Abstract

In an ever-changing market, inventory management is becoming a major problem that requires thorough planning, supervision, and control. If companies are well managed and have good planning and control, they can last a long time. Poor inventory management is very detrimental to the business as it can cause the company to fail to meet customer or consumer demands, which can lead customers to choose other companies that can meet their demands. Plan your stockpiles to maintain balance, avoid excess or deficiency, and control storage costs. ABC analysis, one of the most common inventory management techniques, divides inventory into three categories (A, B, and C) based on total annual product usage or total inventory cost based on the Pareto principle. The goal of this study is to use ABC analysis in the company's inventory management to identify products in categories A, B, and C based on profitability and sales factors. The research phases include data collection, data preprocessing, exploratory data analysis, ABC analysis, key product analysis, and explanatory analysis. According to the research findings, Segment A accounts for 18% of the total product and generates 78% of the overall profit. Segment B contributes 23% of the total number of items and 16% of all revenue.

Abstract

Electronic filing systems have not been widely used by organizations or companies. Most organizations or companies still apply conventional archive systems in managing their records. Not even a few organizations or companies that do not have a system for managing records, both conventional and electronic archive systems. The number of jobs related to archives and documents faced with conventional archive management is the beginning of the emergence of a bright spot towards creating a system that is able to reduce the workload of archiving officers or archivists in managing archives. The system is a conventional filing system that is applied in the form of software using electronic media based on the use of computers or can be said to be an electronic filing system. The preparation and manufacture of the system was carried out by the Archives Subdivision of the Labuhanbatu Library and Archives Service. In contrast to archive management which is managed conventionally, the archive system is managed in the form of archives electronically. ARTERI is a web-based electronic archive management application. Aims to facilitate archive management and to be able to integrate archives electronically.

Abstract

In this millennial era Citizenship Education is needed in order to guide children in the formation of good character, and foster the spirit of nationalism, mutual respect, tolerance, and also work together with each other, and the author made a Game application in the introduction of pancasila aims to increase the means, as well as the attention of children in knowing the basis of the Indonesian state, and increase knowledge.This Game application is designed using Adobe Flash CS6 software.

Abstract

Caffe Ayos is a cafe that is quite famous in the Rantauprapat area, but that doesn't mean it doesn't have competition in business. With so many new cafes popping up, of course this could have quite a significant impact if Ayos cafe doesn't first create a strategy to stay afloat. Apart from improving service and maintaining the taste of the menu, there needs to be other things done by Café Ayos, and with the many transactions that occur every day, of course there is a pile of data. From this pile of data, it is hoped that it can provide new knowledge that will be useful later for Café Ayos. Knowledge can be extracted from daily sales transaction data using Acsociation Rule data mining. From the extraction results, we obtained several foods and foods that depend on each other, which have a confidence of up to 70% to 100%. It would be better to create special packages for several menus that are related to high confidence values, thereby providing more attraction.

Abstract

The development of today's increasingly advanced technology such as the use of computers has become popular in the community, the use of computers is very important because the computer is a tool in carrying out data processing activities, so that a job can be completed properly. How the distribution of rice for the poor can work properly using this application. The purpose of the study is to assist the process of distributing rice for the poor at the Sirandorung Village Office. The system analysis stage is a very important stage because errors at this stage will result in errors in the next stage. In analyzing the system, several methods are used, among others. Based on the results of research and discussion that the results of the analysis of the implementation of the distribution of rice for poor households (Raskin) in Sirandorung Village, Rantau Utara District, Labuhanbatu Regency, the implementation is still not precise and has not been implemented properly. This is based on the analysis above and based on the results of questionnaires and interviews with researchers from the Sirandorung sub-district office. All people in the Sirandorung sub-district should be collected and provided with detailed information about the Raskin program so that there is no misunderstanding or receiving inaccurate information about Raskin.

Abstract

Percetakan Broto Desain terletak dijalan lintas Sumatera Utara Kabupaten Labuhanbatu, percetakan tersebut bergerak dibidang percetakan. Selama ini Broto Desain memilih pemesanan menggunakan cara memperlihatkan jenis undangan yang ada sehingga banyak tempat yang terpakai. Sistem informasi ini menggunakan model waterfall dan dibangun dengan bahasa pemograman Php dan Mysql. Perancangan program yang dibuat menggunakan metode UML (Unifed Modeling Language). Pemesanan adalah suatu aktifitas yang dilakukan oleh konsumen sebelum membeli. Untuk mewujudkan kepuasan konsumen maka perusahaan harus mempunyai sebuah sistem pemesanan yang baik. Dan tujuan pemesanan adalah untuk memaksimumkan pelayanan bagi konsumen, meminimumkan investasi pada persedian ,Perencanaan kapasitas. Persediaan, dan lain-lain.

Abstract

New student admissions are critical to the success of an educational institution because they determine the existence and financial sustainability of that institution. The number of prospective students who register changes every year. The school cannot anticipate the number of students who will come. Additionally, data on prospective students who enroll is collected annually without being analyzed to extract valuable information. The school must make predictions to estimate the number of new students in the next school year. Predictions are essential for effective planning, both in the long and short term. This research aims to apply the Naïve Bayes algorithm with Gaussian type to predict new student admissions. To find out whether the Naïve Bayes algorithm works well, an evaluation matrix is used. The methods applied include the dataset collection process, data preprocessing, split data training and testing, feature engineering, the implementation of Naïve Bayes, and results evaluation. The dataset is divided into 70% training data and 30% testing data. The research results show an accuracy score of 86.11% during training and an accuracy score of 90.62% during model testing, with an increase of 4.51%. These results show that there is no indication of overfitting in the machine learning algorithm used. The evaluation matrix produces an accuracy score of 90.62%, precision of 100%, recall of 90.62%, and f1-score of 95.08%. From the results of the evaluation matrix scores, it can be concluded that the naive Bayes algorithm with Gaussian type succeeded in predicting new student admissions well.

Abstract

Hasil yang di capai dari Penyuluhan dan Pelatihan Aplikasi Perkantoran Bagi Masyarakat Desa Janji yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 20 November 2020 jumlah Peserta yang mengikuti Penyuluhan dan Pelatihan yang dilakukan sebanyak 30 orang dengan mematuhi standart protokol kesehatan yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah, sebelum melakukan kegiatan fasilitas pelatihan di buat dalam keadaan berjarak sesuai dengan standart. mencuci tangan dan memakai masker baik sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan. Dalam penyampaian materi yang dipaparkan sangat baik diterima oleh Peserta Penyuluhan dan Pelatihan tersebut sebanyak 73 % jumlah Peserta 22 orang. sebelum melakukan kegiatan dilakukan pre-test. pre-test tersebut ternyata diketahui yang tidak mengetahui menggunakan Aplikasi Perkantoran sebanyak 21 orang dengan persentase 70%. dari tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat didesa janji sangat direspon baik dan membawa perubahan kepada masyarakat Desa Janji yang mengikuti Penyuluhan dan Pelatihan tersebut dilakukan post-test disaat akhir penjabaran materi oleh tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh panitia kegiatan diketahui sangat baik perkembangan masyarakat tersebut dilihat dari hasil post-test ada peningkatan yang baik sebanyak 26 orang persentase 87 % dibandingkan ketika saat dilakukan pre-test. adapun kekurangan yang diperoleh dalam Penyuluhan dan Pelatihan tersebut dikarenakan faktor-faktor lain misalnya tidak ketersedian sarana prasarana disaat pelatihan tersebut, dan kemampuan Peserta yang berbeda-beda sehingga perlu dilakukan Penyuluhan dan Pelatihan aplikasi perkantoran pada masyarakat Desa Janji dimasa akan datang

Abstract

Village is a community unit that has territorial boundaries that has the authority to take care of all the interests of residents or the local community. The village is led by the Village Head who is assisted by village officials and supervised by the Village Consultative Body in accordance with Permendagri number 110/2016 regarding the duties and functions of the BPD. The lack of knowledge of residents about Information Technology such as the operation of Microsoft word and excel in terms of writing correspondence is an obstacle in their activities, especially for high school/vocational school level students or office workers. The aim of this Microsoft word and microwoft excel training is to improve the quality of Human Resources ( HR) for the people of Sidorejo Village, Labuhanbatu Regency. The methods in this training are the discussion method and the practical method. The results of this training show that there is an increase in the skills of the residents of Sidorejo Village, Labuhanbatu Regency in operating and using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, this can help smooth their daily work and increase residents' knowledge about science and technology

Abstract

Pencurian data pribadi melalui layanan yang membutuhkan data pribadi telah menjadi isu yang marak dibicarakan. Sebagai negara hukum, Indonesia wajib melindungi hak asasi manusia sesuai dengan konstitusi dan undang-undang yang berlaku, namun kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang perlindungan data pribadi serta langkah-langkah keamanan yang tepat sering menjadi penyebab utama terjadinya kejahatan siber.Program Pengabdian Masyarakat oleh dosen Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi Universitas Labuhanbatu di SMK 2 Rantau Utara bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman mengenai pentingnya melindungi data pribadi dari ancaman dunia siber. Kegiatan ini mencakup edukasi tentang konsep dasar keamanan cyber, penggunaan fitur backup, pengelolaan Personal Identification Number (PIN), penerapan Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), dan mengenali serta memahami penipuan digital. Selain meningkatkan kesadaran dan literasi digital, kegiatan ini juga memberikan solusi teknis untuk melindungi data pribadi agar terhindar dari ancaman keamanan informasi. Dengan pendekatan yang melibatkan berbagai pihak, diharapkan masyarakat dapat lebih bijaksana dalam menjaga dan melindungi data pribadi mereka di era digital.
