Abstract

Investment decision making is a complex and vital process in investment. Investment decision was influenced by many factors. Accounting information as one of them, also has theoritically value relevance for investor in investment decision. This study aimed to know and analize the reality or practice of accounting information usage by individual stock investors in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This study used critic-hermeneutic study approach. Hermeneutic was used for interpretation of text which told by individual stock investors in the interview. There were 8 informant were interviewed in this study, who had different backgrounds i.e brokers, entrepreneurs, and college students. This result showed that accounting information as usefull value for investors, actually didn’t entirely used by individual stock investors, especially for investors who used technical analysis and another non-fundamental analysis in their stock analysis. Investor’s sophistication in acoounting information analysis (naive investor) also influenced the investor, so they didn’t analize accounting information. When accounting information didn’t influence to the investment decision of investor, no-effect hypothesis was applied. Whereas sophisticated investor who had sophistication in accounting information analysis, considered accounting information in their investment decision. When accounting information influenced to the investment decision of investor, mechanistic hypothesis was applied.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of Net Income, Cash Flow from Operations, and The Size Of The Company To Dividend Policy of manufacturing company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX ). Data used in this study is a secondary data from annual financial reports of thirtyseven companies during the four years from 2006-2009. The independent variables are Net Income , Operating Cash Flow, and The Size Of The Company, while the dependent variable is Dividend Policy proxied by the dividend yield. Samples of this research determined using purposive sampling method. To analyze the effect of independent variables to dependent variable, the reseachers use regretion analysis. The test results shows that The Net Income, Operating Cash Flow, And The Size Of The Company Partially Influence The Dividend Policy.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini akan menggambarkan keberadaan perempuan dianggap memiliki keterbatasan, selalu dipinggirkan atau dimarjinalkan, dinomorduakan baik dalam lingkungan keluarga maupun masyarakat. Dalam segala bidang, perempuan dianggap tidak memiliki kemampuan dibanding laki-laki, seperti dalam bidang sosial, pendidikan, politik, ekonomi, maupun dalam kaitan berorganisasi. Perempuan dalam budaya Jawa hanya sebagai pelengkap kaum laki-laki, yaitu bertugas di dapur, sumur, dan kasur. Artinya, posisi perempuan tidak memiliki peran penting dalam kehidupan, tugasnya memasak, mencuci, dan menemani laki-laki saat tidur. Perlakun terhadap perempuan inilah yang memunculkan gerakan penyetaraan derajat perempuan terhadap laki-laki. Gerakan itu dinamakan feminisme. Feminisme merupakan salah satu gerakan yang menekankan pada penyetaraan gender antara laki-laki dan perempuan (Wiyatmi, 2012: 9) sebagai akibat perlakuan yang tidak adil terhadap kaum perempuan yang mengalami kesengsaraan, bahkan didudukkan jauh di bawah laki-laki (Djajanegara, 2003: 27). Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana bentuk ketidakadilan citra perempuan dalam novel Midah Si Manis Bergigi Emas karya Pramodya Ananta Toer.Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mendeskripsikan citra tokoh utama dan mengetahui hubungannya antara tokoh utama dan tokoh lawan jenisnya. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data, seperti teknik pustaka, baca, dan catat. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan bahan masukan dalam mendukung dan menggerakkan literasi sekolah dan sebagai bahan penawaran untuk materi ajar guru dalam pembelajaran sastra.

Abstract

Studentpreneur, can be simply interpreted as an entrepreneurial student. As a university that values entrepreneurship in its vision, Respati Yogyakarta University (UNRIYO) has applied entrepreneurship as a compulsory subject in each study program which not only contains theory, but also applies the entrepreneurship practice. By the entrepreneurship courses, it is expected that the entrepreneurship spirit within the students is well-formed and developed. However, in fact, based on the results of the team survey, the number of studentpreneur is still less than 5%. Based on the observation done by the team, it is known that there are three subjects faced by the studentpreneur, namely: 1) lack of skill in financial management; 2) lack of skill in managing human resources; and 3) lack of skill in doing promotion by utilizing media. To overcome the student's problems, the team took the initiative to hold a workshop on financial management, human resource management, and e-marketing which was held on April 28, 2018. The workshop was attended by 60 students, consisting of students who already run the business and / or students who are interested in doing business. In addition to being equipped with theories on financial management, human resource management, and e-marketing, the workshop participants were also asked to create a simple business plan in groups and present the results. From these activities, it is known that students have creative ideas in building a business which is able to compete in the market.Keywords: Studentpreneur, Entrepreneurship, Financial Management, Human Resource Management, E-marketing

Abstract

This article was written to illustrate the effect of using problem based learning model with serialized media relation to writing skill of exposition of VIII students of SMP Negeri 4 Pariaman. This research data is a score in the skills of writing exposition texts before and after using the problem-based model of learning assisted media series image. This study has three results. First, the skills of writing expository texts before using the problem based learning model with the help of the medium of serial images are in the qualification Enough (C). Second, the skill of writing the text of the exposition of the students of grade VIII SMP Negeri 4 Pariaman after using the problem based learning model assisted by the media of the series is qualified More than Enough (Ldc). Third, based on the t test concluded that there is a significant influence on the skill of writing expository text because thitung> ttabel (5,54> 1.70).Kata kunci: pengaruh, model problem based learning, media gambar berseri, menulis teks eksposisi

Abstract

IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM MADRASAH BERTARAF INTERNASIONAL AMANATUL UMMAH PONDOK PESANTREN NURUL UMMAH PACET Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan, menelaah dan menganalisis penyusunan program pembelajaran, pelaksanaan program pembelajaran, evaluasi program pembelajaran agar mampu bersaing disegala bidang di dunia Internasional di MBI Amanatul Ummah Pondok Pesantren Nurul Ummah Pacet Mojokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pengecekan keabsahan data meliputi uji kredibilitas dengan teknik triangulasi sumber, metode dan membercheck, uji transfermabilitas, uji dependebilitas dan uji konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) penyusunan program pembelajaran dilakukan sebelum ajaran baru, terdapat rapat lingkup yayasan dan lingkup MBI; 2) pelaksanaan program pembelajaran menanamkan kurikulum Nasional, kutikulum Internasional, Kurikulum Al-Azhar, untuk memenuhi kebutuhan peserta didik alokasi waktu dibagi menjadi dua pada kurikulum Al-Azhar (Muadalah) terlebi dahulu dilanjutkan kurikulum Nasional (Formal), pada kurikulum Internasional terdapat TOEFL; 3) evaluasi program pembelajaran dilakukan dengan musyawara dengan tim MGMP dan rapat rutin mingguan untuk mengetahui keberhasilan pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: Kurikulum, Implemantasi Kurikulum, Madrasah Bertaraf Internasional, Pondok Pesantren. Abstract IMPLEMENTATION CURRICULUM MADRASAH STANDARD INTERNATIONAL AMANATUL UMMAH ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOL NURUL UMMAH PACET MOJOKERTO This research aims to describe, review and analyze the preparation of learning learning programs, implementation of learning programs, evaluation of learning programs to be able to compete in all fields in the international world in MBI Amanatul Ummah Islamic Boarding School Nurul Ummah Pacet Mojokerto. This research uses qualitative approach with case study method. Data collection techniques use observation, interview and documentation. Data validity checks include credibility test with source triangulation technique, method and membercheck, transfermability test, dependebility test and confirmability test. The results of this study indicate that, 1) the preparation of learning programs conducted before the new teachings, there is a meeting of the scope of the foundation and the scope of MBI; 2) the implementation of the learning program to instill the National curriculum, International Curriculum, Al-Azhar Curriculum, to meet the needs of students allocation of time is divided into two curriculum of Al-Azhar (Muadalah) before the National Curriculum (Formal) is established, on the International Curriculum there is TOEFL; 3) evaluation of the learning program is carried out with a meeting with the MGMP team and weekly routine meetings to find out the success of the lesson. Abstract

Today,there are many universities that carry out the princip leofentrepreneurship within their vision and mission, and so does Respati Yogyakarta University (UNRIYO). If most universities have started independent business units both inside and outside their institutions, it can be said that UNRIYO is still far behind. To begin to realize a dream to have an independent business unit within the institution, the RECENT team has a simple idea but it is likely to bring tremendous benefits, namely the creation of a brand and design for the UNRIYO catering tools, namelythesnackbox and the lunch box.Dueto the lack of Human Resources(HR) in the RECENT team and very limited initial capital, we think that this business is the most possible one to do. Talking about brands, it cannot be separated from the discussion about branding. If the brand word refers to a brand, then the definition of branding is a variety of communication activities carried out by accompany with the aimof building and raising abrand. These two things are the main activities of our program this time. In addition, by carrying out a brand and doing branding on UNRIYO catering tools, we have a mission to instil a positive image so as to foster a love and pride toward theinstitution.Keywords: Entrepreneurship, Independent Business, Brand, Design, UNRIYO
