Abstract

Belajar Nahwu adalah bagian penting dari belajar bahasa Arab. Namun, beberapa guru saat ini menganggap ilmu Nahwu sulit dipahami karena metode pengajaran di kelas tidak sesuai dengan gaya belajar mereka. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, para guru menggunakan teori kecerdasan majemuk, atau banyak kecerdasan, yang menekankan bahwa kecerdasan setiap orang berbeda. Tujuan utamanya adalah untuk membuat pembelajaran ilmu Nahwu menjadi lebih mudah bagi santri yang memiliki berbagai tingkat kecerdasan. Studi ini menyelidiki model pembelajaran Nahwu di Madrasah Diniyah al-Islahiyah yang didasarkan pada teori kecerdasan majemuk Howard Gardner. Metode kualitatif deskriptif dipakai, dan metode pengumpulan data seperti wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dipakai. Menurut hasil penelitian, santri memiliki dua jenis kecerdasan utama: intrapersonal dan linguistik. Kemudian, guru menyesuaikan metode pengajaran dengan pengetahuan santri dengan cara-cara seperti membaca, menulis, menerangkan, memberikan ujian, dan memberikan motivasi di akhir setiap sesi pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, pembelajaran Nahwu menjadi lebih mudah dipahami dan tidak membosankan. Learning Nahwu is an essential part of learning Arabic. However, a few teachers currently believe that Nahwu's knowledge is not as well understood as it could be since the school's teaching methods do not align with their learning style. To understand this, the teacher applies the theory of many kecerdasan, or majemuk kecerdasan, which suggests that each person has a unique kecerdasan. Its ultimate goal is to make learning Nahwu language more accessible to students with varying levels of proficiency. This study presents a model of Nahwu education in Diniyah al-Islamiyah Madrasah, based on Howard Gardner's theory of kecerdasan. Deskriptif kualitatif metode is used, along with data collection methods such observation, documentation, and wawancara. According to research findings, the two primary types of santri's kecerdasan are linguistic and intrapersonal. Abstract

Facilities and infrastructure are very important for education in schools. With good management, facilities and infrastructure can improve the quality of learning. The purpose of this research is to understand the management of facilities and infrastructure to improve the quality of education at MTs Al-Ihsan. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data sources used in this research are primary data sources and secondary data sources. To obtain the data needed in the study, researchers used observation, interview, and documentation methods. The results of this study indicate that the management of school facilities and infrastructure at MTs Al-Ihsan, namely (1) planning is done by making a madrasah and school budget every year. Organizing is controlled by the vice principal with the aim of creating a safe, comfortable learning environment and supporting the optimal educational process. Implementation is carried out in a planned and structured manner, with a comprehensive evaluation of the condition of infrastructure facilities every year. Supervision is carried out regulary by the principal and the vice principal of infrastructure facilities, by maintaining security and preventing the loss of goods. (2) The obstacle is the limited funds. And the solution is to seek grants from foundations, funds from BOS and BOSDA, approach political parties, candidates, DPR to obtain greater funding assistance. (3) Efforts to develop facilities and infrastructure are by repairing buildings, adding book collections, laboratory equipment and equipment.

Abstract

The role of an Islamic religious teacher can provide an understanding of religion, which is important for students to know Islamic religious knowledge, and teachers also play an important role in improving students' learning achievements, which is carried out formally and informally by the school. This research aims to determine the role of PAI teachers in improving the academic and non-academic results of students in the 5.0 era at SMA Negeri 2 Jombang. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. Research data was obtained through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that the role of PAI teachers in improving student learning outcomes in the 5.0 era at SMA Negeri 2 Jombang is as a facilitator of learning and success outside of school, motivator, role model, class management, and evaluator. The strategies used by PAI teachers to improve student learning achievement in the 5.0 era at SMA Negeri 2 Jombang include using digital-based learning models, such as the use of interactive multimedia, learning videos, and e-learning platforms. And also use collaborative learning, such as group discussions and project-based learning. Furthermore, there is also learning that encourages creativity and innovation, such as design thinking and problem-based learning. And with technology in the learning process, such as the use of laptops, projectors and digital learning applications. As well as utilizing social media and online platforms to deliver material and interact with other students outside of class.

Abstract

The curriculum for Merdeka Learning has advanced to the point where it may be classified as under development. Right now, the government is emphasizing how important it is to use it in all educational settings. The Republic of Indonesia's Minister of Education and Culture, Nadiem Makarim, was there, and his presence encouraged the idea for curriculum adjustments, namely the autonomous learning curriculum. According to the curriculum concept known as "merdeka learning," students must be independent. The administration's main goal is to improve education, and several initiatives have been put in place for that purpose.1.) Gain an understanding of the Curriculum Merdeka's management in order to enhance the educational quality at SMP Negeri 2 Ploso. 2.) Understanding the elements that help and hinder the management of the Merdeka curriculum to raise the standard of instruction at SMP Negeri 2 Ploso. This type of research is called field research, which is conducted on-site at the subject, mostly with the aim of gathering data and other information. In the meantime, this research is qualitative in character, that is, it takes the form of a research technique that yields descriptive data. The principal's choice about the curriculum merdeka's implementation was based on the study findings intended to enhance the educational quality at SMP Negeri 2 Ploso in the process of creating the curriculum. Subsequently, the curriculum merdeka manager collaborated with the development and quality assurance teams to establish the school's operational curriculum, which was then submitted to the Ministry of Education and Culture's office (Kemendikbud) as a school implementing the curriculum merdeka. We may therefore conclude that the independence curriculum was prepared based on the principal's choice on its implementation in order to raise the standard of instruction at SMP Negeri 2 Ploso. Analyze the work that instructors and other teaching staff members do during class hours.

Abstract

Curriculum management is an activity related to educational management which begins with planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the curriculum to achieve agreed goals, both short, medium and long term. The objectives of this research are: (1) To find out curriculum management in improving the quality of education in the digital era at MTs Al Ihsan Kalikejambon. (2) Knowing the school’s efforts to improve the quality education in the digital era at MTs Al Ihsan Kalikejambon. (3) Knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing curruculum management in the digital era at MTs Al Ihsan Kalikejambon. The research method used was descriptive qualitatif. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on research conducted, MTs Al Ihsan Kalikejambon Tembelang Jombang has demonstrated a strong commitmen to digital era curriculum management by utilizing digital assessments, incorporating, tehcnology into learning, creating, relevan curricula, and providing professional training for educators. Adequate facilities and infrastructur, commitment to meeting program meed, collaboration and continuous evaluation support this effor. However, training programs, effective financial management, and inclusive learning should help address issues such as educators’ technology skills and student diversity. Thus, MTs Al Ihsan Kalikejambon Tembelang Jombang has great potential ti improve the quality of education in the digital era.

Abstract

Education is the main foundation in the development of individuals and communities, until now the quality of education is still a topic of discussion in the community. The main role of education is to improve the quality of human resources, one of the solutions is through school based management (MBS) as resourve management to improve the quality of education. The purpose of the research is: (1) knowing the school based management in MA Unggulan KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah. (2) knows efforts to improve the quality of education in MA Unggulan KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah. (3) knowing the obstacles and solutions to improve the quality of education in MA Unggulan KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive with interviewing, observation, and documentation techniques. The date sources used in this study are primary sources and secondary sources. Based on the results of research, it can be concluded that MA Unggulan KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah has succeeded in implementing MBS effectively to improve the quality of education. In an effort to improve the quality of education, MA Unggulan KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah has implemented various schools based management strategies that focus on human resource development, teacher quality improvement, and more effective curriculum development. The strong leadership of the principal and the full commitment of all school staff are major factors in the successful implementation of MBS. The implementation of MBS is also supported by the use of technology to facilitate school administration management, learning, and communication between stakeholders. It has also helped to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the educational process in schools. In improving the quality of education, it mus also be accompanied by several obstacles and accompanied by concrete solutions.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the strategy of developing Islamic religious education learning in improving student achievement at SMPN 1 Perak. The strategy of developing Islamic religious education learning can be identified by analyzing primary data and secondary data at SMPN 1 Perak. This study uses a qualitative design. The data analyzed is data from the main sources of this study, namely the principal, student council, curriculum waka, Islamic religious education subject teachers and students. In addition, data sources can also be obtained by observing and other documents related to research. The results of the study were analyzed using three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study stated that the strategy of developing Islamic religious education learning in improving student achievement at SMPN 1 Perak was carried out in the classroom and outside the classroom.

Abstract

Strategy is very important to achieve learning objectives so that students can excel and are able to understand and practice the teachings of Islamic Religious Education both at school and at home as well as in the community. The strategy used by this researcher uses qualitative methods. Teachers and principals use a lot of strategies so that students succeed in achieving an achievement. With the teacher's approach, guidance and various extra-curricular activities that make students able to behave like the teachings of Islamic Religious Education. They are accustomed to praying dhuha, there are extras and guidance on reading and memorizing prayers, reading and writing the Qur'an, as well as extra da'wah. Abstract

Learning can be said to be successful if the objectives have been achieved. To achieve this goal, various strategies and methods are needed that are relevant and in accordance with the times. This research was conducted to find out how the achievements of SMPN 3 Peterongan students both in the religious and non-religious fields as well as in the academic and non-academic fields because it is known that SMPN 3 Peterongan is one of the schools that has various kinds of achievements in all fields. In addition, it is also to find out how the process of the strategies and methods used and how to solve the existing obstacles. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method which assigns the researcher as the main tool to search for all data from various available sources. One of them is by way of researchers going to the research site and conducting interviews with informants, then the results of the interviews are reported descriptively and narratively. The results of this study are SMPN 3 Peterongan can achieve various achievements, especially in the field of religion, one of which is by integrating two curricula at once without any differences or ruling out one another. The curriculum is an official curriculum and a religious curriculum that always goes hand in hand. By merging the two curricula, students will not only excel in the religious field but also excel in the non-religious field. And all kinds of obstacles that occur in the process of developing this learning will also be resolved properly by means of deliberation to reach consensus in order to achieve our common goals.

Abstract

Indonesia as a Pancasila State, all regulations are based on Pancasila. Meanwhile, in Islam, in an effort to improve the quality of education, it would be more appropriate if it was based on activities that had been exemplified by previous prophets and apostles, this is what is called prophetic education. Secondary education in Indonesia, both SMA, MA, SMK, and MAK accepts students between the ages of 15 – 18/19 years. They are in adolescence which is a period of transition from childhood to adulthood. This is an important period in the formation of identity. Judging from the type, this research is a qualitative research, data collection methods, namely: (1) observation (2) interviews (3) documentation. Furthermore, the data obtained and collected from field activities and qualitative analysis with data grouping techniques, then conclusions are drawn. In implementing prophetic in secondary education institutions must consider the psychological aspects of adolescent students, so that the implementation can run effectively in accordance with the reasoning and psychological power of students. Similarly, in determining approaches, strategies, and methods to be applied in the development of prophetic education in an educational institution. For the successful implementation of prophetic education in formal educational institutions, especially at the secondary education level, commitment and involvement of all elements of implementing education in schools or schools is required. madrasa as a unit in the system.
