaksanakan kegiatan pemahaman tentang Astronomi santri mempunyai pemahaman tentang ilmu sains astronomi dalam menyikapi isu-isu yang melenceng di masyarakat yang dapat dapat menyimpang dari pemahaman dan dapat mengurangi keimanan.

Abstract

In 2019 SMP Negeri 3 BP Peliung received assistance in the amount of 63 Gadget Units (Tablets) of the Evercross brand from the government with the aim that teachers can use them in learning. However, it has not been used properly. This is because the internet network at the school is not supported and the teacher's digital literacy is very low. The solution to this problem is to increase the ability of teachers in digital literacy in the use of Gadgets (Tablets) for learning media both offline and online by implementing Augmented Reality (AR) to optimize Gadgets (tablets) as learning media in the form of training and mentoring activities. The result of this training activity is that there is an increase in the understanding of the importance of teacher ICT literacy and understanding of AR as an innovative learning medium by 95.6%. Increased Teacher Digital Literacy by 87% and teacher skills in using AR by 78.2%.

Abstract

A community service has been carried out with the topic of Scientific Publication Training in the National Journal for Teachers of SMP Negeri 2 Buay Madang Timur which is embodied in an agenda with the theme of Publication Management. This service aims to provide training and understanding of scientific publications in the teacher's morning national journal. The method implemented is using training and mentoring methods regarding scientific publications in national journals. In the activity carried out several stages of material topics that lead to the main goal. The stages of the material presented include the importance of scientific publications to teachers, then continued with an explanation of what components are contained in scientific publications, and finally the practice of scientific publication training. After the activity took place the teacher felt helped by this training. Teachers become more aware of the importance of scientific publications for teachers, one of which is for functional promotions, teachers become more aware of how to make good and correct scientific papers, and teachers know and know how to publish scientific papers through the online submission process..

Abstract

The use of technology in the learning process really helps the learning process to be more advanced and updated. Therefore, prospective educators are required to be able to take advantage of existing technology. This study aims to create interactive learning media for the subject of discussion of Parabolic Motion and to build interest in learning of class X SMA/MA students towards interactive website-based physics learning. This research uses the type of Research and Development (R & D) which adapts the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The media is validated by material expert lecturers and media experts based on predetermined indicators. The results of website development show that the learning media created have very valid criteria with material experts getting a score of 89.7%, media experts scoring 90.4%, and learning interest test scores for 34 students of class X IPA SMA Negeri 1 Semendawai Timur 94%. So it can be concluded that the website created is feasible to be used as an interactive Physics learning medium for class X SMA on the subject of Parabolic Motion And can build interest in student learning.

Abstract

Research skills are one of the skills that need to be built for students to face the challenges of the 21st Century. Therefore, this study aims to build research skills through the Collaborative Real-World Analysis (CReW-A) learning model. This study uses the One-Shot Case Study design. Respondents came from 21 Physics Education students who were grouped into seven research groups. Research skills were observed using a 5-point Likert rating scale observation sheet. Students research skills were analyzed using Rasch modeling, the Wright map technique combined with the Logit Value of Person (LVP). After applying the Collaborative Real World Analysis (CReW-A) learning model for four weeks, students' research skills were well-developed in most research groups. So, the Collaborative Real World Analysis (CReW-A) learning model that has been implemented has been able to build the research skills of physical education students. Therefore, in the future, students can use these skills to innovate to face the challenges of the 21st Century.

Abstract

This research is a type of research that focuses on efforts to increase student scientific literacy. The purpose of this study is to characterize the profile of increasing students' scientific literacy abilities through the development of socio-scientific-based worksheets. The research sample was 2C semester students in the Physics Education Study Program for the 2022–2023 academic year, with a total of 10 students, and the research design used a one-group pretest-posttest design. The findings show that the average N-gain obtained is 0.48, which is included in the moderate improvement category. The significance level of 0.00, less than 0.05 (sign. 0.05), was found in the results of hypothesis testing using the t test, indicating that Ho was not accepted. Based on the test results, there is a significant difference between the level of scientific literacy of students before and after implementing learning by making socioscience-based worksheets. This study shows how teaching using socio-scientific-oriented worksheets can raise the profile of students' scientific literacy abilities.

Abstract

Virtual Laboratory (V-Lab) is a media platform for interaction and visualization of learning for practicum-based courses. V-Lab is a solution to learning problems due to the lack of real laboratory facilities as well as an alternative for practicums that require a high level of safety. The purpose of this study was to determine students' mastery of concepts after using the V-Lab in the core Physics course. The method used is quasi-experimental. The research subjects were 15 Unuha physics education students. The data collection technique is a concept mastery test. The results showed that the increase in mastery of the concept was 0.432 with moderate criteria, while based on the paired sample test, it was known that the sig. (2-tailed) is 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an average difference between pre-test and post-test concept mastery, which means that there is an influence of V-Lab application in increasing mastery of core physics concepts. The data shows that the Virtual Laboratory is effectively used to improve mastery of the concepts of core physics courses.

Abstract

Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Nurul Huda (PPNH) Sukaraja di OKU Timur memiliki beberapa unit pendidikanformal dengan jumlah guru 253. Berdasarkan hasil analisis situasi didapatkan informasi bahwa kemampuanICT guru belum merata dengan indikasi guru tersebut belum cakap dan terampil dalam menerapkan teknologidalam pembelajaran. Tujuan Workhsop ini adalah memberikan pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaraninteraktif berbasis android dan implementasi pemanfaatan Augmented Reality (AR) dalam pembelajaran.Metode dalam pelaksanaan workshop ini adalah pendampingan, pelatihan, praktik, diskusi, penugasan danLatihan dan diakhiri dengan evaluasi. Hasil evaluasi workshop ini diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 92,30% gurumemberikan respon positif dan sangat setuju terhadap kegiatan workshop pembuatan media, karenamendapatkan manfaat dalam menambah wawasan ICT tentang pembuatan media berbasis android danimplementasi Agumented Reality. Hasil respon juga menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan workshop ini dapatmeningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam penggunaan Teknologi.

Abstract

Virtual Laboratory is a platform that helps students carry out practicum-based learning both independently and in groups. Nuclear physics is an abstract concept that discusses atomic nuclei, atomic nuclei decay, radioactivity which allows in practice to use virtual. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of students' reflective thinking skills after using the virtual lab in the nuclear physics course. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The data collection technique used a modified Kember reflective questionnaire with 24 statement items consisting of aspects of habitual action, understanding, reflection, and critical reflection. The research subjects were 15 prospective physics teacher students. The results showed that the level of reflective ability: habitual action (72.7%), understanding (89.3%), reflection 76.9% and critical reflection (67.87%) means that all levels are in the high category. These results explain that the profile of students' reflective thinking abilities is in the high category after learning nuclear physics using a virtual laboratory.

Abstract

Tujuan dan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis respon mahasiswa terhadap pembelajaran kinematika menggunakan model pembelajaran Collaborative Real World Analysis (CReW-A) berbantuan video dan interfaces analisis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Alat yang digunakan untuk mengukur adalah respon mahasiswa setelah proses pembelajaran setelah selesai dilaksanakan program perkuliahan. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan rata-rata mahasiswa memberikan respon 89,76% dengan kriteria sangat setuju dengan respon sangat positif terhadap pernyataan yang telah diberikan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran kinematika menggunakan model pembelajaran CReW-A memberikan dampak positif terhadap proses pembelajaran.
