Abstract

Human rights are a combination of natural rights that are universal, belong to every human being, and have been affixed to a person from birth as a direct gift or gift from God Almighty. Human rights must be upheld by every person, state, government, and law, especially in the context of the rule of law, which has become a characteristic of the rule of law in order to ensure the protection of human rights that have been enshrined in the constitutions and national laws of all legal states. Because, in a state of law, it highlights the existence of equality and equality before the law, without exception. As a result, the writing of this article is intended to see and deepen the phenomenon of human rights protection in the notion that leads to a rule of law, particularly in Indonesia, which is one of the world's rules of law countries. In order to obtain results and conclusions from the formulation of the problem, this article was created utilizing descriptive methods and data collecting through literature study.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the design of a microcontroller-based leak detection device and the level of gas content in a room. The data collection method was carried out by means of literature study methods and laboratory research. In this study, several graphical methods were used to visualize and understand the data flow and transformations in the system. System design in this study is in the form of Context Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, Block Diagrams, Flowcharts. As for the results of the design of the leak detection device and the gas content in the room, it can be concluded 4 things as follows. First, the Arduino microcontroller, either Arduino Uno or Arduino Mega, is able to properly control the leak detector and gas content in the room. Second, the LCD can display information on the gas content in the room. Third, the Gas Sensor can properly detect gas and activate the LED and buzzer as an alarm. Fourth, the final results of the overall test for the leak detector and the gas content in the room are as expected.

Abstract

Abstrak. Pupuk Bokashi adalah pupuk kompos yang dibuat dengan campuran bahan organik dan mikroorganisme pengurai. Nitrogen (N), fosfor (P), dan kalium (K) adalah unsur kimia utama pupuk, yang berfungsi sebagai penyusun protein, asam nukleat, nukleotida, dan klorofil. Oleh karena itu, tanaman akan tumbuh lebih cepat dan lebih hijau, dan hasil panennya akan memiliki kandungan protein yang lebih tinggi. Limbah batang pisang dapat diubah menjadi berbagai produk berkualitas tinggi. Limbah batang pisang mengandung kadar K dan P yang tinggi. Oleh karena itu, limbah batang pisang dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu bahan utama untuk membuat pupuk bokashi. Ketika eceng gondok (Eichornia crassipes) tumbuh dengan cepat, gulma ini memiliki banyak efek negatif pada lingkungan perairan. Dengan kandungan bahan organik dan unsur hara yang tinggi, eceng gondok dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif untuk mendapatkan pupuk Bokashi. Beberapa kesimpulan antara lain: (a) Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dibuat oleh Tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat puas dan merasa kegiatan pengabdian ini bermanfaat untuk perkembangan Sei kamah kedepannya. (b) Sebelum kegiatan pengabdian, anggota masyarakat kurang paham tentang manfaat bokashi dan bagaimana cara pembuatannya. (c) Setelah kegiatan pengabdian, masyarakat tertarik untuk mulai memanfaatkan bahan-bahan alami yang bisa diolah menjadi bokashi dan bisa diaplikasikan ke tanaman yang dibudidayakan sebagai alternatif penggunaan pupuk kimia yang harganya semakin mahal. Kata Kunci:  Bokashi, Eceng Gondok, Batang Pisang, Desa Sei Kamah 2.

Abstract

Zero emissions have been a prominent topic in recent years, referring to the concept of reducing or eliminating greenhouse gas emissions, particularly carbon dioxide, from human activities such as transportation, energy production, and industrial processes. Agricultural practices, such as excessive or improper application of lime, inorganic fertilizers, and pesticides, can alter the physical and chemical properties of soil, affecting the abundance and diversity of beneficial organisms that support plant growth. have demonstrated that the use of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF) and glomalin can enhance protein and amino acid content in plants. The research found that the combined treatment of AMF and glomalin yielded better results than using each treatment separately. Additionally, this study indicated that AMF and glomalin applications could improve micro-nutrient content, including Fe, Zn, and Cu. The research was conducted in the Soil Microbiology and Ecology Laboratory and the Food Production and Analysis Laboratory at the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara, from February 2023 to June 2023. The experimental design used was a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with three treatments: control, AMF, and AMF+Glomalin. The conclusion of this research is that the use of AMF and glomalin effectively enhances the nutritional value of corn, particularly in terms of organic matter, carbohydrates, and proteins. The findings are closely aligned with Indonesia’s Vision 2045, which aims to increase agricultural productivity, maintain environmental sustainability in farming, secure food supplies, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, encourage sector collaboration, enhance agricultural education, and achieve Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The study demonstrates that the use of AMF+Glomalin in agriculture significantly improves soil organic matter, corn nutrition, and sustainable practices, thus contributing to Indonesia’s Vision 2045 for a better future.

Abstract

Perseroda West Kalimantan Regional Development Bank or "Perseroda Bank" is a Regional Company Company, West Kalimantan Regional Development Bank which will be formed based on the provisions of this PERDA Regional Companies are all companies whose capital is wholly or partially constituted as excluded regional assets, unless otherwise determined by or based on law. The aim of Regional Companies is to participate in implementing Regional development, especially in national economic development, to meet the needs of the people by prioritizing peace and enjoyment of work within the company, towards a just and prosperous society. Management of Regional Companies is in the hands of Regional Company administrators who are responsible to the Regional Head, the responsibility of the Regional Head is as owner and manager.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the role of Herman Willem Daendels in the Dutch East Indies while he was governor general in politics in 1808-1811. Starting from the bankruptcy of the VOC in the Dutch East Indies, the appointment of Daendels as leader in the Dutch Indies to the policies implemented by Daendles while leading, especially in the political field. The research method uses historical or historical methods in the form of descriptive narrative through 4 stages of heuristics, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography (historical writing). Based on research results, Herman Willem Daendels' role in the political field was to carry out significant administrative reforms. Daendels changed the previously decentralized administrative system to a more centralized one, establishing a new, more efficient bureaucracy by introducing salaries for regents as colonial government employees, trying to reduce the level of corruption that was rampant during the VOC government and increasing their loyalty and performance by providing appropriate compensation and abolishing feudal structures and overhauling power relations between the Dutch East Indies government and local rulers in Java. This research provides insight into the role of Herman Willem Daendels in the Dutch East Indies while he was governor general, especially in the political field in 1808-1811.
