Abstract

Pengukuran antropometri sangat memegang peranan penting dalam menentukan status gizi seorang anak. Kesalahan yang terjadi pada pengukuran akan menyebabkan perbedaan interpretasi data. Hal ini berdampak pada kinerja Posyandu terkait dengan pelaporan hasil yang didapatkan. Kesalahan yang biasa terjadi adalah akibat dari faktor internal anak, biasanya anak yang rewel dan nangis sehingga menyebabkan petugas penimbang atau kader terburu-buru dan tidak memperhatikan angka yang ditunjukkan oleh dacin dengan benar. Upaya untuk memimimalisasi hal tersebut perlu adanya pelatihan yang intensif dan teratur. Upaya tersebut dilakukan dengan pemberian pelatihan pengukuran antropometri pada kader dan sosialisasi Pedoman Gizi Seimbang dengan pendekatan partisipasi aktif (pembelajaran berpusat pada kader) dan pendampingan saat pelaksanaan pengukuran pada kegiatan Posyandu BalitaKegiatan  ini berjalan dengan baik, dan kader telah menerapkan apa yang dilatihkan dengan meminimalkan pakaian balita saat ditimbang, menggunakan bak saat penimbangan menggunakan dacin, dan memperbaiki posisi balita saat diukur tinggi badannya. Hal ini membuat keadaan lebih tenang dan kader dapat mengukur dan melihat hasil pengukuran dengan lebih akurat.  Kader juga telah menerapkan Pesan Gizi Seimbang dalam pemberian makanan tambahan yang diberikan pada balita pada saat kegiatan posyandu berikutnya.Kata kunci : kader, pelatihan, pengukuran, pesan gizi seimbang ABSTRACTAnthropometric measurements play an important role in determining a child's nutritional status. Mistaken in measuring will cause different interpretation of data. It will impact the Posyandu performance related to the reporting of the results obtained. The usual mistake is because of the internal factors of the child, they usually get fussy and cry while checking by the health officer or cadre, so the officer doing in a hurry and not paying attention to the number showed by the dacin correctly. The efforts to minimize this problem is by regular and  an intensive training. The effort is by giving antropometric measurement training to the cadre and socialization of Balanced Nutrition Guidelines with active participation approach (cadre centered learning) and mentoring during the measurement at Posyandu  for toddlers.This activity works well, and cadres have applied what is trained by minimizing toddler clothes when weighed, using a tub during weighing using dacin, and improving the toddler's position as measured in height. This makes the situation calmer and the cadres can measure and see the measurement results more accurately. Cadre has also implemented Balanced Nutrition Notes for next Posyandu activity in giving additional feeding given to infants.Keywords: cadres, training, measurements, balanced nutrition notes

Abstract

Today,there are many universities that carry out the princip leofentrepreneurship within their vision and mission, and so does Respati Yogyakarta University (UNRIYO). If most universities have started independent business units both inside and outside their institutions, it can be said that UNRIYO is still far behind. To begin to realize a dream to have an independent business unit within the institution, the RECENT team has a simple idea but it is likely to bring tremendous benefits, namely the creation of a brand and design for the UNRIYO catering tools, namelythesnackbox and the lunch box.Dueto the lack of Human Resources(HR) in the RECENT team and very limited initial capital, we think that this business is the most possible one to do. Talking about brands, it cannot be separated from the discussion about branding. If the brand word refers to a brand, then the definition of branding is a variety of communication activities carried out by accompany with the aimof building and raising abrand. These two things are the main activities of our program this time. In addition, by carrying out a brand and doing branding on UNRIYO catering tools, we have a mission to instil a positive image so as to foster a love and pride toward theinstitution.Keywords: Entrepreneurship, Independent Business, Brand, Design, UNRIYO
