Abstract

Penilaian Angka Kredit (PAK) dosen merupakan bentuk evaluasi terhadap kinerja dosen dalam melaksanakan tridharma perguruan tinggi. Setiap kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh dosen dalam pelaksanaan tridharma perguruan tinggi memiliki nilai angka kredit (kum) bagi dosen sehingga dalam perhitungan keseluruhan nilai yang dikumpulkan oleh dosen dapat diajukan untuk kenaikan pangkat/jabatan akademik dosen yang merupakan jabatan keahlian seorang dosen. Sistem dan mekanisme PAK, serta pengusulan kenaikan pangkat/jabatan dosen dilakukan secara daring terhitung mulai April 2019 bagi dosen-dosen PTKIS di bawah binaan Kopertais Wilayah 1 DKI Jakarta. Untuk memastikan dosen-dosen STIT Islamic Village dan STES Islamic Village tangerang dapat mengoperasikan sistem PAK dan pegusulan kenaikan pangkat/jabatan dosen secara daring berjalan dengan baik, maka dilaksanakanlah kegiatan pelatihan aplikasi Penilaian Angka Kredit (PAK) dan kenaikan jabatan fungsional dosen dengan sistem daring (Online). Dari hasil evaluasi yang dilakukan pada kegiatan pelatihan dimaksud, teridentifikasi adanya perkembangan yang positif dan signifikan dari peserta terkait dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam melakukan aplikasi PAK dan kenaikan jabatan fungsional dosen secara Online dibandingkan sebelum mengikuti pelatihan dengan presentase rata-rata perkembagan mencapai 78,6 % untuk seluruh tahapan mulai dari register akun, pengisian dupak, dan pengajuan kenaikan pangkat/jabatan akademik melalui sistem PAK Online.

Abstract

The big conclusion of this research is that more respect for various kinds of intelligence of students, can improve the quality of education, because it emphasizes the process not only on input or output. This study supports the opinion of Howard Gardner (1983) in the theory of Multiple Intelligence, Linda Campbell & Bruce Campbell (1999), Thomas R. Hoerr (2000), Thomas Armstong (2009), MunifChatib (2009), concerning the theory of Multiple Intelligences and application of theory in the world of education. And supports the theory of Edward Sallis (2002), in his book on the quality of education. This study disagrees with Stanfrod Binet, which only measures a person's intelligence in a certain scale that focuses on the ability of the realm of language and the realm of logic. If someone is clever in both domains, it can be stated that the IQ level is high. This study shows that quality education is education that emphasizes the process, not only emphasizes the input and output. Emphasis on the process, can support students in developing the Multiple Intelligences they have. With multiple intelligence education the learning atmosphere is more fun and the output produced will be of quality so that it can develop the quality of education. The main source of this research is SDIT InsanMandiri Jakarta, which has implemented Multiple Intelligences in its schools. Data collection is done through observations, as well as documentation and interviews with school principals and teachers and staff in the school. Secondary sources are taken from books, scientific journals and the literature of experts in their fields that support this research.

Abstract

Sufism as the core of Islamic teachings emerged by providing solutions and therapies for human problems by bringing closer to Allah the Creator. However, Sufism has been perceived as an inner practice that detaches itself from the world. However, lately, there is an understanding of Sufism which does not make its practitioners withdraw from the environment and instead requires its practitioners to go down to the community and contribute to solving problems faced by their communities. Sufism is known as "Positive Sufism" or neo-Sufism. Positive Sufism is a turning point of conservative Sufism. If conservative Sufism suggests that Sufism surges, then positive Sufism gives the impression that Sufism must be grounded. It must appear in all social life, and also contribute to solving world problems. This includes issues regarding leadership. The study method used is qualitative, the method of presenting the data is descriptive analysis, and it is designed with a library approach that explores some of the literature relating to the discussion of leadership concepts of modern positive Sufism perspectives. Therefore reviewing the concept of leadership and the criteria of a leader in the realm of Sufism is an alternative that can be done. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of online learning in supporting teaching and learning activities during the pandemic, especially at the tertiary level. The type of this research is program evaluation. This research study aims to determine the effectiveness of the activity program to make it more interactive and meaningful.Online learning has become an urgent need and must be used. Because through online learning, it is very possible for student centered learning to be carried out well. Therefore we need educators who are active, creative and innovative, so that learning objectives can still be achieved optimally.Based on the results of the study it is concluded that (1) online learning is distance learning carried out via the internet network (2) the role of online learning in this pandemic is very important, by reviewing 3 aspects : infrastructure, professionalism and learning outcomes, so that online learning can be interesting. and able to stimulate student enthusiasm in motivating learning and creativity.This study aims to examine the effectiveness of online learning in supporting teaching and learning activities during the pandemic, especially at the tertiary level. Abstract

Universities as autonomous educational institutions in the administration of education, made the development of this course will be submitted to the respective colleges. So that the implementation of the model of Islamic education among college one with the other universities are no exception can be different between the UB and the State University of Malang. Therefore in this study are the focus of research is; 1) how the Islamic education curriculum development at the UB and the State University of Malang; 2) how the learning system of Islamic education at the UB and the State University of Malang. This study uses qualitative approach, case study type with multi-site design, data analysis techniques in this study through the stages of data analysis of individual cases with the steps of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and then draw a conclusion, after analysis of individual case data and then do the data analysis cross-site. These results indicate that the model of development of Islamic Religious Education conducted at UB and the State University of Malang is 1) the development of Islamic education curriculum using a competency-based curriculum, developed by learned center theme-based curriculum approach to social reconstruction. 2) learning system of Islamic education at both universities held in the classical cross-faculty and monitoring the deepening of learning outside the classroom with student active learning approach and contextual learning which leads to inquiry learning strategy. Generally that model of Islamic religious education at public universities can be categorized to a central model isolated entities / mechanisms and a decentralized model with interconnected entities / systemic organism.

Abstract

The balance between spiritual piety and social righteousness is a religious order of Islam, both the teachings listed in the Qur'an, as well as in the Hadith Rasulullah SAW. And among one of the social piety is to give the philanthropy of Islam, this is as a form of gratitude for the gift of sustenance given by Allah SWT to philanthropists, as well as his sense to fellow Muslims in hopes can Relieve their life burden. The righteous philanthropist will carry out the commandment of God and his apostle with sincerity and full of consciousness that wealth and wealth so as not to continue to spin around the rich man alone, therefore with the Islamic philanthropy of wealth and wealth can Enjoyed the results by Fakir, poor, Dhuafa, orphans, and who are entitled to receive it to improve their welfare in the field of economics, health and education. Spiritual righteousness and social righteousness need to be established early on perhaps through education and teaching conducted in primary and secondary schools. These two forms of righteousness are like two currencies that cannot be separated from each other, so that the righteous are spiritually more grounded and influential in the surrounding environment.

Abstract

The condition of education in Indonesia includes inadequate education for people in Indonesia who are more than one and have a cultural diversity. Therefore, it is necessary to transform in educational knowledge in Indonesia. Multicultural education knowledge as a substitute for monocultural educational knowledge. The importance of education in multiculturalism is to some extent and get a positive response from the relevant parties and authorities. This is evidenced by the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System which provides human rights values. So these values are used as one of the implementation of National Education, as education is held in a fair nature and does not discriminate by upholding human rights, religious values, cultural values and national diversity. Therefore, the implementation of education requires a curriculum, and multicultural values must be used as a basis for planning, implementing and evaluating the curriculum to an educational institution either in the form of schools, madrassas, and pesantren. Islamic religious education learning also has a very important role in instilling the values of multiculturalism to learners derived from the teachings of the Qur'an and hadith that are able to create learners who believe in and fear the almighty God. In addition, the purpose of implementation and values in the learning of Islamic religious education is so that learners can become people who have charitable competence in personal and social life.

Abstract

Character education is ethics education, character education, moral education, and value education which aims to shape each individual into a human with character, namely by planting positive character values so that they can be internalized in oneself and manifest in real action. Character education plays an important role in aspects of human life because being a human being with character will be able to live in a wider community dimension with a firm life principle. The Indonesian government has designed a program aimed at shaping cultured, quality, and character Indonesian people. In Presidential Regulation Number 87 of 2017 concerning strengthening character education, the government requires every educational institution in Indonesia both formal, informal, and non-formal to carry out the “Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter” (PPK) movement. The values that need to be instilled in character education include aspects of religion, humanity, and citizenship. In implementing character education, the principal must also involve all elements of the family, community, and school, and this education must be carried out continuously because character education is an education that will never end.

Abstract

This library research was conducted with a background of enriching discourse and paradigm regarding the pattern of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) in Islamic and Western perspectives. In addition, researchers want to detect and see the pioneer of PAUD theory. Because there are some similarities from the originators of western theory with the Islamic PAUD theory. Although there are different things between the two perspectives. One of them, the western perspective reveals the beginning of the right AUD education since the womb, but vice versa with AUD education in the Islamic perspective, that is, starting from choosing a partner. So that the idea of this research arises by using a literature analysis. Thus, this research is expected to provide a new positive discourse and have a purpose to provide an actual understanding of what is happening around us.

Abstract

This research aims to provide alternative ideas in overcoming exclusive religious practices that seem to be influenced by religious learning methods in schools that have not been able to change and form inclusive attitudes in students. The significance of efforts to restructure the elements of Islamic education that have an inclusive-multicultural orientation, especially in designing the curriculum, the characteristics of educators, and the efficiency of learning methods. This research is a type of desk research, based on a theoretical-philosophical study of various literatures on the concept of education that engages and sharpens the analysis and promotes the researcher's theoretical sensitivity when examining the concept of more creative inclusive education and its application through the Islamic education curriculum. The results of this study show that Islam as a practice of inclusive education through curriculum and competent teachers. Inclusive religious education, emphasizing the importance of developing an understanding of diversity, can be an effective model in transforming religious education in Indonesia's diverse society. Inclusive religious education also acts as a religious learning tool that contributes to the formation of learners' moderate attitudes.
