Abstract

In general, agriculture is a neutral sector in a country. In this case, many countries rely on the agricultural sector, where agriculture is the primary production in economic development, often referred to as agrarian countries. The main objective of agricultural policy is to maintain agricultural production by achieving economic benefits compatible with poverty reduction as a final reaction to meet the population's social needs with the least possible impact. Seeing the problems and opportunities in the agricultural sector that also have socio-political impacts, this research is vital to understanding the implications and implementation of agricultural policies. This research uses a bibliometric analysis method to see the research development with the keyword "agriculture policy" on Google Scholar search with a vulnerable time in 2020-2023, which produces data for as many as 155 articles. The results show that the publication trend regarding "agriculture policy" has critical players who are relevantly attracting scientists to study by looking at the trend of keywords that most often come out, making discussions about agricultural policy a form of literature that can be a reference or consideration in policy making. Thus, food policy research must also continue to be carried out to obtain new knowledge as a reference in advancing agriculture in the scope of science.

Abstract

Every General Election, the citizens of Medan City face quite a challenge in exercising their right to vote. Lack of political understanding may be the cause of the low voter participation among the citizens of Medan City. Passive activities in political education and political socialization contributed to the low level of involvement in Medan City. Therefore, the purpose of this service is to inform youth groups about digital-based political education through digital content development training. Participatory Learning and Action methods through learning procedures that combine lecture techniques and participatory discussions to group learning are carried out in this activity. Service activities carried out for Youth Karang Taruna, Medan Johor Subdistrict, include: First, learning about political education. Second, improve digital literacy competence and digital content creation. Third, training to become a content creator. The results of the service recommend activity participants improve their skills in creating digital content. Further development and training are needed to be skilled in honing the ability to produce digital content. For the sake of knowledge that is implemented in the form of digital-based political education, continuous guidance and assistance are needed for Youth Karang Taruna, Medan Johor District.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid 19 menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan besar di semua sektor, termasuk pariwisata. Kegiatan pariwisata yang berkaitan dengan kunjungan langsung wisatawan ke objek wisata menjadi turun secara signifikan akibat adanya kebijakan pemerintah mengenai pembatasan sosial berskala besar. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi berbasis digital menjadi salah satu cara pihak pengelola objek wisata dalam melakukan komunikasi pemasaran berbasis digital. Penelitian ini membahas tentang penerapan media digital sebagai bagian dari strategi digital marketing dalam meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan ke objek wisata Tebing Breksi dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dalam bentuk analisis SWOT (strength, weakness, opportunity, thread). Sumber pengumpulan datanya adalah primer, yakni wawancara dengan pihak pengelola, dan sekunder melalui observasi di media sosial dan website resmi Tebing Breksi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Wisata Tebing Breksi memanfaatkan website, media sosial, dan aplikasi Visiting Yogyakarta sebagai media pemasaran digital, baik dalam bentuk informasi hingga reservasi. Pihak pengelola menggunakan teknik pemasaran digital seperti mengunggah gambar dan video di media sosial serta teknik story telling di website resmi, meskipun website ini jarang diperbaharui. Hal ini dilakukan untuk mengurangi ancaman dari pesaing- pesaing potensial mengingat Kawasan Wisata Tebing Breksi juga memiliki banyak objek wisata lain.
