Abstract

This research is motivated by a number of candidates for the couple who did ta'aruf process in accordance with Islamic teachings. In addition there are the parents who tend to make economic factors and customs rather than religious factors. Khitbah In practice, there are customary rules that complicate the resulting tercegahnya perkawinan.Tujuan this research is to get information from Al-Qur'an how the concept ta'aruf and Khitbah accordance with the teachings of Islam. The method in this research is patterned library research (library research), by collecting, reading, and studying the books that are related to this discussion. Primary sources in the form of the Qur'an and Tafseer related to the concept ta'aruf and Khitbah..Berdasarkan results of research by the author that ta'aruf concepts in the Qur'an intention is to know each other's personality, social background, culture, education , family, and religion. The khitbah in the Qur'an, it is done after the prospective spouses already feel a lack of compatibility with ta'aruf process. Khitbah (making a proposal) can be conveyed by innuendo or by clear expression. The proposal is submitted to the widow satire that is still in the prescribed period. While the proposal with overt expressions conveyed to a widow who runs the prescribed period and to the virgin. Ta'aruf and khitbah in the Qur'an recommends to prioritize aspects of religion than any other factor. Because the only religion who will be able to preserve the marriage. While property, birth, status, beauty, good looks will fade and one day will be lost. Rules regarding ta'aruf Qur'an and Khitbah not allow seclusion (alone).

Abstract

The visionary principal takes part in determining the quality of educational institutions. The problem is that not all principals are able to apply optimal visionary leadership. This study examines the strategy and characteristics of the visionary principal of SMAN 1 Pabuaran and SMAN 1 Kalijati. This is a qualitative study with the method of collecting the data is through observation, interview, and documentation study. The results of the study conclude that (1) the visionary strategy of the principal of SMAN 1 Pabuaran and SMAN 1 Kalijati is by formulating, transforming, and implementing the vision and missions so that they become a commitment of all stakeholders and emerging the sense of belonging and sense of ownership attitudes. (2) The characteristics of the visionary leadership of the principal of SMAN 1 Pabuaran and SMAN 1 Kalijati can be seen in their foresight, their ability to transform the vision into action, encourage their subordinates to work hard, motivate, and build a good relationship with the employees so that the concept of the vision is clearly accepted by the subordinate. The principal of SMAN 1 Pabuaran has a strong vision that affects the commitment of the subordinates to implement the vision, while the principal of SMAN 1 Kalijati could stimulate the self-leadership of the teachers so they are able to design work performance by using their own authority in making decisions.

Abstract

This study investigates the implementation and effectiveness of developing students' critical and innovative attitudes and integrating Pancasila values in the curriculum of SDN 244 Guruminda Bandung City. The research was conducted using descriptive qualitative approach, collecting data through observation, interview, and document analysis. The results showed that this school has successfully integrated Pancasila values in its curriculum by using a holistic and comprehensive approach. Teachers are specially trained in developing lessons that prioritize Pancasila values in every subject and extracurricular activity. In addition, the development of students' critical and innovative attitudes at SDN 244 Guruminda is encouraged through collaborative projects and active learning methods, which help students to not only understand but also apply Pancasila values in daily life and social situations. Despite facing several challenges such as limited resources, the school continues to strive to improve the quality of education by involving various stakeholders and optimizing existing facilities. The implication of this study is the importance of character education based on Pancasila values in shaping young generations who have moral integrity, social skills, and readiness to face global challenges in the future.

Abstract

Akhlak siswa saat ini sangat memprihatinkan, yang dilatarbelakangi oleh berbagai kasus negatif seperti bullying dan pelecehan seksual yang terjadi di sekolah-sekolah saat ini. Sekitar 41% siswa di Indonesia pernah mengalami intimidasi atau diperlakukan dengan kasar oleh teman sekelas mereka. Dampak dari situasi ini jelas menunjukkan perlunya untuk mempertimbangkan ulang pendidikan karakter guna mengatasi tren negatif tersebut. Maka dari itu penting adanya sebuah program manajemen pendidikan karakter yang dikelola oleh sekolah, karena siswa tidak hanya terfokus pada pengembangan kecerdasan dan pengetahuan saja, tetapi penting juga memiliki akhlak yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen Pendidikan karakter, pembinaan akhlak siswa di madrasah, dan hubungan manajemen Pendidikan karakter dengan pembinaan akhlak siswa di Madrasah Msanawiyah Swasta Kecamatan Cibiru Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif analisis korelasional. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket kuesioner. Setelah data terkumpul, data diolah dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS, untuk menguji instrumen penelitian (validitas dan reliabilitas), analisis statistik (analisis parsial per indikator dan interpretasi variabel), uji prasyarat (normalitas data dan linieritas data), dan uji korelasi (koefisien korelasi dan koefisien determinasi). Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan manajemen pendidikan karakter dengan pembinaan akhlak siswa di madrasah memiliki korelasi dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis koefisien korelasi yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 0,598. Terdapat pada tingkat kekuatan yang sedang, karena terdapat pada rentang kategori 0,400 – 0,599. Adapun jenis hubungan variabel Manajemen Pendidikan Karakter dengan Pembinaan Akhlak Siswa di Madrasah mengarah kepada hubungan yang positif dengan melihat angka pearson correlation yaitu 0,598 dengan tidak memiliki tanda negatif (-) diangka tersebut, sehingga hubungan kedua variabel searah dan memiliki arti bahwa semakin tinggi Manajemen Pendidikan Karakter maka semakin tinggi juga Akhlak Siswa di Madrasah. Kemudian, diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi (R square) sebesar 0,358 artinya bahwa kontribusi variabel Manajemen Pendidikan Karakter terhadap variabel Y Pembinaan Akhlak Siswa di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Kecamatan Cibiru Kota bandung adalah 35,8%.

Abstract

Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk menganalisis integrasi manajemen mutu ke dalam kebijakan pendidikan nasional dan dampaknya terhadap mutu pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis kebijakan pendidikan di berbagai negara. Subjek penelitian meliputi kebijakan pendidikan nasional, dokumen kebijakan resmi, dan laporan evaluasi kualitatif terkait. Teknik pengumpulan data mencakup studi pustaka menyeluruh dan wawancara dengan ahli pendidikan. Data dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengkodean dan analisis tematik.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variasi yang signifikan dalam pendekatan dan implementasi kebijakan integrasi manajemen mutu di berbagai wilayah. Beberapa wilayah menekankan standar mutu dan akuntabilitas, sementara yang lain lebih fokus pada aspek aksesibilitas dan kesetaraan. Implementasi kebijakan juga bervariasi, dengan beberapa wilayah menghadapi kesulitan dalam menerapkan prinsip-prinsip manajemen mutu secara efektif karena keterbatasan sumber daya dan tantangan struktural lainnya.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa integrasi manajemen mutu ke dalam kebijakan pendidikan nasional memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, tetapi suksesnya implementasi sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor kontekstual dan budaya setempat. Oleh karena itu, pendekatan yang fleksibel dan adaptif diperlukan untuk memastikan keberhasilan kebijakan tersebut. Disarankan untuk melakukan studi lebih lanjut yang melibatkan lebih banyak negara dan pemangku kepentingan untuk memperdalam pemahaman tentang dinamika kompleks dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan secara global.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of academic supervision of Islamic Religious Education supervisors during the covid-19 pandemic at the Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan District Public Middle School. The approach used is descriptive qualitative—data collection through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique is carried out circularly, starting from data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing is a data analysis technique carried out. The results showed that the implementation of the academic supervision of the Islamic Religious Education supervisor during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan District Public Middle School was carried out online and offline with individual and group techniques. The implementation of academic supervision carried out are activities for fostering Islamic Religious Education (GPAI) teachers, monitoring National Education Standards (SNP), evaluating PAI teacher performance, and carrying out professional guidance and training for PAI teachers. It's just that these activities have not run optimally.

Abstract

Globalization has had a significant impact on various aspects of life, including Islamic education. The development of technology and the unstoppable flow of information create new challenges for efforts to strengthen Muslim identity, especially among the younger generation. This research aims to analyze the challenges faced by Islamic education in the era of globalization and identify effective strategies to strengthen Muslim identity. The research method used is a library research with data collection techniques through literature studies, and participatory observation. The results of the study show that Islamic education needs to adapt to the dynamics of globalization through the development of relevant curriculums, improvement of teacher competence, and integration of Islamic values in educational technology. In addition, the involvement of religious communities and institutions in the educational process is also an important key in strengthening Muslim identity amid the influence of globalization. This research is expected to contribute to the development of Islamic education policies that are more responsive to global challenges.

Abstract

Humans as the main actors in social action are a concern that cannot be underestimated when the problems that arise threaten the existence of human values. Islam comes as a founder that facilitates basic human rights. This paper seeks to explain the attitude and efforts shown by the Prophet towards slavery and its implications in upholding human rights. This research uses library research by referring to several literatures such as ḥadīths, books and scientific articles that are relevant to the discussion. The method used is descriptive-analysis, by first describing the Prophet's attitude and statements related to slavery, then analyzing their relationship and role in the context of human rights. The results of this study indicate that the efforts made by the Prophet were essentially to abolish slavery. At least there are several concepts that become steps to abolish slavery, including treating slaves like their own brothers, the recommendation and order to free slaves, and the order to free slaves as a sanction for crimes committed. These steps are evidence of the role and contribution of Islam which first voiced and upheld human rights. The role played by the Prophet needs to be studied and researched in a broader and deeper scope to find out how Islamic attitudes and actions in overcoming humanitarian problems and implementing them in world development.
