This study aims to explore sublimation of adolescent character education through religious content . This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach that utilises interviews, observation, and documentation. The subjects in this research are teenagers in Nagori Pamatang Sidamanik who sublimate character education and follow religious content. The data analysis technique refers to the concept of the Miles and Huberman model, namely the interactive model. The results of this study are This study found that there was a sublimation of adolescent character education through religious content through three stages, namely: primitive id encouragement, da'wah content as a super ego shaper and desire diversion into positive things. And this study found that there are three benefits of sublimation of adolescent character education through religious content including preventing or relieving anxiety, producing creative activities and full self-acceptance.

The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the effect of OER, NIM, NPL, CAR, and LDR toward ROA at PT Regional Development Banks in Indonesia for the period 2016-2021. The population in this research is PT Regional Development Bank in Indonesia. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique and gained 25 Banks. Secondary data is sourced from Financial Reports published by every Regional Development Bank in Indonesia during the 2016-2021 period and the official website of the Financial Services Authority. Method of data analysis in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis technique uses the F test, t test, and the determination coefficient test (R2). The results of this research indicate that OER, NIM, NPL, CAR, and LDR simultaneously have a significant effect on ROA. Based on the results of the t test, it can be concluded that OER and NPL have a significant effect and have a negative coefficient direction on ROA, NIM and LDR have a significant effect and have a positive coefficient direction on ROA. Meanwhile, CAR has no significant effect and has a negative coefficient on ROA. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the Adjusted R2 value of 0.945, this indicates that the independent variable contributes 94.5% influence on the dependent variable while the remaining 5.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

The construction sector is a sector that employs many people who have high risk of work accidents, because a lot of work in this sector is possibility carried out by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions. PT. Arto Moro Sentosa is company which operates in general trading, general construction, suppliers, outsourcing, etc., is aware that the business has a high risk of work accidents. The lack of employee awareness will have an impact on the magnitude of the risks that must be borne by the worker and the company. The purpose of this research is determining work accident records for the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) system, employee risks, and existing improvements at company. By knowing the classification of hazards based on the type of accident, this research uses the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method, histograms, Pareto diagrams, and cause-and-effect (fish bone) diagrams. Based on the author's observations, company data related to OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) and interviews with the directors, could be obtained a history of work accidents based on the type of accident. Here are ergonomic work accidents (57.89%), physical factor accidents ( 31.58%), chemical factor accidents (5.26%), biological factor accidents (5.26%), and psychological factor accidents (0%). Several recommendation is performed to avoid repeated accident by providing training programs on OHS to workers, paying more attention to OHS supervision, giving sanctions to workers who violate OHS.

Abstract Banten Jaya University has a website https://www.unbaja.ac.id which was created in 2018 to make it easier for students to access academic information. Although this website has grown rapidly over time, it does not yet provide campus weather information. Some official weather sites only cover sub districts, not taking into account campus locations. Therefore, this research develops an Internet of Things (IoT) based weather monitoring system using nodemcu and temperature, humidity and weather intensity data. This research uses the Waterfall Method and produces an effective tool that can monitor the weather situation on the Banten Jaya University campus using the DHT 11 sensor, LDR sensor and Raindrop sensor. This research is the first step in developing a weather monitoring system on campus.

Background research is based on the importance of the ability to think creatively participants in ppy-study, so it is done. Research is aimed at seeing an increased creative thinking ability in the use of e-book based canva for zero-one class x-1 man 1 muaro jambi. The study USES research and development using the ADDIE model research methods with canva based e-book learning media performed inside the classroom using the smartphone of each protege. Research conducted at man 1 muaro jambi. Research deduced the development of cana-based media learn-based e-book learning met valid, practical, and effective criteria. Valid criteria are validated by experts in materials, media, and language. Results of material validation with an 88% percentage, media validation with a 95% percentage, and language validation with a 70% percentage. Angket practically an educator with a 100% value and protege figure at an 89%. Effective criteria are seen the learner's observation sheets and the test results learn. The results of a 94% learner's observation sheet and the results of the learning results taken were obtained and the scores of each learner increased from the previous test scores. The entire protege also scored above a moderate minimum.

PT. XYZ is a manufacturer of fiber optic cables in Indonesia. This company is known as a premium manufacturer with high-quality products and has expertise in producing various variants of fiber optic cables. Currently, optical cable is a vital material supporting infrastructure development in Indonesia, especially in the field of telecommunications networks, which contributes to Indonesia's SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) in the social pillars (quality education) and economic pillars (industry, innovation, and infrastructure). There is a problem, namely a decrease in the productivity of machine performance due to an increase in product defects, which is around 9% which can disrupt supply in the market. Many defects occur in Jacketing machines. The purpose of this study is to overcome problems with jacketing machines, so that machine productivity increases and the number of defects decreases

Menstruation happens when body discharges blood from the uterus periodically accompanied by desquamation of endometrium (Prawirohardjo, 2009). In general, this phase will occur normally, but in some individuals, it becomes a painful condition and interferes their activities called as dysmenorrhea. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the average incidence of dysmenorrhea in the world is 16.8 - 81%. In Indonesia, the prevalence of dysmenorrhea in 2008 reached 64.25% consisting of 54.89% primary dysmenorrhea and 9.36% secondary dysmenorrhea. The incidence of dysmenorrhea is felt to be disturbing experienced by 50% of those at reproductive age, and 60-85% in teenagers (Keisya, 2009).Until now, the problem that often arises is the lack of knowledge of female teenagers in dealing with primary dysmenorrhea. In connection with the problem, an online education about it as an activity of community empowerment was conducted attended by 33 female teenagers. This activity was carried out in 3 stages; first by choosing the teenagers according to the target decided before, second by conducting a pre-test about dysmenorrhea followed by giving the digital information about dysmenorrhea and doing a post-test about dysmenorrhea, and third by evaluating the knowledge of the female teenagers about dysmenorrhea continued by giving the result of the evaluation to the party cooperated with this activity. The results of this activity is shown by the increase of knowledge of the female teenagers after getting the education about how to handle primary dysmenorrhea. AbstrakMenstruasi atau haid adalah pengeluaran darah secara periodik dan siklik dari uterus, disertai dengan pelepasan (deskuamasi) endometrium (Prawirohardjo, 2009). Secara umum fase ini akan berlangsung dengan normal, namun pada beberapa individu menjadi suatu keadaan yang sangat berat dan mengganggu aktivitas (dismenore). Menurut World Health Organization (WHO) menyatakan bahwa rata-rata insidensi dismenore didunia sebesar 16,8 â€“ 81%. Di Indonesia Prevalensi dismenore tahun 2008 mencapai 64.25 % yang terdiri dari 54,89% dismenore primer dan 9,36% disminore sekunder. Kejadian dismenore dirasakan mengganggu yaitu sebanyak 50% pada usia reproduksi, dan 60-85% pada remaja (Keisya, 2009).Sampai saat ini permasalahan yang sering muncul adalah kurangnya pengetahuan remaja putri dalam menangani dismenorea primer. Berkaitan dengan permasalahan mitra tersebut maka kami melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat tentang optimalisasi pemahaman dalam menangani dismenorea primer dengan cara daring melalui WA Group yang diikuti oleh 33 remaja putri.Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dalam 3 tahap yaitu Tahap Pertama adalah pemilihan sasaran remaja putri, Tahap Kedua adalah melakukan pre test tentang dismenorea, pemberian informasi digital tentang dismenorea,dan melakukan post test tentang dismenorea Tahap Ketiga adalah evaluasi pengetahuan remaja tentang dismeorea dan memberikan hasil pelaksanaan kepada mitra pengabdian. Hasil dari pengabdian digambarkan dengan peningkatan pengetahuan remaja setelah dilakukan penyuluhan tentang penanganan disminore primer.

Cibiuk Restaurant is a typical Sundanese restaurant that is currently the most popular both in the culinary field, but in ordering services it still uses a manual process in its operations. From the food and beverage ordering service process as well as transaction reports, the number of customers who come to order sometimes makes the waiter make mistakes in writing the amount and the service is still less efficient, this is a problem for the waiters at Cibiuk Restaurant. With the increasing development of increasingly high technology, demands for services that are increasingly easy, fast, and practical so as not to depend on notepads. So the purpose of this study is to create a website-based customer service ordering information system using the FCFS method. To make it easier to assist orders in providing First Come First Served services or prioritizing orders that come first is one of the goals of service satisfaction to customers. This researcher collected data using interview and observation techniques at Cibiuk Restaurant. The method used in designing the system is the waterfall method and uses a programming language, namely PHP and MySQL database, with the modeling applied as a prototype. From the results of the design of this service information system, it is hoped that it can help cashiers to be more effective and efficient in terms of time and to improve ordering services at Cibiuk Serang Restaurant.

Creative people exist is a company engaged in land transportation services, initially named UD. Creative. and change CV. Creative move forward together. Founded in early 1989 by Mr. Gobang Wijaya, he has more than twenty years of experience handling transportation and supply of finished goods or raw materials to Jabodetabek and Sumatra. Reservations and receipts of equipment rental orders are still running manually, in ordering equipment rental customers must come directly to the location, this results in limited time for customers to make tool rental orders and very small opportunities for companies to get orders outside working hours. In the midst of intense competition in the business world today, the Company is required to create opportunities to be superior to its competitors. In order to maintain trust and to increase the company's competitiveness, PT. Existing creative people must improve service to customers by fixing problems that often occur in implementation related to leasing at this time. The purpose of this study is to enable customers to place orders for tools remotely without being limited by distance and time. Facilitate companies in disseminating information about tool products offered to customers globally. This research was conducted using data collection methods (observations, interviews, literature studies). The design of the systems used in this research is using the Waterfall method. The designer of the heavy equipment rental information system uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages as the database. The result of this research is an application of a web-based heavy equipment rental information system. With the rental information system is expected to provide convenience to PT. Creative people exist in carrying out their business activities related to leasing.

Nonz Eqy Laundry is a service business that is engaged in washing various types of clothes. The transaction data management system laundry that is currently running still uses the method of writing with paper media to record transactions every day. Without a system that can store laundry, data is vulnerable to lose or damage, and errors are still common in reporting. Based on these problems, it is proposed to create a web-based computerized information system that aims to assist in managing transactions and making laundry. The system is built using the Waterfall, consisting of analysis, design, implementation, and system testing stages. The design stages are carried out with application architecture design, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). The implementation process uses a database and the PHP programming language with h framework Laravel. The final result achieved from this research is that the existence of laundry income reports laundry every month.
