Abstract

Human rights are a combination of natural rights that are universal, belong to every human being, and have been affixed to a person from birth as a direct gift or gift from God Almighty. Human rights must be upheld by every person, state, government, and law, especially in the context of the rule of law, which has become a characteristic of the rule of law in order to ensure the protection of human rights that have been enshrined in the constitutions and national laws of all legal states. Because, in a state of law, it highlights the existence of equality and equality before the law, without exception. As a result, the writing of this article is intended to see and deepen the phenomenon of human rights protection in the notion that leads to a rule of law, particularly in Indonesia, which is one of the world's rules of law countries. In order to obtain results and conclusions from the formulation of the problem, this article was created utilizing descriptive methods and data collecting through literature study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the comparison of student learning outcomes in the application of the Make a match learning method with the Scramble method on the subject matter of the Excretory System. The research design used was a quasi-experimental group design with a pretest-posttest experimental group design. In the experimental class I which was taught using the Make a match method the average score of student learning outcomes was 63.56 and the increase in the average score of student learning outcomes was 90.04. In the experimental 2th grade, which was taught using the Scramble method, the average score of student learning outcomes was 50.92 and the increase in the average score was 94.60. The results showed that there were differences in student learning outcomes between the experimental 1th grade and the experimental 2th grade.

Abstract

This study discusses forms of cooperation between domestic libraries and foreign libraries that aim to exchange information and expand collection materials and improve collection services to users so that the insights of visitors who come and access libraries that have collaborated are broader and gain a lot of experience. Methods of data collection using literature (print and non-print). The data obtained is then arranged or classified, analyzed, and interpreted. The results of the study concluded: 1) The forms of library collaboration that can be carried out are: (a) sharing digital collections through a platform that can be accessed by all libraries involved in the collaboration, (b) collaboration in creating and managing joint databases to expand reach and enriching library collections, as well as facilitating access for users to find the information needed, (c) library cooperation in the development of digital technology and infrastructure. 2) The steps for building digital-based library collaboration are as follows: (a) identify libraries that wish to work together, (b) determine the goals and benefits of collaboration, (c) form a work team, (d) discuss and determine standards, (e) infrastructure and system development, (f) collection development and management, (g) monitoring and evaluation.
