Abstract

Studentpreneur, can be simply interpreted as an entrepreneurial student. As a university that values entrepreneurship in its vision, Respati Yogyakarta University (UNRIYO) has applied entrepreneurship as a compulsory subject in each study program which not only contains theory, but also applies the entrepreneurship practice. By the entrepreneurship courses, it is expected that the entrepreneurship spirit within the students is well-formed and developed. However, in fact, based on the results of the team survey, the number of studentpreneur is still less than 5%. Based on the observation done by the team, it is known that there are three subjects faced by the studentpreneur, namely: 1) lack of skill in financial management; 2) lack of skill in managing human resources; and 3) lack of skill in doing promotion by utilizing media. To overcome the student's problems, the team took the initiative to hold a workshop on financial management, human resource management, and e-marketing which was held on April 28, 2018. The workshop was attended by 60 students, consisting of students who already run the business and / or students who are interested in doing business. In addition to being equipped with theories on financial management, human resource management, and e-marketing, the workshop participants were also asked to create a simple business plan in groups and present the results. From these activities, it is known that students have creative ideas in building a business which is able to compete in the market.Keywords: Studentpreneur, Entrepreneurship, Financial Management, Human Resource Management, E-marketing

Abstract

Pada ibu hamil kebutuhan mineral besi meningkat serta terjadi proses haemodilusi (pengenceran darah), hal ini lah yang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya anemia. Ibu hamil yang memiliki kadar hemoglobin rendah atau sedang mengalami anemia akan beresiko mengalami abortus, perdarahan pasca persalinan, kelelahan, bahkan kematian. Sedangkan pada janinnya akan berisiko pertumbuhannya terhambat, prematuritas, kemungkinan bayi lahir cacat bawaan, serta kematian. Inilah yang menjadi alasan utama pada ibu hamil membutuhkan asupan zat besi yang cukup, baik dari asupan makanan maupun suplemen tambahan. Untuk mengetahui Hubungan Peningkatan Kadar Hemoglobin (Hb) dalam Kehamilan terhadap Perkembangan Janin pada Tikus Putih Betina (Rattus Norvegicus). Jenis penelitian eksperimental laboratorik yang menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap dengan menggunakan pola post test only control group design. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rmean (rerata) kadar Hb adalah 10,9660, mean untuk berat janin adalah 37,6127. Berdasarkan tabel distribusi frekuensi tikus dengan anemia sebanyak 5 ekor dan tikus tidak anemia sebanyak 10 ekor, sedangkan tikus dengan berat janin kurang sebanyak 5 ekor dan tikus dengan berat badan normal sebanyak 10 ekor. Hasil analisis data dengan korelasi pearson menunjukkan bahwa p-value = 0,000. Kesimpulan: Ada Hubungan peningkatan kadar hemoglobin (Hb) dalam kehamilan dan perkembangan janin pada tikus putih betina (Rattus Norvegicus).

Abstract

Today,there are many universities that carry out the princip leofentrepreneurship within their vision and mission, and so does Respati Yogyakarta University (UNRIYO). If most universities have started independent business units both inside and outside their institutions, it can be said that UNRIYO is still far behind. To begin to realize a dream to have an independent business unit within the institution, the RECENT team has a simple idea but it is likely to bring tremendous benefits, namely the creation of a brand and design for the UNRIYO catering tools, namelythesnackbox and the lunch box.Dueto the lack of Human Resources(HR) in the RECENT team and very limited initial capital, we think that this business is the most possible one to do. Talking about brands, it cannot be separated from the discussion about branding. If the brand word refers to a brand, then the definition of branding is a variety of communication activities carried out by accompany with the aimof building and raising abrand. These two things are the main activities of our program this time. Abstract

Dalam proses kehamilan, kebutuhan nutrisi bertambah dua kali lipat sehingga asupan gizi juga bertambah. Hal ini berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan kehamilan dan janin. Zat gizi yang dibutuhkan disalurkan ibu ke janin melalui plasenta. Ikan kembung (Rastrelliger) merupakan salah satu jenis ikan yang mengandung zat gizi yang dibutuhkan oleh ibu hamil. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh nugget ikan kembung (Rastrelliger) terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin (Hb) dalam kehamilan pada tikus putih betina (Rattus Norvegicus). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimental laboratorik dengan rancangan acak lengkap menggunakan pola posttest only control group design. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Anova test. Hasil uji One-Way ANOVA menunjukkan nilai p-value 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna kadar hemoglobin antar kelompok perlakuan.

Abstract

Social media in this era is a new thing in the increasingly intensive means of communication in utilizing technological advancements. The health sector is also inevitable, so it must go along with this very rapid flow of change, especially in the health sector which deals with communication problems or the delivery of information to the public. Social media as a new media for health promotion is a belief. The approach method used for community service is community empowerment. Empowerment by building a photo booth as a means of health promotion by the community by utilizing consumables. Consumables that are used are goods collected from the Waste Bank in the Ponggalan-Karangmiri community. Photo booth with health messages that have been built titled "Pokoke .... Aku Siap Dadi Suami Siaga" and " Kamu Ingin Sehaat, Jagalah Kebersihan Lingkungan " and Gemari “Gemar Makan Ikan”. Photo booth as a promotional media is also a means of increasing tourists coming to Ponggalan-Karangmiri Tourism Village.Keywords: Photobooth, Health Promotion

Abstract

Background: One of the efforts to accelerate the reduction of maternal and infant mortality rates is carried out in the Posyandu program. Cadres have a major contribution in reducing maternal and infant mortality. Improving the knowledge and skills of cadres through training is needed, so that cadres are able to manage Posyandu activities according to their abilities. The problem  is that not all cadres get knowledge routinely about posyandu, the aims and objectives of administering, the posyandu targets in PUS, WUS, mothers and children. Especially in the pandemic posyandu activities require some adjustments and additional knowledge, especially regarding Health protocols.Objective: To increase the knowledge of cadres in implementing posyandu in the form of counseling and discussions about updating the roles and duties of posyandu cadres in the New Normal Era.Methods: The activities carried out were refreshing cadres with counseling activities and discussions on updating the roles and duties of posyandu cadres in the New Normal Era. Counseling and discussion activities during this pandemic were carried out online in the form of video calls. Participants were provided with learning materials so they could study independently. Knowledge measurement was carried out by giving pre and post tests.Results: There was an increase in cadre knowledge before and after training. The results of the post test showed that the lowest score was 7 and the highest score was 9, with an average score of 8 (64.29%).Conclusion: Refreshing for posyandu cadres are very important to carry out in an effort to increase knowledge and skills for posyandu cadres, so that posyandu implementation can be carried out properly, especially during the pandemic.

Abstract

In 2016 the number of pregnant woman who required the prevention of transmission trough sexual reached 278 pregnant women. Efforts that have been made by government to prevent mother-to-child transmission of HIV/AIDS are HIV/AIDS comprehensive service which are sustainable that cover all froms of services for HIV and sexual transmitted infections. In 2015, the lowest coverage of HIV/AIDS  examination in Yogyakarta City was at Gedong Tengen Public Health  Center, which was 3,7%. In addition to medical efforts, pregnant women need psychological and social support from people around the family and surronding environment, and motivation to have HIV/AIDS examinations. The purpose of study is to find out the relationship between pregnant women’s perceptions of family support and the motivation for the HIV/AIDS examination in Gedong Tengen Public Health Center, Yogyakarta City. The study used the analytical descriptive method with the cross-sectional design. The research population comprised 48 pregnant women and the sampel consisted of 43 pregnant women. The sampling thecnique was accidental sampling technique. The data analysis in the study used Kendall tau. The results of the data analysis showed thats most of the pregnat women were 20-35 years old (86%), had secondary education (60.5%), unemployed (74.4%), and were multiparae (62.8%). Perceptions of family support were negative (58.1%), and their motivation for the HIV/AIDS examination was moderate (72.1%). The result of the analysis using Kendall tau test showed p-value = 0.001 and z table = 4.35. There is relationship between pregnant women’s perceptions of family support and the motivation for the HIV/AIDS examination in Gedong Tengen Public Health  Center, Yogyakarta City. Keywords: Perceptions; motivation; HIV/AIDS

Abstract

Kebutuhan nutrisi pada kehamilan bertambah dua kali lipat sehingga asupan gizi juga bertambah. Kurangnya asupan gizi dapat menyebabkan wanita hamil mengalami anemia. Selain itu juga beresiko pada janin yaitu pertumbuhan terhambat, prematuritas, kemungkinan bayi lahir cacat bawaan, serta kematian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Ikan Kembung (Rastrelliger) terhadap Berat Janin pada Tikus Putih Betina (Rattus Norvegicus) Anemia. Metode penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian eksperimental laboratorik yang menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap dengan menggunakan pola post test only control group design. Hasil Uji Normalitas Data Shapiro-Wilk menunjukkan nilai p-value yang semuanya lebih besar dari taraf signifikansi  α = 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan data telah terdistribusi normal. Hasil Uji One Way Anova menunjukkan Fhitung > Fkritis. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh ikan kembung (Rastrelliger) terhadap berat janin pada tikus putih betina (Rattus Norvegicus) anemia.---Nutritional needs in pregnancy are doubled so that nutritional intake also increases. Lack of nutritional intake can cause pregnant women to experience anemia. In addition, there are also risks to the fetus, namely stunted growth, prematurity, the possibility of the baby being born with congenital defects, and death. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of puffer fish (Rastrelliger) on fetal weight in anemic female white rats (Rattus norvegicus). The research method uses a laboratory experimental research type that uses a completely randomized design using a post test only control group design pattern. The results of the Shapiro-Wilk Data Normality Test show that all p-values are greater than the significance level of = 0.05 so that it can be concluded that the data has been normally distributed. The One Way Anova test results show Fcount > Fcritical. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of mackerel (Rastrelliger) on fetal weight in anemic female white rats (Rattus norvegicus).

Abstract

Hampir semua ibu yang memasuki masa pasca persalinan merasakan berbagai ketidaknyamanan yang dapat disebabkan karena terjadinya involusi uterus, rupture perineum, bendungan ASI, kelelahan akibat proses persalinan dan perubahan fisiologis lainnya. Salah satu ketidaknyamanan yang sering dirasakan adalah nyeri perineum. Kondisi ini normal, akan tetapi ketidaknyamanan yang tidak dikelola dengan baik dapat menyebabkan komplikasi baik fisik maupun psikologis. Menjaga kesehatan ibu pasca persalinan baik fisik maupun psikologis menjadi tujuan utama, dimana dalam asuhan pada ibu masa pasca persalinan ini, peranan keluarga maupun tenaga kesehatan sangat penting, yaitu dalam pemberian asuhan sesuai kebutuhan ibu. Selama ini untuk mengurangi nyeri pada jahitan perineum, bidan memberikan analgetika (terapi farmakologis). Sementara berdasarkan beberapa hasil penelitian, pemberian pengobatan nonfarmakologi dapat menjadi alternatif karena tidak banyak memberikan efek samping. Berbagai bukti penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknik relaksasi dapat mengurangi ketidaknyamanan pasca persalinan, meredakan nyeri, dan menyumbangkan pengalaman positif serta meningkatkan kebugaran. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan bidan maupun ibu pasca persalinan tentang manfaat serta cara menggunakan aroma terapi lavender untuk relaksasi dan mengurangi nyeri perineum pada ibu pasca persalinan, sehingga dapat mengurangi penggunaan terapi farmakologis. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan memberikan aroma terapi lavender pada 24 orang ibu pasca persalinan. Hasilnya, sebagian besar ibu pasca persalinan merasakan kenyamanan ketika diruangan dipasang difusser aroma terapi lavender sehingga nyeri perineum yang dirasakan berkurang tanpa menggunakan terapi farmakologis.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Salah satu hambatan paling besar dalam pencegahan dan penanggulangan Human Imunnodeficiency Virus/Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrom (HIV/AIDS) di Indonesia adalah masih tingginya stigma dan diskriminasi terhadap orang dengan HIV/AIDS (ODHA). Stigma terjadi karena kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap cara penularan HIV/AIDS, pencegahan HIV/AIDS. Semakin rendah tingkat pengetahuan seseorang maka semakin tinggi kemungkinan memiliki stigma terhadap ODHA.  Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan tentang HIV/AIDS dengan stigma kepala keluarga terhadap ODHA.Metode: Desain penelitian adalah cross sectional. Teknik sampling dengan Accidental Sampling,jumlah sampel penelitian 41 kepala keluarga,  instrument penelitian menggunakan kuesioner.Analisis data menggunakan uji Kendall Tau.Hasil: Hasil analisis univariat karakteristik umur responden mayoritas 31-49 tahun sebanyak 33 responden (80,5%), mayoritas responden mendapatkan informasi HIV/AIDS dari media masa sebanyak 22 orang (53,7%), rata-rata pengetahuan responden memiliki pengetahuan cukup tentang HIV/AIDS yaitu 20 orang (48,8%), mayoritas responden memiliki stigma rendah sebanyak 21 orang (51,2%). Analisis bivariat dilakukan dengan uji statistik Kendall Tau didapatkan nilai p-value=(0,138)>0,05, berarti tidak ada hubungan antara pengetahuan tentang HIV/AIDS dengan stigma kepala keluarga terhadap ODHA.Kesimpulan:Tidak terdapat hubungan pengetahuan tentang HIV/AIDS dengan stigma kepala keluarga(KK) terhadap ODHA. Kata Kunci: HIV, AIDS, Kepala Keluarga, Stigma
