Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kinerja guru yang sudah memiliki sertifikasi pendidik di SMA Negeri 2 Mawasangka Kabupaten Buton Tengah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kinerja guru yang memiliki sertifikasi pendidik diantaranya: (1) Perencanaan pembelajaran yang pertama, Standar Kompetensi, Kompetensi Dasar, Tujuan, Indikator, Materi Ajar, Metode Pembelajaran, dan penilaian atau evaluasi. (2) Rancangan pembelajaran, melakukan kegiatan awal pembelajaran, Kegiatan inti pembelajaran, Kegiatan akhir pembelajaran (3) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran, Sebelum melaksanakan proses pembelajaran materi yang telah dibuat terlebih dahulu harus dipahami dan dimengerti supaya dalam proses belajar mengajar berjalan dengan lancar. (4) menyampaikan tujuan dan kompetensi dasar dapat mengetahui arah dan tujuan materi yang kita bawakan. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 2 Mawasangka yang sudah memiliki sertifiksi pendidik termaksud kategori baik. Dilihat dari peningkatan kinerja guru yang sudah memiliki sertifikasi mencapai 82,5% dari nilai rata-rata keseluruhan indikator.Kata Kunci: Kinerja Guru, Sertifikat Pendidik

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the big five personalities and the fear of missing out (FoMO) in adolescent girls who use social media. In the big five personality variables, the research focused only on three personality traits, namely neuroticism, extraversion, and agreeableness. Meanwhile, two personality traits, namely openness to experience and conscientiousness, were not examined in this study. This type of research is quantitative, with the sampling technique using quota sampling. Research participants are female adolescents who live in Manado City, with an age range of 17 to 20 years, and have social media, with 222 participants. All participants who took part in this study used social media for over 3 hours per day. Data collection was done by distributing two types of questionnaires simultaneously and the questionnaire comprised a big five inventory and fear of missing out scales. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the personality traits of extraversion and agreeableness with the fear of missing out on female social media users. While the neuroticism personality trait does not have a significant relationship.

Abstract

Changes in the minimum age for marriage regulated in Law Number 16 of 2019 have significantly impacted the number of applications for marriage dispensation in North Sulawesi. This service aims to carry out educational activities so that the public understands Law Number 16 of 2019 concerning Marriage Limits. Metode pengabdian ini menggunakan Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) atau pendekatan partisipatif, meliputi pelatihan, pendampingan, dan kolaborasi dengan pemangku kepentingan terkait. Implementasinya dimulai dari koordinasi, sosialisasi kegiatan, tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan, keberlanjutan program, penyusunan laporan, hingga monitoring dan evaluasi. The result of this service is that the socialization runs smoothly with a team that expands the target of this socialization to include teenagers, namely students and parents of teenage children. The efforts made by the service team are to provide an understanding of the impacts of underage marriage. This is very important to do considering the condition of society, where child marriages are increasing day by day.

Abstract

ABSTRACTFacebook is one of the social media that is often used to interact in cyberspace for students. The use of Facebook creates activity patterns that are divided into 4 categories, namely, electronic interactions, self-presentation, voyeurism, and gaming. Four categories of activity patterns of Facebook users can be related to the personality of individuals who use Facebook. The personality that is used to be associated with the pattern of facebook user activity is the big five personality. This study also raises the issue of the relationship between the personality of Facebook users for students in Manado City. The study used quantitative methods and the sampling technique used purposive sampling, with 250 participants. The questionnaires used are The Big Five Personality Inventory (BFI) and the Facebook Instrument Activity Pattern. The results showed that the extraversion personality trait had a significant relationship to electronic interactions and self-presentation. The personality trait of openness to experience has a significant relationship with electronic interactions, self-presentation, and voyeurism. The neuroticism personality trait has a significant relationship with voyeurism.Keywords: Personality. Kepribadian yang digunakan untuk dihubungkan dengan pola dari aktivitas pengguna facebook yaitu the big five personality.Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan quota sampling, dengan 250 partisipan.  Kuisioner yang digunakan yakni The Big Five Personality Inventory (BFI) dan Pattern Activity Facebook Instrument. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa trait kepribadian extraversion memiliki hubungan siginifikan terhadap elektronic interactions dan self-presentation. Trait kepribadian opennes to experience memiliki hubungan signifikan terhadap elektronic interactions, self-presentation, dan voyeurisme. Trait kepribadian neuroticism memiliki hubungan  signifikan terhadap voyeurisme.Kata Kunci: Kepribadian, Pola Aktivitas Pengguna Facebook, dan mahasiswa

Abstract

Reaksi sosial merupakan suatu sikap atau tindakan dilakukan oleh individu atau kelompok individu yang kritis secara sukarela untuk merespon suatu keadaan, situasi atau proses-proses sosial yang terjadi karena ketidakmampuan dalam merespon gejolak sosial secara positif. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Apa yang telah terjadi di Rumah Sakit GMIM Pancaran Kasih Manado karena pihak keluarga pasien mengetahui dan menyadari adanya ketidak wajaran dalam penanganan pasien tersebut dalam pemberian status positif pasien Covid, sehingga mereka tidak percaya, dimana pihak keluarga merasa tidak ada kejelasan, tranparansi dan bukti yang otentik yang menyatakan hasil dari Swab pasien adalah positif Covid-19. Timbulnya sikap dari warga kampung Ternate Baru sebagai bentuk solidaritas untuk keluarga pasien karena sesama warga kampung Ternate Baru yaitu menolak pemakaman jenasah pasien secara prosedur Covid19. Dalam kasus yang terjadi di rumah sakit GMIM pancaran kasih Manado juga telah memberikan dampak negatif yang signifikan dengan status jenasah tersebut yaitu adanya ketidakpercayaan, kesalahpahaman dan stigma negatif pada rumah sakit dan juga keluarga pasien mengenai status jenasah pasien.

Abstract

In Islam, a happy family is called a family that is peaceful, loving, and compassionate. However, how is it in a family inhabited by a husband and wife with disabilities? Of course it will be different and it can be said that it is difficult to achieve a harmonious family. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, the methods used in this study are interviews, observations, and documentation. The subjects studied were a husband and wife with disabilities who lived in Buduran District, Sidoarjo Regency. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that: (1) The understanding of a husband and wife about a harmonious family is: a sense of understanding, mutual acceptance of the partner's condition, tantra and strong in facing every problem that exists, that is what is understood by a husband and wife with disabilities about the meaning of a harmonious family. (2) The efforts of a husband and wife with disabilities in forming a harmonious family are: Willingness in the family to accept the partner's condition is very much needed. They need personal abilities that have existed since childhood. But that does not discourage this family from continuing to earn a living to meet the needs of their family members even in less than normal circumstances. Creating a sense of comfort and peace in the family is a need that must be achieved. (3) Obstacles in the household of people with disabilities, both economic problems, lack of knowledge, and physical disabilities in family members. To deal with this, people with disabilities must be more patient and resigned to accepting the trials in life and remain enthusiastic in trying to pursue their ideals in household life.
