Abstract

The influence of information technology today is powerful. It impacts people's lives because technological changes are running so fast and affect the way of thinking and behaving in competition in the business world and organizations. Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) must be able to adapt to this technology to maintain their business. It means that digitizing SMEs means integrating technology into all business activities. In this study, Toko Cerme is the object of research. The Toko Cerme is a SMEs in the form of a minimarket located in Central Java, Indonesia. The Toko Cerme takes advantage of technology to help run business processes so that they can be managed optimally. In running its business, The Toko Cerme is currently using an information system to input product data and transaction activities. The purpose of this research is to propose a Design of a Sales Performance System based on Business Intelligence and a Data Warehouse to support business processes at the Toko Cerme so that it can efficiently process data and information in the future. From the research that the authors conducted, it can be concluded that the results of this study are the creation of a data warehouse and business intelligence design using the nine steps Kimbal method. At the same time, Pentaho Data Integration (PDI) is a tool. The design is used as a reference in producing information relating to sales transactions.

Abstract

This study investigates the integration of VTuber into Wayang Digital as a strategic initiative to promote Indonesian cultural heritage. By leveraging advanced technologies such as real-time motion capture and artificial intelligence (AI), the project aims to enhance the animation quality and interaction of VTuber, creating a more immersive and engaging experience for audiences. The research focuses on three key aspects: VTuber integration's effectiveness in attracting international audiences, optimizing real-time motion capture for high-quality animation, and applying AI algorithms to create adaptive, responsive interactions between VTubers and their viewers. Through these innovations, the study aims to enrich the narrative and visual appeal of Wayang Digital, making it more accessible and appealing to a diverse global audience. The findings show that integrating advanced technologies enhances Wayang Digital's storytelling, aesthetics, and effectiveness as a powerful tool for cultural promotion. AI-enabled adaptive interactions create a personalized viewer experience, deepening audience connections with the traditional art form. High-quality animation preserves and effectively communicates Wayang's cultural nuances to audiences, enhancing its impact and cultural promotion. This study underscores the importance of continuous technological innovation and strategic implementation in the preservation and globalization of Indonesian heritage through digital media, suggesting that the future of cultural preservation lies in the seamless integration of tradition with cutting-edge technology.

Abstract

Scheduling is a systematic method to optimize work time, and avoid failure when problems occur. Scheduling is widely applied in the world of education, one of which is in preparing course schedules. Scheduling itself needs to be optimized to ensure a smooth lecture process without any problems between courses. As happened at the Faculty of Computer Science, Amikom Purwokerto University, where in the preparation of the schedule there is no information about lecture rooms. Therefore, the author compiled a lecture hall scheduling optimization journal by comparing the performance between the Welch Powell Algorithm and the Greedy Algorithm as optimization and graph coloring on the lecture hall schedule.The data used in this study are 88 courses spread across 3 study programs, namely Informatics Study Program, Information Systems Study Program, and Informatics Engineering Study Program. This research uses a comparative method on graph vertex coloring, where execution time as duration, lines as algorithm complexity, and manual algorithm calculation as parameters. Based on the research that has been done, the results of 14 full spectrum colors are obtained which are then applied to 23 lecture rooms that can be used without clashes at the Faculty of Computer Science. This can minimize the possibility of overlapping room usage between courses. In addition to comparing the performance of the Welch-Powell Algorithm and the Greedy Algorithm to produce optimal scheduling of lecture rooms, this research can also optimize the schedule of lecturers when entering class to optimize students to be more organized in entering lecture classes at the Faculty of Computer Science, Amikom Purwokerto University.

Abstract

Until now, the waste problem is still a crucial problem, including in the Banyumas Regency area. The uncontrolled accumulation of garbage at the TPS will of course greatly disturb the comfort of the community around the TPS. As is the case with the accumulation of garbage at TPS (Garbage Disposal Sites) in North Purwokerto District. When searching for this garbage transportation route, the Greedy Algorithm works by finding the smallest weight point by calculating the route passed and calculating the weight depending on the weight of the stages that have been passed and the weight at the stage itself. Based on the results of the system testing that has been made, the shortest route for transporting waste from the starting point of the Banyumas Environment Office is to go to the final disposal site in Tipar, and return to the starting point of the Banyumas Environmental Office. So that the total distance traveled to return to the starting point is 53 km long. Based on the findings and discussions of this research, the results obtained are the determination of the shortest route from node A back to node A. Specifically, the route involves traveling from the DLH Banyumas Regency to TPS Grendeng, TPS Karangwangkal, TPS Pabuwaran, TPS Sumampir, TPS Purwanegara, TPS Bobosan, to TPA Tipar, and then returning to DLH Banyumas Regency. These results have implementable implications in the context of waste management in this area, with a total distance traveled of 53 kilometers.

Abstract

This research has the potential to make an important contribution to the development of computationally-based sentiment analysis, particularly in the political context. Anies Baswedan, Ganjar Pranowo, and Prabowo Subianto, three candidates for the presidency of Indonesia, are examined using a Backpropagation-based Support Vector Machine (SVM) methodology in this study. This approach is used to categorize emotions into three groups: neutral, adverse, and favorable. Between July 1 and July 30, 2023, data on tweets mentioning the three presidential contenders was gathered. After processing the data, SVM was used while lowering the backpropagation process. The study's findings demonstrate that the performance of the model in determining public sentiment is greatly enhanced by the application of backpropagation-based SVM techniques. For each presidential contender, the evaluation was conducted using the f1 score, recall, and precision metrics. The evaluation's findings indicate that while the model struggles to distinguish between favorable and negative feelings toward particular presidential contenders, it performs better when categorizing neutral feelings. The SVM model is more accurately able to identify popular sentiment toward the three presidential candidates when the backpropagation approach is used. The results of the sentiment analysis are also represented by word clouds for each presidential contender, giving an intuitive sense of the words that are frequently used in public discourse. This study sheds light on the possibilities of using Twitter data to analyze political sentiment using the backpropagation-based SVM algorithm.

Abstract

Toko Pojok ialah toko yang menjual beraneka produk seperti makanan ringan dan minuman. Toko Pojok UMKM dalam pembukuan selama ini masih dilakukan secara manual dengan buku besar baik dalam pencatatan produk masuk maupun penjualan. Pembukuan dilakukan belum tersistem mengakibatkan data menumpuk, sehingga pemilik kesulitan dalam melihat stok yang terjual sehingga pengadaan barang ke supplier ada keterlambatan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merekomendasikan restock produk menggunakan algoritma K-Means dimana pengadaan barang dalam jumlah banyak, sedang dan sedikit. Penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma k-means clustering dengan 3 cluster. Di mana nilai k=3 merupakan nilai cluster terbaik dalam penelitian ini dengan performa dari cluster berdasarkan hasil Davies Bouldin Index sebesar 0.436, di mana cluster 1 ada 9 produk jumlah banyak dan masuk pengadaan barang, cluster 2 ada 19 produk jumlah sedang dan masuk pengadaan barang serta cluster 0 ada 110 produk jumlah sedikit masuk pengadaan barang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang fitur-fitur baru pada aplikasi bimbingan karir berbasis website, Job Journey, yang belum ada pada aplikasi bimbingan karir sebelumnya. Aplikasi ini diharapkan membantu siswa SMA dalam merencanakan karir mereka dengan lebih baik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah model waterfall, yang meliputi tahapan analisis, desain, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Fitur-fitur baru yang dikembangkan meliputi layanan konsultasi, mentoring, webinar, kelas online, informasi lowongan kerja, dan tes psikologi. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan metode Blackbox Testing untuk memastikan validitas dan kinerja sistem. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa fitur-fitur aplikasi berfungsi dengan baik sesuai dengan harapan. Aplikasi Job Journey berhasil memfasilitasi siswa dalam merencanakan karir mereka melalui interaksi langsung dengan profesional, memberikan wawasan dan nasihat dari para ahli, serta meningkatkan kesiapan mereka untuk memasuki dunia kerja. Selain itu, aplikasi ini memudahkan administrator dalam mengelola data pengguna, pembayaran, artikel, serta memantau perkembangan siswa dalam menggunakan layanan aplikasi. Kesimpulannya, Aplikasi Job Journey efektif dalam memenuhi kebutuhan perencanaan karir siswa dan memudahkan pengelolaan serta pemantauan layanan oleh administrator

Abstract

Abstrak Produk gula jahe seduh menjadi salah satu produk olahan rempah di Kabupaten Banyumas tepatnya di Kota Purwokerto. UMKM “Berkah” mencoba memasuki terobosan baru dalam mengejar tren gaya hidup sehat yang kekinian. Untuk meningkatkan eksistensi di khalayak konsumen dari produk ini, maka dilakukan proses rebranding terkait desain kemasan. Mengingat pentingnya proses rebranding, hal ini dilakukan untuk menyampaikan nilai tambah dan citra brand UMKM “Berkah” kepada konsumen. Metode dalam penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan pendekatan Analisis USP (Unique Selling Proposition), Analisis SWOT, dan Analisis STP (Segmenting, Targeting, dan Positioning). Proses pengambilan data dengan wawancara agar nantinya mendapat informasi yang tepat dan mendalam. Melalui serangkaian tahapan perancangan dan pengujian mendapatkan respon yang positif untuk mengembangkan produk UMKM lebih dikenal oleh konsumen. Hasil penelitian ini adanya keterbaharuan desain kemasan pada produk olahan gula jahe seduh “Berkah” yang digunakan untuk keberlangsungan proses penjualan. Ada harapan bahwa melalui penelitian ini, produk olahan gula jahe seduh “Berkah” akan dapat bersaing bersama kompetitor lainnya. Kata Kunci: desain kemasan, gula jahe, rebranding, UMKM AbstractGinger Sweetened Sugar Products became one of the spice-processed products in the Banyumas District precisely in Purwokerto City. UMKM “Berkah” is trying to enter a breakthrough in pursuing the trend of a healthy lifestyle. To increase the existence in the consumer audience of this product, then carried out a rebranding process related to packaging design. Given the importance of the rebranding process, it is done to convey added value and image of UMKM brand 'Berkah' to consumers. The methods in this qualitative research use the USP (Unique Selling Proposition) analysis, SWOT analysis, and STP analysis approaches. (Segmenting, Targeting, and Positioning). The process of data collection with interviews to obtain accurate and in-depth information. Through a series of design and testing stages get a positive response to develop UMKM products better known by consumers. The result of this research is a renewal of the packaging design on the processed products of ginger sugar "Berkah" used for the sustainability of the sales process. It is hope that through this research, the processed ginger sugar product "Berkah" will be able to compete with other competitors. Keywords: ginger sweetened sugar, MSME, packaging design, rebranding
