Abstracts : This research was motivated by the inheritance disputes that occur in society Batak Toba Mandau sub Bengkalis. Caused by the erosion of a sense of family kinship, especially in Batak society. As an alternative solution used is through the Act, namely Consulting, Negotiation, Mediation, Conciliation and Artbitrase and through Customary Law ie Marhata (family council) and the Institute of Traditional. The problem of this research is How the Inheritance Dispute Resolution In Batak Toba Society Saber In District Bengkalis? The purpose of this study is to explain the Community Dispute Resolution Waris Batak Toba Saber In District Bengkalis. The study population was Batak Toba people who have had disputes of inheritance amounted to 23 people, indigenous leader 1 and the sample was 24 people. Data collection instruments which the questionnaire consists of 34 questions. Analysis of data using qualitative descriptive analysis. These results indicate that the community Batak Toba Mandau sub Bengkalis in resolving disputes and inheritance seen from the percentage 24 as much as 28.13% of respondents categorized rarely use the Act, whereas 58.34% are categorized often use Customary Law with the highest percentage 54.17 % by respondents as many as 13 respondents using Marhata way (the family council).Keywords: Inheritance dispute,community batak toba

Abstract: This study is based on a student with such SMA Negeri 4 Bagan Sinembah that affect their learning outcomes, a tendency to not be eliminated discipline in students in order to achieve maximum learning results, acts of indisipline arrive late, do not wear school uniform in accordance with School, and many more. In teaching and learning outcomes that satisfy the student are required to discipline, both within the school and outside of school and living environment. The problem in this research is how the effect of the application of school to the learning outcomes of Pancasila and Citizenship education class X SMA Negeri 4 Bagan Sinembah. The study aims to determine the effect of the application of school to the learning outcomes of Pancasila and Citizenship education class X SMA Negeri 4 Bagan Sinembah. This research was conducted in SMA Negeri 4 Bagan sinembah Disctrict Rokan Hilir with the population 128 people and sample 32 people. This File collection techniques were collected through observation, questionnaire, and documentation. Research result the effect of the application of school to the learning outcomes of Pancasila and Citizenship education class X SMA Negeri 4 Bagan Sinembah is significant or affected positively by Y =12,852 + 0,145X. In means constant value 12,852 of which means that if the application of discipline in school is assumed not to exist, then the result is worth unit students learn citizenship. The effect of the application of discipline in shool on learning outcomes can be seen from the regression coefficient which direction relations are positive signs that describe that positive relationship which means that if the application of discipline in schools increased by one unit then PPKn student learning outcomes obtained for 0,145 the unit.Keywords: Application, Discipline, Student Learning Outcomes2

Abstract: This study was done to see the classification of political consciousness of community participation. The issues raised from this researchÂ is the classification of political consciousness of community participation in the election of mayor and deputy mayor dumai 2015 in nine cities dumai river districts. This study aims to determine the classification of political consciousness of community participation in the election of mayor and deputy mayor dumai 2015 in nine cities dumai river districts. Populatuon in this study were all nine river district community are included in the permanent electoral list (DPT) for the elections in 2015 as many as 20.374 people. The sample size is determined by the technique according to the technique Sugiyono sampling area. In the first phase determines the sample area with 50% of the number of villages at random. While in the second phase which determine the people who exist in the region by means of proportion, the number of samples from study tables Isaac and Michael provide ease of determining the number of samples based on the error rate of 1%, 5% adn 10%. With this table, researchers can directly determine the sample size based on population and the error rate in wills. This study samples taken by 161 people. The method used is quntitative descriptive. The results showed taht the group of active participation of 60 respondents, as many as 31 respondents apathetic group, a radical militant group of 30 respondents, and the passive group of 40 respondents. Abstract: This research is motivated by the problems that arise from the observations made by the researcher that is the community's consumption of technology makes the world of technology increasingly popular among students of one of the high-tech communication and computer-like functions is Smartphone, the phenomenon of smartphone use in the students, there are two main factors in Its use is the factor of need and lifestyle. The purpose of this research is to know the use of smartphone (intensity of exploiting, ease of access, and browsing tool) to know student learning result using smartphone and influence smartphone usage as learning resource to student learning result. Grand theory used for variable use of Smartphone Istiyanto (2013) and Munir (2014) while for student learning result variable suprijono (2013). This research method using quantitative descriptive analysis, the data in the analysis using simple linear regression. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the percentage of respondents' responses to the use of free smartphones (Variable X) for the intensity of social network utilization is 91.03%, the intensity of web browsing utilization is 84.62%, for ease of accessing social network of 96, 15%, for ease of accessing web browsing for 87.18% this shows free smartphone usage as student learning resource in PPKn subject very good based on yardstick in range 75,01% - 100%. Based on the results of research, easy to find information, access teaching materials, journals and other tasks from Web browsing and Social network internet access so that the government provides internet network in various areas so that teachers can use to improve the learning process as a source of student learning.Keyword: Use of free smartphones, result learning

Abstract: This research is reviewed by teachers in adolescent development and in the implementation of globalization. Once the author took the title "The Role of Teacher In cope with Juvenile Delinquency in Senior High School (SMA) Negeri 3 Tapung Kampar District". The formulation of the problem in this research is How the role of teachers in tackling juvenile delinquency of students of SMA Negeri 3 Tapung? The purpose of this study is to determine the role of teachers in tackling juvenile delinquency of students of SMA Negeri 3 Tapung according to the perspective of teachers and to know the role of teachers in tackling juvenile delinquency of students of SMA Negeri 3 Tapung according to student perspective. The population of this study are all teachers of SMA Negeri 3 Tapung that require 31 people and 2nd grade students of SMA Negeri 3 Tapung with population 210 people, and taken 31 people as sample with propotional random sampling technique. Data collected through observation, questionnaires, documentation and literature study. In analyzing the data, using qualitative descriptive analysis. The formulation of the hypothesis formulated is "teacher learning in cope with juvenile delinquency in SMA Negeri 3 Tapung" is "Very Good".The results of this study indicate the role of teachers in tackling juvenile delinquency in SMA 3 Tapung according to the perspective of teachers, seen from the percentage of 31 respondents teachers stated 27.59% for the category very often, 57.26% for the category often, 14.64% for the category sometimes , And 0.48% for the category never. And according to the perspective of the 31 respondents stated 33.87% for the category very often, 54.03 for the frequent category, 6.4 for the occasional category, and 5.64 for the category never.Keywords: Teacher's Role, Cope withJuvenile Delinquency

Abstract: This research is influenced by the transformation of Tungkat Batin Batang Nilo Monti Raja’s role on Petalangan tribe in Betung which become a social phenomenon in that community. Tungkat Batin Batang Nilo has a role to keep of Tuah, keep of Marwah, Maintaining Dignity customs, determining the rights of indigenous, to protect the rights of indigenous, and foster cousin. In fact, on this time Tungkat Batin Batang Nilo Monti Raja as a leader in his community has no longer do his own duty. The main question in this research is how does the role of Tungkat Batin Batang Nilo Monti Raja on Petalangan tribe in Betung district Pangkalan Kuras, Pelalawan. The purpose of the research is to know the role of Tungkat Batin Batang Nilo Monti Raja in Betung district Pangkalan Kuras, Pelalawan. The population of the research is 57 people. The researcher used qualitative method. The hypothesis in this research is that there is no single role of Tungkat Batin Batang Nilo Monti Raja on Petalangan tribe in Betung district Pangkalan Kuras, Pelalawan. Abstract: This study aims to determine whether there are patterns of socialization influences the religious values of Islam in a religious family against the behavior of children in urban districts Sukajadi Sukajadi pekanbaru city where at this time the rise of children's negative behaviors such as talking dirty to her, speaking disrespectful to parents, fight even stealing. Negative attitudes that made the child can damage the child's personality and disturbing the public. Population and samples in this study were all Moslem community who have children aged 7-13 years who reside in the Village District of Sukajadi Sukajadi totaling 631 households. While sampling techniques using simple random sampling technique ie 63 respondents 63 respondents parents and one child from the parents aged 7-13 years. Data were collected through interview techniques, questionnaires, and literature. In analyzing the data using quantitative deskripstif. Then the data were analyzed using statistical tests with SPSS version 17. Obtained results it can be concluded that the calculated F (5.617) ≥ F table (2.761) with Sig. (0.002) ≤ (0.05). Thus, there is a significant relationship between the variable patterns of socialization religious values of Islam in a religious family and child behavior variables. That is, that whether or not the child's religious behavior is determined or influenced by the application of the socialization patterns of religious values by parents.Keywords: Socialization patterns, Religious Child Behavior

Abstract : This study was motivated by several of the children who found their caregivers who imposed the will to them so that they have a negative judgment to their caregiver, There are some children who think that their caregivers are less concerned about ther interests of foster children so that they feel neglected by caregivers, Then, if there are they are in foster care in some children did a mistake and broke the rules, they will get sanction such as cutting their allowance that it makes the child feel that their caregivers. Because of the small number of caregivers in this orphanage is causing, some didnâ€™t care about the children feel less attention, so the emergence of some perception of children to caregivers. The purpose of this study was to determine the same perception Against Children in Orphanages Parenting Al-Hidayah Payung Sekaki Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all foster children Orphanage Al-Hidayah Payung Sekaki Pekanbaru which consist of 26 people. The Data collection is a questionnaire for foster children that consists of 18 questions and a structured interview for caregivers in order to strengthen the questionnaire answers to questions. Qualitative analysis of data with through percentage. From the calculation of the percentage of respondents overall earned Very Good answer as much as 77.38% are in the range of 75, 01% - 100%. Thus the hypothesis that perception of Children Against Parenting otherwise lacking in both the Orphanage Al-Hidayah Payung Sekaki Pekanbaru in decline. Based on the research results, it can be stated that the perception Against Children in Orphanages Parenting Al-Hidayah Payung Sekaki Pekanbaru is very good.Key Words : Perception, The Parenting

Abstract: The implementation of Java traditional wedding in the BayPlantation Village Panji People Kampung District of South Labuhanbatu of NorthSumatra has undergone a change. This study aims to determine what factors are thecause of the shift in the Java community customary marriage Plantation Village PeopleKampung Teluk Panji District of South Labuhan Batu regency of North Sumatra.Respondents in this study were 182 heads of household and 2 elders. Data collectiontechniques are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The methodused is the method of combination of quantitative and qualitative (mixed methodes).This method is done with the data processing result data is presented through thecalculation of the percentage and given an explanation. Abstract This study was based on the rules in MTs.Miftahul Jannah Peranap the use of penalty sanctions and fines to improving student learning discipline, But usually fined in Indonesia one that is still lacking and not commonly used. so the author title”Student’s perceptions of the effectiveness of sanctions and fines to improving student learning discipline in MTs . Miftahul Jannah Peranap, sub district Indragiri Hulu.’’ formulation of the problem is how student’s perceptions of the effectiveness of sanctions and fines to improving student learning discipline in MTs. Miftahul Jannah Peranap. The purpose of this study is to know student’s perceptions of the effectiveness of sanctions and finesto improving student learning discipline in MTs. Miftahul Jannah Peranap. The population of this research are 258 people with a total sample of 65 people Instrument of data collection that questionnaire consists of 35 questions. Data were analyzed with qualitative descriptiveby percentage. From the calculation of the percentage of respondent sob tained answers Highly Effectiveas much as (78,1%) which lies in the range 76% - 100%. Thus the hypothesis that students' perceptions about the effectiveness of sanctions and fines is applied in MTs Miftahul Jannah Peranap “less effective” to improving student learning discipline. Based on research results, It can be concluded that the students' perception of the effectiveness of sanctions and fines to improving discipline for students at MTs .
