Abstract

Abstract: This research is reviewed by teachers in adolescent development and in the implementation of globalization. Once the author took the title "The Role of Teacher In cope with Juvenile Delinquency in Senior High School (SMA) Negeri 3 Tapung Kampar District". The formulation of the problem in this research is How the role of teachers in tackling juvenile delinquency of students of SMA Negeri 3 Tapung? The purpose of this study is to determine the role of teachers in tackling juvenile delinquency of students of SMA Negeri 3 Tapung according to the perspective of teachers and to know the role of teachers in tackling juvenile delinquency of students of SMA Negeri 3 Tapung according to student perspective. The population of this study are all teachers of SMA Negeri 3 Tapung that require 31 people and 2nd grade students of SMA Negeri 3 Tapung with population 210 people, and taken 31 people as sample with propotional random sampling technique. Data collected through observation, questionnaires, documentation and literature study. In analyzing the data, using qualitative descriptive analysis. The formulation of the hypothesis formulated is "teacher learning in cope with juvenile delinquency in SMA Negeri 3 Tapung" is "Very Good".The results of this study indicate the role of teachers in tackling juvenile delinquency in SMA 3 Tapung according to the perspective of teachers, seen from the percentage of 31 respondents teachers stated 27.59% for the category very often, 57.26% for the category often, 14.64% for the category sometimes , And 0.48% for the category never. And according to the perspective of the 31 respondents stated 33.87% for the category very often, 54.03 for the frequent category, 6.4 for the occasional category, and 5.64 for the category never.Keywords: Teacher's Role, Cope withJuvenile Delinquency

Abstract

Abstract: The Tribe Akit community is one of the remote communities in Riau, one of them is in Sokop Village, District of Rangsang Pesisir of Meranti Regency, where the Akit Tribe is included in Remote Indigenous Community (KAT). Based on the phenomenon that occurs Akit Tribe people who have dropped out of school for formal education from elementary school (SD), junior high school (SMP), High School (SMA), and Higher Education. Akit Tribe Society has the same rights as other tribes in getting education, this is in accordance with Article 31 Paragraph 1 of the 1945 Constitution which states that "every citizen is entitled to education”. This research is purpose to find out what factors affecting in akit tribal communities uncontinued in formal education in sokop village sub district of coastal rangsang meranti archipelago district. The respondent in this research was 75 of akit tribes who uncontinued in formal education. Data collection techniques used; observation, questionnaires, interviews, documentation and literature. The research of this method used descriptive qualitative method. Based on the result of this research can be concluded the percentage recapitulation of the respondentsquestionnaire answers about the analysis of factors affecting akit tribal communities uncontinued informal education that is due the parents economic factor in which 73.22% giving "yes" statement and 26.78% giving "no" statement, This is seen from the sub indicators about the parents economic factor affecting tribal communities uncontinued formal in education.Keyword: Akit tribe, The factor, uncontinued education

Abstract

Abstract This study was based on the rules in MTs.Miftahul Jannah Peranap the use of penalty sanctions and fines to improving student learning discipline, But usually fined in Indonesia one that is still lacking and not commonly used. so the author title”Student’s perceptions of the effectiveness of sanctions and fines to improving student learning discipline in MTs . Miftahul Jannah Peranap, sub district Indragiri Hulu.’’ formulation of the problem is how student’s perceptions of the effectiveness of sanctions and fines to improving student learning discipline in MTs. Miftahul Jannah Peranap. The purpose of this study is to know student’s perceptions of the effectiveness of sanctions and finesto improving student learning discipline in MTs. Miftahul Jannah Peranap. The population of this research are 258 people with a total sample of 65 people Instrument of data collection that questionnaire consists of 35 questions. Data were analyzed with qualitative descriptiveby percentage. From the calculation of the percentage of respondent sob tained answers Highly Effectiveas much as (78,1%) which lies in the range 76% - 100%. Thus the hypothesis that students' perceptions about the effectiveness of sanctions and fines is applied in MTs Miftahul Jannah Peranap “less effective” to improving student learning discipline. Based on research results, It can be concluded that the students' perception of the effectiveness of sanctions and fines to improving discipline for students at MTs . Mifathul Jannah Peranap Indragiri Hulu sub district is Very Effective.Keywords : Perception , Effectiveness , Sanctions and fines , Discipline Learning .

Abstract

Abstract: This research background Pancasila as the outlook of the nation ofIndonesia, Pancasila because in essence is not only a result of contemplation thinkingperson or group of persons as the ideologies that exist in the world. However Pancasilavalues extracted from the customs, cultural values and religious values contained in theIndonesian nation. As well as the implementation of the Community PerkawiananPetalangan Ceremony in District Bandar Petalangan Pelalawan are carried down fromgeneration-kegenari. Formulation of the problem in this study is whether embodied thevalues of Pancasila in Petalangan Community Marriage Ceremony in District BendarPetalangan Pelalawan. The purpose of this study was to determine the values ofPancasila contained in Petalangan Community Marriage Ceremony in District BandarPetalangan Pelalawan. The population in this study is the whole community that theDistrict Bandar Petalangan been doing weddings. While the sampling techniquemenggunanakan purposive sampling technique as many as 50 people from 4,038families who have been married. Data collection techniques used in this research thatuse traditional questionnaires, interviews and document as well. Data analysistechniques used in this research is descriptive quantitative by using the formula P = F /n x 100%. The results showed (6) the dominant indicator that there nilia Pancasilavalues with the average percentage of respondents to answer "Yes" for (91.47%), and(6) other less dominant indicator that there are values of Pancasila with the averagepercentage of respondents to answer "Yes" for (79.33%). So it can be totaled from 50the percentage of respondents who stated that there are values of Pancasila inCeremony Perkawianan Petalangan Society at (85.4%), including the benchmarks"Yes" is between 50.01% -100%. So in this study proved that Petalangan CommunityMarriage Ceremony in District Bandar Petalangan Pelalawan contains the values ofPancasila.Keywords: Values Pancasila, Petalangan Community Marriage Ceremony

Abstract

Abstract: This study background of the lack of a sense of nationalist, students forget the identity of his own nation, more individualistic and hedonism. This is because students are not able to filter out the influence of modernization that has penetrated into every aspect of life. So writer take the title "Influence of Modernist Perspective on Nationalism on Student Behaviour SMA Negeri 1 Bantan". Formulation of the problem in this research is a modernist perspective How does the behavior of nationalism in the students of SMAN 1 Bantan. This study aims to determine the effect on the behavior of nationalism modernist perspective on students SMA Negeri 1 Bantan. The sample consists of all students of class X, students of class XI and XII CLASS IPS SMAN 1 Bantan. Students who numbered 358 students and was taken by 20% to 72 students. Data collection instruments, namely a questionnaire consisting of 42 questions, 23 questions for the variables X and Y. 19 questions for variable data were analyzed using linear regression. Based on data analysis, there is significant influence on the behavior of nationalism modernist perspective on students SMA Negeri 1 Bantan, this is evidenced by a series of simple regression test between the variables X and Y, obtained F count 7.51 and 3.98 F table value obtained from the study of the distribution list F table with N = 72, at significance level of 5%, thus F count > F table, or 7.51> 3.98. Thus the hypothesis in this study is accepted that there is the influence of the modernist perspective on the behavior of nationalism in the students of SMAN 1 Bantan. Abstract

Abstract:This event will be based on research by the existence of extracurricular activities dance in SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru. Extracurricular dance art is an activity that is implemented outside of school lessons and is associated with beauty and rhythmic body movements followed by a resounding – sounds or music. Extracurricular dance is also a means for the development of creativity against the interest, talent and potential that exist in the student., therefore one establishment of creative character in the scope of the school's extracurricular program is art, especially the art of dance. Hence the formulation of the problem of the research is "How can the influence of extracurricular activities dance Towards the formation of Character  Creative students in SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru?", with the aim to find out how the influence of extracurricular activities dance towards the formation of character creative students in SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru. This research is useful for readers to add insight and information on character education.The method of this research is quantitative deksriptif. Data collection instruments used in this study i.e. the now consisting of 20 questions/ statement about influence of extracurricular dance (variable X) and 23 questions/ statement about the creative character of the students (variable Y). The data were analyzed using Linear Regression. With such a hypothesis stating "there are extra-curricular activities influence dance against the formation of creative character sman 4 Pekanbaru received.". This is evidenced by a series of simple regression test between variables X and Y variables, acquired Fhitung and Ftabel values are 12,47 >4, 10 obtained from the study of the distribution list Ftabel with the N39, at significant levels of 5, thus Ftabel, Fhitung or 12,47 >4, 10. So the hypothesis on this research accepted that there was a significant influence on extracurricular  activities    dance towards   the formation of character creative students in SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru. Abstract

Abstract: This research conducted because of this study religious behavior religiosity student or students at SMAN 2 Rambah Hilir virtually indistinguishable between students who are active and nonactive Rohis. So writer take the title "Comparative Study of Religiosity of Students Active and Non Active in Extracurricular Activities (Rohis) at SMAN 2 Rambah Hilir Rokan Hulu Regency". Formulation of the problem in this research is how religiosity comparison class XI students active and not active in extracurricular activities (Rohis) at SMAN 2 Rambah Hilir Rokan Hulu Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine how the comparison religiosity Class of XI students active and not active in extracurricular activities (Rohis) at SMAN 2 Rambah Hilir Rokan Hulu Regency. Extracurricular activities Rohis have a very big role in the improvement of students' religious attitude that is as a motivator, creator, innovator, integrator, and Sublimator-. This is evidenced by the awareness of students to worship and morality against Allah, parents, teachers, peers, and the environment (Mushbihah Rodliyatun, 2013). The sampling technique used in this study is simple random sampling. The population in this study is 123 students and the sample amounted to 62 students, which is active Rohis 31 students and 31 students were inactive Rohis. Namely data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The main data derived from the questionnaire, consisting of demographic questions and religiosity students 4 students 29 questions. Data were analyzed with descriptive quantitative. Data were analyzed by percentage. From the calculation of the percentage of respondents, obtained religiosity students active and inactive Rohis Rohis have differences. Based on statistical tests to determine whether there are differences in religiosity students active and inactive Rohis by using t-test formula obtained t = 3.37, then ttable with level of confidence 95% (a) = 0,05 was obtained ttabel = 2.00 , So, thitung ˃ ttable or 3.27 ˃ 2.00. Thus, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted that there are significant differences in religiosity between class XI students active and not active in extracurricular activities (Rohis) at SMAN 2 Rambah Hilir Rokan Hulu Regency. Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the values of the democratic character that are important to be cultivated to the whole society including students. Democracy is very important to the students, because students are the agent of change and the agent of control in a nation. The problem formulation of this research is Are There the Values of Democratic Character in the Activities of the Student Executive Board of Riau University? and Are There Obstacles in the Development of Democratic Process in the Student Executive Board of Riau University? This research is aimed to determine the values of the democratic character of the Student Executive Board of Riau University and to determine whether there are obstacles in the process of democratic development. The population of this research was 157 students of the Student Executive Board members of Riau University. In determining the sample, the researcher used proportional random sampling technique. The sample of this research was 40 respondents. The data were collected by observing, giving the questionnaire, interviewing, and doing literature technique. In analyzing the data, the researcher used quantitative descriptive analysis with percentage. Based on the result of this research, it can be concluded that the percent of the respondents who answered very often and often was 95.36%. If it is between 81.00% - 100%, it can be categorized that there are the values of democratic character, which are equal rights, equal participation, and the principle of majority. And also concludes that there is no obstacle in the development of democratic process in the Student Executive Board (BEM) of Riau University. It can be proven by the percent of the respondents who answered very often and often was 2.36%. If it is between 0.00% - 55.00% , it can be categorized that there is no obstacle in the development of democratic process.Keywords: Democratic Character, BEM

Abstract :This research was almost the assumption that to be witness is very compleceted of evildoers crimes, while information given a witness needed to know a crime. The writer’s have given a guarantee of protection and safety to witnesses and the number is UU 31 of 2014. Students as the intellectual sued for to participate in assisting communities to provide support to the want to get statment in a crime.Students also forced to attend the wheels goverment according to values of Pancasilae specially sila number 2 and humanity fair and civilized always upholds justice for indonesian citizens. The purpose of this study was to determine students' perceptions about the protection of witnesses and victims based on UU No. 31 of 2014 in the Department of PIPS FKIP Riau University.This research was conducted at the Department of PIPS FKIP University of Riau in Pekanbaru. The Samples of this research is 62 people. Using proportional random samples. Technique analysis data from this study were obtained from questionnaires, observation and documentation. The Mechanical of data were analyzed descriptive quantitative, in processing of data obtained from a questionnaire distributed to respondents is presented in the form of a percentage, using the formula P = F / N x 100%. Based on the writer's observation that the perception of students in the field of protection of witnesses and victims based on number 31 of 2014 at the Department of PIPS FKIP Riau University is "good enough".Key Words: Perception Students, Protection, Witness and victims

Abstract: This research was conducted in the village of Bagan Bhakti Jaya subdistrict Hall Rokan Hilir. The background of this study is still the presence of children who are not melajutkan secondary education. This can be seen in data from the Village office Bagan Bhakti children who do not continue secondary education numbered 21 people at age 11-15 years. The problem of this research is what are the factors that cause children do not continue secondary education (middle and high school) in the village of Bagan Bhakti districts Balai Jaya subdistrict Hall Rokan Hilir. This study aims to determine the factors that cause children do not continue secondary education (middle and high school) in the village of Bagan Bhakti districts Balai Jaya subdistrict Hall Rokan Hilir. As for the population in this study were all children who do not continue secondary education at the age of 11-15 years in the village of Bagan Bhakti Central District of Rokan Hilir districts Balai Jaya totaling 21 people, while the sample in this research is the students complete primary school by 9 people, and as many as 12 students graduated from the junior high school. A sampling technique that uses total sampling technique. The technique of collecting data were collected through observation, questionnaires, interviews, literature, and documentation. Results of research on Analysis of Causes Children No Continuing Secondary Education In the village of Bagan Bhakti Jaya subdistrict Hall Rokan Hilir in the can that be a contributing factor is boredom with the percentage of 71.43% and the economic situation of families with the percentage of 80.95%.Keywords: Factors contributing, children don’t go on secondary education
