Abstract

Based on observations made, the problem in this study is the still low level of development of children's basic motion, especially locomotor abilities. Many factors are thought to be the cause of the low locomotor motion development, one of the dominant causes is the balance of the child. This study aims to look at the effect of balance on the level of development of children's locomotor abilities. The population in this study were all PAUD students in Padang Pariaman District, the random sampling technique was 42 children. The instrument used to obtain data on the balance of PAUD students is MABC 2 sub-test, which is balance, while the locomotor ability of children is obtained through the Test of Gross Motor Development-2 (TGMD-2). Based on the results of research conducted there is an influence of balance on the level of development of the locomotor ability of a child with a rcount value of 0.441> rtable of 0.304 and a significant value (Sig) of 0.003 smaller than the probability of 0.05. The results of this study indicate that the level of locomotor ability development in Padang Pariaman PAUD students is influenced by the balance they have

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya minat belajar siswa dalam proses pembelajaran Penjasorkes. Apakah dengan menggunakan metode bermain dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran Penjasorkes dikelas VIII-4 SMP Negeri 2 Batusangkar?. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manfaat dari metode bermain dalam menarik minat belajar siswa untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran Penjasorkes. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari siklus I dan siklus II. Tiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 2 Batusangkar dengan subjek penelitian kelas VIII-4 dengan jumlah siswa 33 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilaksanakan melalui lembar observasi dianalisis secara deskripsi dengan teknik persentase dan angket dianalisis menggunakan sistem penskoran skala Likert. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan melalui hal-hal sebagai berikut: (1) Aktivitas gerak siswa meningkat, peningkatan gerak siswa mencapai 75,7%, (2) Kerjasama siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran meningkat mencapai 78,8% serta disiplin siswa meningkat yaitu mencapai 90,9%, (3) Analisis minat belajar siswa menunjukan bahwa kategori minat siswa dalam proses pembelajaran adalah sangat tinggi. Dengan demikian pembelajaran Penjasorkes melalui metode bermain dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dikelas VIII-4 SMP Negeri 2 Batusangkar.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan pembelajaran Penjasorkes di SD Negeri 28 Air Tawar Timur Kecamatan Padang Utara Kota Padang belum berjalan sebagaimana yang diharapkan. Banyak faktor yang menyebabkannya, salah satu faktor penulis duga disebabkan oleh kemampuan motorik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan motorik siswa SD Negeri 28 Air Tawar Timur Kecamatan Padang Utara Kota Padang Jenis Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SD Negeri 28 Air Tawar Timur Kecamatan Padang Utara Kota Padang yang berjumlah 35 orang, Penarikan Sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling, yaitu menetapkan siswa kelas V sebagai sampel yang berjumlah 35 orang, dimana siswa putra 16 orang dan siswa putri 19 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan pengukuran tes kemampuan motorik yang meliputi: Lempar bola basket. tes koordinasi mata tangan, lari 40 meter, Tes lompat jauh tanpa awalan. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik persentase Dari analisis data diperoleh hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: 1) Dari 16 orang responden putra menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan motorik pada kategori sangat baik 6 orang, baik 10 orang sedangkan kategori sedang, kurang dan sangat kurang tidak ada. Rata - rata skor kemampuan motorik siswa putra 13.38, termasuk kategori baik, 2) Dari 19 orang responden putri menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan motorik pada kategori sangat baik 4 orang, baik 11 orang, sedang 4 orang sedangkan kategori kurang dan sangat kurang tidak ada. Rata - rata skor kemampuan motorik siswa putri 12.58, termasuk kategori baik.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the effect of learning strategies on conventional and game chains on the ability of students’ object control. It uses quasy experiment design. The population were all kindergarten students in Padang Panjang, amounting to 80 people. The sampling technique is done by purposive random sampling, only students aged 5 to 6 years with a total sample of 80 people. Control object capability data is obtained by giving the TGMD-2 test. Data were analyzed using a two-way variant analysis (ANAVA) technique with a 2x2 factorial design. The results and data analysis show that: 1) There is a difference in the ability of basic movement skills between groups of children who are given a strategy of learning a series of conventional games with a value of Q 3.61>Qtable 2.95). 2) There is a difference in Fundamental Motor Skills between a child with normal BMI and a child with a lean/fat BMI Q count 3.61>Qtable 2.95. 3) There is an interaction between learning strategies with the level of BMI towards the mastery of basic child movement skills which is shown with a value of 0.000<0.05. 4) There is a difference in the ability of basic child movement skills between groups who have a normal BMI given SPRP with conventional learning strategies with the calculation of the value of Q count 7.65>Q table 3.15. 5) There is a difference in the ability of basic movement skills of children between groups of children who have a lean/obese BMI given SPRP with children who are given conventional learning strategies with a Q count value of 4.25>Qtable 3.15.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low ability of the object of control of kindergarten students in Padang Panjang City of Trustees. The ability of the control object is influenced by many factors, including the learning strategy used on the ability of object control students in TK Padang Panjang. This research uses quasy experiment design. The population in this study were all kindergarten students in Padang Panjang, amounting to 80 people. The sampling technique is done by total sampling. Control object capability data is obtained by giving the TGMD-2 test. Data were analyzed using a two-way variant analysis (ANAVA) technique with a 2x2 factorial design. The results of research and data analysis show that: 1) There is a difference in the ability of basic movement skills between groups of children who are given a direct feedback of indirect feedback with a value of Q 4.19> Qtable 2.95). 2) There is a difference high coordination and a child who has a low coordination Q count 5.91> Qtable 2.95. 3) There is an interaction between feedback with the level of coordination towards the mastery of basic child movement skills which is shown with a value of 0.000 <0.05. 4) There is a difference in the ability of basic child movement skills between groups who have a high coordination with direct feedback with the calculation of the value of Q count 12.03> Q table 3.15. 5) There is a difference in the ability of basic movement skills of children between groups of children who have a low coordination given indirect feedback with children who are given direct feedback with a Q count value of 4.03> Qtable 3.15

Abstract

Gunung Rajo adalah sebuah Desa/Nagari yang luas serta memiliki hamparan alam yang mempesona. Gunung Rajo merupakan potensi alam yang sangat cocok untuk dikembangkan kepariwisataan berbasiskan alam. Salah satu potensi wisata yang dapat dikembangkan di Gunung Rajo adalah arung jeram dan tubing. Potensi pariwisata yang dimiliki Desa Gunung Rajo Kabupaten Tanah Datar bila dikembangkan secara terencana dapat meningkatkan kualitas ekonomi masyarakat. Secara khusus permasalahan dalam mengembangkan pariwisata olahraga di Nagari Gunung Rajo Kabupaten Tanah Datar adalah minimnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan tenaga pemandu kegiatan tubing dan arung jeram, Adapun solusi permasalahan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah: melakukan lokakarya dan pelatihan dalam peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tenaga pemandu kegiatan tubing dan arung jeram. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan ini didapatkan hasil berikut: 1).Terciptanya peta wisata Tubing dan Arung jeram di Kenagarian Gunung Rajo, 2) Meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan para pemuda dalam memahami wisata tubing dan arung jeram, 3) tersedia tenaga pemandu aktivitas wisata tubing dan arung jeram, 4) meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mengenai pengeloaan manajewen pariwisata outdoord Kengarian Gunung Rajo Kabupaten Tanah Datar

Abstract

Physical fitness is one of the most important things for elementary school students. Students who are fit will easily carry out activities without experiencing fatigue. Many factors affect fitness, one of which is the motor ability of students. This type of research is quantitative research using a correlational research design. The research sample is elementary school students totaling 34 students. The instrument used is the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test to measure students' physical fitness, and Motor Ability with a motor ability test. The data obtained were then analyzed by correlation analysis and simple regression. The results of data analysis showed that Motor ability contributed to the physical fitness of elementary school students by 64.32%, So, it can be concluded that the motor ability contributed to the physical fitness of elementary school students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat efektivitas case method dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar servis tenis mahasiswa departemen Kepelatihan FIK UNP. Case method merupakan sebuah metode pembelajaran yang dilakukan dengan cara memberikan kasus pada materi yang akan dicarikan solusinya, khususnya dalam mempelajari servis tenis. Pengunaan metode case method dapat mendorong mahasiswa untuk meningkatkan kinerja dalam menjalankan proses pembelajaran servis tenis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode True Exspriment, two group pre-test post-test control design, dan pengambilan subjek secara acak dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak n = 32 orang, Pembagian kelompok dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik ordinally mactching pairing dengan masing-masing kelompok berjumlah 16 orang. Untuk membuktikan hipotesis dan efek dari perlakuan yang diberikan, dilakukan pengukuran nilai kemampuan servis tenis. Data diolah dengan memanfaakan SPSS software. Data pengukuran akhir menunjukkan bahwa univariate analisis dari perbedaan (ANOVA) berdasarkan pada sebuah koefisien pengaruh t dan nilai dari statistik makna dari nilai p-v membuktikan di antara kelompok kontrol dan eksperimental secara statistik terdapat perbedaan, terlihat dari nila p=0,000 untuk ekperimen grup, dan p=0,743ns untuk kelas kontrol grup. Dari hasil pengolahan data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa, case method memberikan hasil positif terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar servis tenis yang lebih baik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the learning implementation of Physical Education in public junior high schools in the city of Padang, Indonesia, paying particular attention to the learning activities of students and teachers, the models and approaches employed, and the degree of physical fitness of the students. This research is survey research involving students (n=100) and Physical Education teachers (n=10) from 5 schools in the urban city, and 5 schools in the suburbs. Questionnaires and Indonesian physical fitness tests for the 13–15- year age group were used to collect the research data. Descriptive statistics were used for the analysis. The findings indicated that teachers' and students' movement-related learning activities in physical education were evaluated as low. Physical education teachers have used sports techniques with the command method rather than modifying sports games as a model for learning. Only 20.00% of them are student-centered, with 80.00% of them being more teacher centered. Then, with a classification of less and very less, it was discovered that students' levels of physical fitness were below average, or 53.00%. In conclusion, to achieve the objectives of physical education, physical education teachers should significantly prepare for learning as well as become proficient in a wide range of efficient learning techniques (cognitive, affective, and psychomotor). Future research is required to validate the findings of this study, including the conception of a sports game-modified learning model in physical education
