Abstract

Abstract: This research is based on the increasing number of students who continue their study in Out of School Education Study Program, University of Riau. The research problem is whether the factor that influences student choose out of school education in University of Riau?. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect students choose Out of School Education Study Program in University of Riau. The population in this research as many as 181 students of Out of School Education in University of Riau and the sample of this research is 64 students of Out of School Education in University of Riau with a crisis level of 10%, the sample used is proportionate stratified random sampling. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire with 52 statements and after the trial, there are 46 valid statements to be used as research instruments. Data analysis through Quantitative Descriptive analysis. From the calculation of percentage of answers obtained the findings of research Factors Affecting Students Choosing Out of School Education Study Program in University of Riau is an internal factor with the percentage value (SS + S) 70.93% This means that internal factors have a high influence on students in choosing Out of School Education Study Program in University of Riau.Keywords: Factor Affecting, Out of School Education Study Program

Abstract: Research it is based on factor that influences residents learn enter paket C in Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Bina Kreasi Kecamatan Tenayan Raya Kota Pekanbaru seen from residents learn factors PKBM. Factor that influences residents learn enter paket C look at from 9 the basis of implementation in Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Bina Kreasi Kecamatan Tenayan Raya Kota pekanbaru the study group, a source of learning (tutor), learning (the public, management, implementing ), of learning tools, place learning, pogram learning, yeast learning, funds learning and study results. The formulation the research is how high factors affect people learn entering paket C in Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Bina Kreasi Kecamatan Tenayan Raya Kota Pekanbaru?. The purpose of this research is to know the level of factors affect residents learn enter paket c in Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Bina Kreasi Kecamatan Tenayan Raya Kota Pekanbaru. Population in this study as many as 35 people .Then the researcher take altogether for the study sample 35 people for research in Bina Kreasi and 20 people to the trial elsewhere by using saturated techniques of sampling. An instrument data collection namely poll with 65 a statement and if the trial live 60 a statement that valid to make instrument in research. Through data analysis of the quantitative descriptive analysis. Abstract

Abstract: This research is based on the difference of education in every tarekat surau in Rokan Hulu regency. The formulation of this research problem is how about this prosess of education tarekat in Surau Qawiyyul Amin Rokan Hulu regency ?. The purpose of this research is to know the form of education in Surau Qawiyyul Amin Rokan Hulu district. Informants in this study are the researchers themselves and respondents as many as 3 people who have been selected by researchers. The sample used is propoersive sampling. This research instrument uses interview, observation and documentation. The result of the analysis that can be drawn conclusion of tarekat education process in Surau Qawiyyul Amin is done by doing orientation period, then bai'at, then follow the routine activity of charity weekly (wirid).Keywords: education, tarekat in Surau Qawiyyul Amin

Abstract: Research it is based on factors some parents do not send their children to higher degrees in the village Binuang Kecamatan Bangkinang Seen from the parents are send their children to school. Factors some parents do not send their children to higher degrees in the village Binuang Kecamatan Bangkinang Seen from the education, the economic and the community. What factors some parents do not send their children to higher degrees in the village Binuang Kecamatan Bangkinang?. So the purpose this study is to some parents do not send their children to higher degrees in the village Binuang Kecamatan Bangkinang. And, research is expected to become guidelines for older people in send their children to school. The research also is expected to help and loosening take actions repair to next, for parents to send their children. Population in this study as many as 50 people. Then the researcher take intended to the sample 30 people for research and 20 people we will try to, with uses the technique of sampling jenuh. An instrument data collection namely poll with 40 a statement and if the trial live 37 a statement that valid to make instrument in research. Through data analysis of the quantitative descriptive analysis. So, a conclusion can be drawn that, some parents do not send their children to higher degrees in the village Binuang Kecamatan Bangkinang within high. Abstract

Abstract: This research purpose this to determine the identification of the problems of women working in PT. InteryasaMelurPekanbaru. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Qualitative methods attempt to understand and interpret the meaning of an event interaction of human behavior in specific situations according to the researcher's own perspective. To obtain an objective conclusion, qualitative research to try to explore and break through to interpreting symptoms or problems with collecting a combination of the various issues presented in the situation. Data collection techniques in this research is by observation, interview and documentation. Data obtained from informants. Informants in this study were taken as many as four people with one person as an observer. Where the research was conducted at PT. InteryasaMelurPekanbaru. When the study was planned since this research proposal seminar and followed by the writing of undergraduate education up to the test of S1. Based on the analysis of data that has the writer suggested, outlined the following conclusions on research findings about the identification of the problems of women working in PT. InteryasaMelurPekanbaru, is as follows: 1) Problems of women working in PT. InteryasaMelurPekanbaru based on internal factor for yourself, the cost requirements for children, career, household and family income. 2) Problems of women working in PT. InteryasaMelurPekanbaru based on external factors as it has got the support of her husband, the presence of children and the support of close family (father / mother / uncle and others).3) Problems of women working in PT. Abstract

Abstract: The study proposed to find out the kinds of Discipline applied Parents in Parenting in Perawang, Tualang Sub-District,Siak Regency. The study used descriptive research with quantitative approach. This study used a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. This method proposed to give an overview of the state of the ongoing research on the object of the kinds of discipline is applied parents in parenting. The data collection technique of this study was the observation and questionnaires. Data obtained from the questionnaire, all the statements in the questionnaire were presented in the form of a Likert scale adapted to the statement. The place of this research is in Perawang, Tualang Sub-District,Siak Regency. This study conducted in September 2014- January 2015.The population of this study was the parents who have children aged 6-10 years, totaling 100 people, while a sample was 50 parents. Based on the summary table overview of the kind of discipline applied parents in parentingin Perawang, Tualang Sub-District, Siak Regency, the indicator mean value of Ototarian Discipline was 2.2 with sd 0.93, the mean value of Discipline Permissive was1.94 with sd 0.78, mean value of Democratic Discipline was 2.82 with sd. 0.92.Based on the survey results revealed that the kind of discipline that most applied parents in parenting in Perawang, Tualang Sub-District, Siak Regency was DemocraticDiscipline. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the level of need for Mechanics at Honda Showroom Soekarno Hatta Pekanbaru. This is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was a mechanic at Honda Showroom Soekarno Hatta Pekanbaru. The samples in this study is the saturated sample. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire containing 53 items statements, the level of mechanical needs at Honda Showroom Soekarno Hatta Pekanbaru. Alternative answers every item has a statement is very true category is given a score of 4 (four), actually given a score of 3 (three), not really given a score of 2 (two), so not really given a score of 1 (one). From these results it is known that the level of the mechanical requirements on Honda Showroom Soekarno Hatta Pekanbaru included in the high category. This is evidenced from the data summary are: 1. Physiological needs, it is known that 84.11% of respondents answered very true and correct. 2. The need for security, it is known that in this aspect of 85.15% of the respondents answered very true and correct. 3. The need for love and belonging-owned, it is known that 79.27% of respondents who answered very true and correct. 4. The need for an award, it is known that 78.89% of respondents who answered very true and correct answer. 5. The need for self-actualization, it is known that in this aspect as much as 74.59% of respondents who answered very true and correct. This means that the level of the mechanical requirements on Honda Showroom Soekarno Hatta Pekanbaru included in the high category. Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated lack of parental involvement in children's education in SD Islam Al-Kawthar Simpang Baru Village District of Tampan. The research problems are Is parental involvement in children's education in SD Islam Al-Kawthar village Baru Simpang sub-district Charming. The purpose of this study was to determine the involvement of parents in the education of children in elementary Islam Al-Kawthar Baru Simpang Village District of Handsome. The population in this study were 106 parents and samples of this study 31 parents with a critical level of 10%, the sample used is random sampling. Data collection instruments, namely a questionnaire with 109 statements and after the trial lived 85 valid statement to be made in the instrument of research. Data analysis through quantitative descriptive analysis. Presentation of the answers obtained from the calculation results based on the indicators of cognitive expressed a positive attitude adolescent negative 89.24% and 2.25%. While based on affective aspects declare a positive attitude adolescent negative 44.21% and 47.51%. Furthermore, it can be seen from the aspect conative stating positive attitude adolescent negative 43.67% and 47.63%.Keywords: Parent involvement, Children's Education

Abstrack : This study aims to determine equivalency education program learningpackages in PKBM Handayani Village Tanjuang Suliki Bungo District 50 District of theCity. This study was conducted Tanjuang Bungo village. This type of research isdescriptive qualitative research in the form of informant as much as 6 people. Dataobtained through observation, documentation, and interviews, and analyzed usingtriangulation techniques. Abstract

Abstract : Every people certainly have to hope for something. Similarly for Talang Mamak tribe in Talang Jerinjing village, sub distric Rengat Barat, district of Indragiri Hulu. They have expectations for a better educational services. To be able to compete in the global era as now, education is very important. The Talang Mamak tribe is one of the tribe or society that secluded, nomaden, and live in groups at forest.  So to gain access for formal education is difficult to get. This study aims to find out the expectations of society Talang Mamak tribe of educational services in Talang Jerinjing village, sub distric Rengat Barat, district of Indragiri Hulu. Based on the analysis performed with the data obtained from the observation method of data collection, data collection with interviews, data collection techniques to document, and triangulation of data collection techniques then take the conclusion, that most of the Talang Mamak tribe in the Talang Jerinjing village are hope the education service in the village can make them able to compete to toher in the era of technology information today. The people of Talang Mamak tribe in the Talang Jerinjing village also hopes the education service will make them to be recognized, just like any other community.
